When Chen Lihua woke up, she felt a warm hand holding unto her, so she turned to glance at the hand, only to see a familiar face.
Thinking she was dreaming, she rubbed her eyes with her other hand to clean her eyes, but she still saw the same familiar silhouette.
"You are awake?." Liu Longwei asked as a smile appeared on his face.
"Mmmm. When did you come?." Chen Lihua asked as she tried to sit up, but she was too tired to do so, so Liu Longwei helped her up.
"I came a few hours ago. How are you?." He asked as he gazed into her eyes.
"Fine." Chen Lihua replied softly as she returned the gaze.
Liu Longwei took his seat as he held her hand and apologized.
"I'm sorry that you had to go through that fright without me by your side."
"Why are you blaming yourself? This has nothing to do with you. You were back home in China, and I was here in the Maldives. What could you have done?." Chen Lihua asked.
"I should have come with you instead of leaving you alone." Liu Longwei said as he kissed the back of her hands.
"Don't say that, I didn't come here alone, your siblings cane with me, and they took care of me these past few days. Sister Ling saved me even in her last moment of struggle, or something dangerous would have happened." Chen Lihua sighed and heaved a sigh of relief.
"Okay, I'm glad she saved you." Liu Longwei responded.
"I didn't know I was this fragile." Chen Lihua commented as she was lost in thought.
"I don't think you are that fragile." Liu Longwei replied as they gazed at each other before he continued as he fiddled with her hand.

"If you were that fragile, you would have hugged me and cried on my shoulders, but you didn't do any of that. Instead, you remained calm like you can handle the situation."
Chen Lihua was surprised by his response. 'She didn't even give him a hug after not seeing him for a few days?.'
"I'm sorry about that. My mind was occupied with so many things. But I missed you, and I'm happy you left the load of work you have to handle at the company to come here for me, thank you." Chen Lihua said, expressing her heartfelt gratitude.
"There is no need to thank me, you are my wife, and I will do anything for you." Liu Longwei promised.
His words finally touched Chen Lihua, so she gazed at him as a slight smile appeared on her face.
Next, she sighed as she said, "What I meant by being fragile is because of what happened today. I've been eating healthy, going for my antenatal classes, and the exercises, especially the Yoga exercises. I have never missed it for a day. I thought will all these, I was strong enough. But a little wind blew, and that was all that was required for me to be in this state. Then I was thinking, what if something greater had...."
"Sshhh..." Liu Longwei shushed her with his finger on her lips, cutting off her words.
"Don't say any negative word, the baby is listening. You should stay positive and strong. The baby can recognize your feelings and emotions. Therefore, before you do anything, remember our baby is paying attention." Liu Longwei reminded.
Chen Lihua heaved a sigh as Liu Longwei took his finger off her lips.
"Can I see Sister Ling now?." Chen Lihua requested."

"No. The doctor said you should stay in bed and avoid moving about. I have contacted your doctor back home, she will be waiting in the house and ready to receive you." Liu Longwei said.
"What if I have to use the bathroom?." Chen Lihua asked with a scrunched-up look.
"That is acceptable. Come, I will escort you." Liu Longwei said standing to his feet as he held her hands, but Chen Lihua took her hand forcefully from his grip.
"I don't want your bathroom help." She said as she looked away.
Liu Longwei chuckled softly as he watched her childish act. Then he asked, "Should I get Dongmei, or the nurse to assist you?."
Chen Lihua quickly turned to glance at him as she began to contemplate some matters in her head.
Finally, she said, "Help me out."
Liu Longwei smiled as he gently helped her off the bed.
He held her waist with one hand and used the other to push the Drip stand in front, as he led her into the bathroom in the room.
A few minutes later, they came back into the room, and Liu Longwei helped her up the bed.
Just then, Liu Dongmei knocked before opening the door and peeping in. Seeing that Chen Lihua was awake, she smiled and walked in with food in her hand.
"Lihua, how do you feel?." Liu Dongmei asked as she served the food to them.
"I feel better now. How is Sister Ling?." She asked.
"She is fine. She just went back to sleep. Have something to eat first." Liu Dongmei said after serving the food.
"Thank you!." Chen Lihua said as she glanced at her before pointing out.
"Sister Mei, you look weird in that beach attire, you've been wearing it for hours now."
"That's not a problem, I'm fine with it." Liu Dongmei said with a smile.
Liu Longwei glanced over as well as he instructed, "You and Liwei should go back to the hotel to have a change of clothing. Bring some toiletries for Lihua and Huiling. We are leaving tomorrow morning, so pack all your belongings and have them readied."
"Brother, don't you it's too early to leave? Libya and Huiling still need to stay in the hospital for a few days." Liu Dongmei said worriedly.
"I'm not satisfied with the treatment here. We are transferring them to SUH back home, so I will handle the discharge procedures here. Go, leave QB to stay with Huiling while you leave with Liwei."
