Today, Liu Huiling was preparing her two daughters for school.

She was combing hair Little Apple's hair, while a maid he lied her pack the children's books in their school bags.

"Ma'am, breakfast is ready." A maid came into the children's room and announced.

"Serve them, and put some in the lunch pack." Liu Huiling instructed.

"Baby, your hair is done! Cherry, come over." Liu Huiling said to her kids.

Cherry was currently trying to brush her hair while looking at herself in the mirror, she was kind of struggling with the hairbrush.

"Mum, I can give it a try," Cherry said as she continued trying to brush her hair.

"Cherry, please not today. You will be late for school. If you want to learn to comb your hair, it can not be in the morning when you have school okay?." Liu Huiling cautioned.

"Okay, mommy." Little Cherry said as she walked over with the comb in her hand.

After getting the children ready for school, she ate breakfast with them and was about to send them out from the door when Zhang Wei called out to her.

"Huiling?."

Having heard their father's voice, the two girls turned around to look at him with big smiles on their faces.

"Daddy... Daddy!." They called out happily.

"Good morning my little princesses." Zhang Wei greeted them with a smile on his face as he walked towards them and lifted them in his arms at the same time.

"Good morning." They chorused in their sweet angelic voices.

"You are already on your way out. Pay attention to your teachers in school today okay? Be a good girl for mommy and daddy, okay?."

"Okay, daddy!." The two girls chorused happily.

"Alright, give daddy a goodbye kiss." Zhang Wei demanded with a smile on his face.

The two little girls each kissed one side of his cheeks before he brought them down. Then he watched as they were sent to the car by the maids.

"You called me?." Liu Huiling asked straightforwardly.

"Yes, we need to talk." Zhang Wei said in a serious tone.

Liu Huiling glanced at her wristwatch before saying to him, "You have ten minutes."

Then she said to one of the servants that helped her dress the kids, "Send them to school."

There was a driver in the house, so all the servant needed to do was to follow the kids to their school, and made sure they got into their various classes.

Liu Huiling went back into the house with Zhang Wei after waving goodbyes to her kids.

"What do you want to talk about?." Liu Huiling asked immediately she sat on the sofa with her legs crossed, and her arms folded.

"I want to talk about us." Zhang Wei started as he stared at her.

Liu Huiling glanced at her wristwatch without saying anything.

"I know you have plans to divorce me, but I just want to tell you to give me some time to sort myself out. I don't want a divorce, and I still love you!." Zhang Wei declared.

"What guts!." Liu Huiling said, flaring up.

"Did I beg you to love me? What stupid love are you talking about? One thing I'm sure of is that you never loved me. You tried your luck with me, and you got me. After we got married, you discovered I wasn't your ideal woman. But let me ask you, what happened to all those times we dated? How come you didn't find out who I actually was, or were you just playing around?."

"Huiling I know you are very angry, but please don't raise your voice." Zhang Wei tried to calm her down.

"Don't tell me to calm down, you don't have any right over me, you're lost that right over a year ago. You claim you love me, but right now, I see you as the greatest liar ever lived. The only reason I'm tolerating your presence is because of my children. I haven't filed for a divorce because I'm considering my daughters. Not because I can't look after them, but because of their emotions. But when I'm done figuring that part out, you will hear from my lawyer!."

Liu Huiling said as she picked up her bag and tried walking away, but Zhang Wei held her arm.

"Huiling, why are you getting walked up? I thought you have softened your stance towards me because..."

"Because I allowed you to touch me last night?." Liu Huiling scoffed as she cut him off.

"Exactly." Zhang Wei said.

Liu Huiling chuckled angrily before taking her hand off his grasp.

"You must be a big dreamer! The only reason I allowed you to touch me, was because I was emotional, and wanted to be reminded of what it felt like to be with you. This morning, I discovered that what we shared before, was not worth the pain, betrayal, and anguish I had to face because of you. I only have you, but you have more than me (one person) to satisfy you. Sorry, my eyes are opened, and I refused to pretend to be blind."

After saying her piece, she walked out of the house immediately. She didn't try to look back.

Inside her car, she banged her fist on the steering in anger, as she cursed herself.

"Huiling how could you sleep with him? How could you let his filthy hands touch you? You must have gone crazy!."

Suddenly, tears came out of her eyes as she put her head on the steering.

She started reminiscing, how she first met her Zhang Wei, their dates, and the first time meeting his parents.

Their first time making love, their times when she first got pregnant and how he took good care of her. His reactions when she gave birth to their first princess.

He was very happy. And as he carried the baby, he said with his face full of smiles, "Now, you have finally given me a miniature you."

'What happened to all those times they were happy? What went wrong? Wasn't she a good wife to him? Did she not try her best? Why does her marriage have to fail?.'

All these thoughts kept appearing in her head as she let the pain she felt, show through her tears.

She was pained, her heart was in pain. She wasn't happy. She felt she was at her wit's end.

Who can she run to?
