She explained some things about trauma to her, before going ahead to talk about her treatment plans.

No 1, Get Moving; Try doing rhythmic exercises for at least thirty minutes daily, while exercising, try to focus your mind on your body movements and the changes that occur while working out instead of focusing on your thoughts and trying hard to distract yourself.

No 2, Don't isolate yourself; Do not be alone, try to interact with other people. You can even choose to volunteer, participate in other activities, hang out with friends or join a club, just so you are not idle.

No 3, Self regulate your nervous system; If you are feeling disturbed or upset, practice mindful breathing. Allow yourself to feel what you feel when you feel it, that is, acknowledge your feelings about the trauma when it comes.

No 4, Take care of your health; Eat a well balanced diet, get away from stress, get enough sleep, and practice relaxation techniques to reduce stress. Don't smoke, take alcohol, or drugs during this period.

"So these are the basic treatment and methods you can do to overcome the trauma. But if it doesn't work, then we will do it the professional way." Dr. Li said in a smile.

"Ok, thank you doctor." Chen Lihua said gratefully.

"No troubles at all, you paid me well enough to do a good job. Do you have any questions to ask?." Dr. Li inquired.

"No questions for now. But if any comes up, I will contact you immediately." Chen Lihua replied.

"Okay, then i will have to take my leave then." Dr. Li responded as she stood to her feet.

Chen Lihua stood to her feet as well and stretched forth her right hand for a handshake.

"Thank you, Dr. Li, see you when I see you."

Dr. Li shook her hand. "Goodbye Mrs. Liu."

Chen Lihua asked the butler to walk Dr. Li to her car as she sat back at the garden terrace sipping her water.

"Sweetheart how do you feel now?." Liu Longwei asked as he came to sit opposite of her.

"I am a lot better now." Chen Lihua replied as she put down the glass of water in her hand.

"That's good, we will leave by four, so take enough rest." Liu Longwei stood up before walking to her side and pulling her up from the seat.

Chen Lihua allowed him to pull her up and hug her waist as they walked away. She understood what the time he talked about was for.

"Darling, when do i have to get back to work, I am already bored out of my mind?." Chen Lihua inquired in a childish tone.

"When there are signs of improvement. Don't worry I will make sure to create activities that will keep you busy, and at the same time will not stress you out, or don't you like spending time with me.?." Liu Longwei asked.

"Of course I love spending time with you. It's just that i miss working at the hospital." Chen Lihua complained.

"I promise you that once you show positive signs of improvement, you will get back to work. So for now, cherish your time with me because I'll be traveling soon." Liu Longwei said to her.

That same day, Chen Lihua started her treatment plans and in the evening, Liu Longwei took her out to have fun.

Five days later when everyone thought that she was getting better, she had a second re-occurrence of the trauma. How did it happen?.

Chen Lihua heard a gunshot in the compound. Immediately, she screamed and threw away the bottle of wine in her hand, just as she was about to pour a glass of wine for herself and hid herself under the table with her hands over her ears.

Liu Longwei who was sitting opposite of her on the rooftop, immediately rushed towards her and lifted her up as he embraced her and called out to her.

Chen Lihua wasn't responding to him, but she held unto his arm tightly.

"AD what happened?." Liu Longwei inquired in a serious tone as he led Chen Lihua to his bedroom. He had on an Airpod on, so he was able communicate with AD immediately the call was connected.

(AD gave Liu Longwei a call after the gunshot).

"Boss, there was a mysterious drone hovering around the compound inconspicuously, so i took it down. The drone is now under investigation, I will report our findings to you shortly." AD explained in a serious tone.

"That's fine, get to work immediately." Liu Longwei replied and cut off the communication. He led Chen Lihua to sit on the bed and tried to get a normal reaction from her.

He tried to calm her down in so many ways, and it finally paid off after several minutes.

After consoling her and getting her to stay calm after telling her the reason for the gunshot, he immediately phoned Dr. Li and explained what transpired and Chen Lihua's reaction.

"It seems like I've been treating her wrongly." Dr. Li commented after heaving a sigh.

"What do you mean Dr?." Liu Longwei inquired in confusion.

"Her true fear, and the reason for the trauma is mainly because of the sound from the gunshot. She is terrified of that sound, so the treatment plan has to deal with the root of her problem." Dr. Li said.

"Let her continue with the treatment plans I gave to her, but for her to overcome the fear of gunshots in such a short time, she has to deal directly with it, she has to be comfortable with that sound, and for her to be comfortable with the sound, she has to be used to hearing it." Dr. Li replied.

"I understand what you mean, I will immediately schedule a shooting class for her, thank you."

After talking with Dr. Li, Liu Longwei went further to make a call to arrange shooting classes for his wife.

"I'm going to learn how to shoot?." Chen Lihua asked in surprise as she sat up on the bed.

Liu Longwei sat on the bed close to her and held unto her hands. "Yesyou are. I have arranged the class for you, and I'll be with you through out your training period. This training will not only help you to overcome the trauma, but also train you to be able to protect yourself with a gun." Liu Longwei explained.
