After changing into the new outfit Liu Longwei picked for her, she spent some time with her little son. She breastfed him before handing him over to his paternal grandmother.

"Taio, be a good boy to mummy comes back, Okay?." Chen Lihua said to her little guy before blowing a kiss his way.

She had red lipstick 💄 on, so she couldn't kiss his skin directly.

Liu Longwei said goodbye to his son before holding Chen Lihua's hand and walking away with her.

Chen Lihua wore a gown that hugged her figure, and it was to Liu Longwei's taste. He wanted to admire his wife's postpartum shape.

Chen Lihua's hair was curled, and the majority of it was hanging up in an updo, part from the little the twirled from both sides.

She chose that hairstyle because of her son. She didn't want him pulling her hair with his tiny fists. Although his fists were tiny, pulling her hair, was painful.

"Mum, if he is not comfortable, call me, I will come home immediately." Chen Lihua reminded Madam Liu just before Liu Longwei pulled her out of her sight.

Liu Longwei chose the Rolls-Royce for their little outing today.

Liu Longwei took Chen Lihua to one of the latest restaurants in the city. It was located on the top (10th) floor of the building.

"I've never been here before." Chen Lihua said as she gave admiring glances to the before scene before her.

"Yeah, I bet, because you don't hang out with your friends, or on your own." Liu Longwei said as he her hand and stared right into her eyes.

"And that's because I find it tiring. Back in the states, I didn't like going out as well, it was my friends that always dragged me out. If wasn't going to school, I was going for shoots and runways. So, where would I even find that kind of time to think of hanging out?." Chen Lihua said to him as they took the glass elevator.

Chen Lihua was tempted to look back, but Liu Longwei stopped her. "If you look back, you will be scared. We are going to the top floor, and this is a glass elevator, and you can see the world outside, and they can see you as well."

"Darling, hope we will get up safely?. Thinking about how high we are going, I'm beginning to feel a little breathless." Chen Lihua said with a hand placed on her chest as her facial expression looked frightened.

"Shhhhhh... Calm down, okay? I'm here with you. I love heights, but you don't, and this I know very well. The interior design and the location are some of the reasons I brought you here, despite knowing your fears. Just look into my eyes, and think of us being in the room, and right under the blankets with our son between us." Liu Longwei said with his hands placed on his shoulders.

Chen Lihua shut her eyes and decided to think of the beautiful moments she's had with her son and husband.

Seconds later, she had a 'ding' sound from the elevator. And immediately, she felt a hand pulling her, so she opened her eyes and met with Liu Longwei's dark eyes that were fixed on her.

Liu Longwei pulled her to himself with a hand wrapped around her waist. "We are here!." He announced.

As they took a step out from the elevator, they met with a foreign man who had a big smile on his face. He looked to have been waiting for them.

"Welcome, Mr. And Mrs. Liu." The man said as he shows them the way forward. He was the manager of the restaurant.

"This place looks fancy." Chen Lihua said as she looked around with a calm disposition.

"Yes, it does. We should come here more often. But before that, let's see if you are 100% satisfied after checking some other things out." Liu Longwei whispered to her.

"Mr. Liu, Mrs. Liu, I'm sure you would love it here. Our goal is to make our customers happy while enjoying their meal, and also feel comfortable with the environment." The manager said as he walked them to their seats.

Chen Lihua glanced at the heavenly interior decorations and sat down after Liu Longwei pulled out a chair for her.

"Your goal has been achieved because I don't think I would want to go back home after eating here." Chen Lihua said to the manager who had a fat smile on his face.

"Thank you, Mrs. Liu. I will serve the Champagne now." He said as he excused himself.

"Are you sure you wouldn't want to go back home?." Liu Longwei asked as they were left alone.

"That would be true if I didn't have you and Taio at home. I mean, this place is beautiful." Chen Lihua said to him.

"If you like it, I can have our dining area, decorated with an even more beautiful interior." Liu Longwei said to her.

"Then all the more reason why I would remain indoors." Chen Lihua replied, hinting at something.

Liu Longwei understood her and smiled to himself.

His wife was not the outing type, so making the house too comfortable for her, would make it difficult for her to visit some places because she already had those things and that familiar environment back home.

So that move would be a huge mistake.

The manager arrives two minutes later with a butler, who carried a small stainless bucket with a slightly chilled bottle of Champagne in it.

After placing the champagne 🍾 glasses 🥂 in front of the couple, the manager personally popped the champagne for them.

"Happy first Wedding Anniversary to you, Mr. And Mrs. Liu." The manager said as he poured half glass of Champagne into their glasses, before returning the bottle to the stainless bucket which was left on the center of their table.

"Thank you!." Chen Lihua and Liu Longwei said to him.

"Serve the food twenty minutes later." Liu Longwei instructed as he sent them on their way.

Then, he turned to Chen Lihua to say, "You look beautiful this evening."

They linked glasses as Chen Lihua replied, "You are handsome, and I can trace our son's beautiful looks to your route."

Liu Longwei gave a slight smile as he twirled the Champagne glass in his hands. He said as he slowly put the glass 🥂 on the table.

"You deserve a kiss for that statement."

With that, he stood up and went to her side as Chen Lihua stared at him in surprise with different thoughts going through her mind.

'Is he going to kiss me here?.'
