Liu Liwei and Liu Dongmei were surprised to see a pool of blood on the floor, and a cleaner, wiping it off, so they asked the lady at the reception what transpired there.

The receptionist briefed them on the case. From the little deductions, they already knew that Liu Huiling and Chen Lihua were involved, so they began to panic.

"Some people in black who looked like bodyguards carried them away in two helicopters." The receptionist revealed.

"When we got to the scene, Ma'am was kneeling beside Miss Huiling who was bleeding. Both were in severe pain, so we rushed them to the hospital. But according to Ma'am, a pregnant woman deliberately pushed Miss Huiling." K2 explained the situation to the best of his abilities.

"Why would Sister Huiling bleed?." Liu Liwei asked in confusion as he turned to Liu Dongmei.

"Sister Huiling is pregnant, and I just found out about it last night." Liu Dongmei replied in a worried tone.

"F*CK!. Who is that b*tch that dared to hurt my sister?!." Liu Liwei cried out in an angry tone.

"Have you heard from the doctor?." Liu Dongmei asked K2.

"Yes. Miss Huiling is currently undergoing surgery to remove the dead fetus. She fainted when we arrived at the hospital."

"What about Lihua, what's her condition?." Liu Dongmei asked.

"She is under an intravenous drip. She was sedated because she refused to be admitted to the hospital and wanted to watch over Sister Huiling. But because she was under a risk of getting a miscarriage as well, the doctor had to sedate her to stabilize the fetus."

Liu Dongmei felt like fainting. How could all these happen in less than twenty minutes?

"Did you call home?." Liu Liwei asked.

"Yes, I filled Boss in on the situation, so he is on his way here. But I don't think he knows that Ma'am didn't lose the baby, because he caught off after he heard that she was admitted to the hospital."

Just then, The doctor came out from the operating room, and Liu Dongmei and Liu Liwei gather around him.

"Are you the patient's family?." The doctor asked.

"Yes, we are. Doctor how is our sister?." Liu Dongmei asked worriedly.

"Relax, she would be fine, but we couldn't save the fetus. She has been stressed mentally for a long time, and then she was pushed down forcefully, there was no way the fetus would have survived. Your sister is out of danger now, and the surgery would be concluded soon. Your sister is a strong-willed woman, and that helped a lot in the surgery. So she will be out in twenty to thirty minutes." The doctor replied with a positive smile on his face.

"Thank you, doctor!." Liu Dongmei and Liu Liwei chorused together

"But I will like to see one of you in my office after the surgery, it's very urgent." The doctor suddenly stopped smiling as he announced.

"I don't know why Sister Huiling has to grow through these." Liu Liwei said as he went to sit on the bench.

Liu Dongmei followed behind him before going to sit beside him on the bench.

"Sister Ling is not in danger, I'm more worried about what the doctor wants to say. I just hope everything would be alright." Liu Dongmei said as she leaned on his shoulder.

A few minutes later, QB came walking towards them. She bowed her head in greeting when she saw them.

Liu Dongmei stood to her feet and held her arm when she came close to them.

"How is Lihua?." She asked worriedly.

"Ma'am is fine now, she is asleep. The doctor managed to stabilize the fetus." QB replied awkwardly.

She was not used to her hand being grabbed by someone.

Liu Dongmei noticed her discomfort and let her hands go.

"How long do we have to wait before she wakes up?." Liu Liwei asked.

"In fifteen minutes, she should be awake. The doctor said Ma'am is stubborn, so she would have to be put asleep after she has woken up and eaten something." QB conveyed.

"Liwei go and get something to eat and drink. Be careful with the food." Liu Dongmei instructed.

Liu Liwei stood up immediately and left after he has taken his phone and wallet from the bodyguard.

K2 brought their bags along from the hotel.

A few minutes later, he came back with a bodyguard behind him, their hands were filled with packages of food.

"Notify us once the doctor comes out from the theater." Liu Dongmei instructed as she walked towards Chen Lihua's wardroom with Liu Liwei, QB, and another bodyguard.

When they entered Chen Lihua's room, she was just waking up.
