"What?! Brother Weiyuan is my half-brother?." Chen Lihua asked with a shocked facial expression.

"Don't shout, you will wake the baby." Lady Chen said to her in a soft tone as she gave a glance at the baby that sleeping in his Mastela 3 in 1 Deluxe Multi-Functional Bassinet/Swing and Napper swing.

Chen Lihua glanced at her good-looking little son who was sleeping peacefully, before looking back at her mother.

"Weiyuan is my half-brother? Is he your son? Did you have him with another man, or is he father's Son?." Chen Lihua said, asking a series of questions at the same time.

"Hold on, I will explain everything to you, you just need to calm down." Lady Chen said to her.

Chen Lihua was so eager to know the true relationship between her and Weiyuan, but she had to be a little patient to get the full list.

Lady Chen went on to tell her the real story from the beginning, about her father's ex, and how they broke up without knowing she was pregnant.

When Chen K's ex found out she was pregnant after the breakup, she hid the pregnancy from him. Then after three years, she brought little Weiyuan over to him to look after.

Chen K got the shock of his life that day. He was in his house when she visited him.

"It's not bad if you don't trust me. But you can still run a DNA test to confirm what I'm saying. Well, I didn't come back to waste my time or please with you to marry me because of the child we had together, I only came here to leave your son with you. I have a job that doesn't allow me to be in a relationship and scandals like this. So I will leave him in your care." His ex said as she stood to her feet to leave.

"Why didn't you inform me you were pregnant when you found out?." Chen K asked with bloodshot eyes.

"It wasn't important back then!."

"It wasn't important? You were carrying my child, and you didn't care to let me know? You think you can get a child out of nowhere and send him to me just like that?!."

His ex chuckled softly before replying without care. "We broke up, so can you see that you weren't important to me anymore? I didn't need to inform you of my every move or answer to you. I have a flight to catch in the next two hours, so take care of him."

"Three years ago, you were the one that asked for a breakup. Now three years later, you return with a child, and you want to leave him for me?." Chen K asked in an angry tone, as Little Weiyuan watch them argue.

"Enough! Can't you see the little child is scared, but it's obvious you two do not care about his presence!." Lady Chen said as she walked in.

"Ju Ju? How long have you been standing there?." Chen K asked with fear written on his face.

"Since she walked in here." Lady Chen replied as glanced at the other lady before walking to the child to take his hands.

Little Weiyuan gazed at the young Lady Chen back then before reaching out with his hand.

"I can see that you like him already, and he trusts you, so why don't you take care of him?." The ex suggested.

Chen Lihua looked up at her with a frown on her face as she asked, "If I take care of him from now onwards, I hope you won't come back for him again?."

The young woman chuckled loudly as she said, "You are so funny! How do you think I will want to ever give my child away to another woman, and that too, to my ex's current girlfriend?."

"With you, anything is possible. Right now, you are dumping your child because of your selfish interest!." Lady Chen retorted.

"Whichever way you out it, I will accept it. I am his mother, so I have every right to come back for him. You said I'm selfish, but what about when I had to suffer for three good years to give birth to him and take care of him to the detriment of my career? Haven't I sacrificed enough?!."

"You are a big joke! Did your child create himself? You and Chen K are responsible for that, so you two should not about your responsibilities!." Lady Chen said to her.

"Ju Ju?!." Chen K called out worriedly after he heard her mention his name as she rolled her eyes at him.

"Fine! K and I are responsible. But help this irresponsible mother do her part. If I stay here to argue with you, I will miss my flight, and I bet you two won't take responsibility for it." The ex said with a smirk on her lips as she put her sunshades back on her eyes.

"You are so shameless! You just like to transfer your responsibilities to others, and then put blame on them because of your selfishness." Lady Chen said to her.

The young woman ignored her and instead glanced at little Weiyuan. "Baby, the mother will miss you. Take care of yourself alright? See you in the next two years!."

With that, she gave him a little hug before walking away.

"Did she just ask a three-year-old toddler to take care of himself?!." Lady Chen asked in shock.

"What kind of woman is she?!."

"Ju Ju?." Chen K called out in worry.

Lady Chen glanced at him as she said, "We will talk about this later. First of all, I have to take care of him and get to know him better. Only then can he trust me more."

After saying her piece, she took the child and was on her way out.

"Where are you taking him to? I haven't done a DNA test to confirm if he is my son. And the reporters might get a picture of the two of you, that won't be good to make a scandal after your agency has announced your next film." Chen K reminded her.

"It doesn't matter." Lady Chen said as she walked out of the house with Little Weiyuan.
