"What you deduced makes a lot of sense, but why don't you think the person behind the video might have done it to embarrass Zie Yu, without having any other thing in mind?" Chen Lihua asked.

"I've had a lot of enemies, and I still have, so I am speaking from experience. This video has brought you to the limelight, so you need to be cautious," Liu Longwei said worriedly.

And as Chen Lihua opened her mouth intending to refute his words, Liu Longwei's phone rang.

He picked up the call and listened to the person at the other end. The person said something that caused his brows to crease.

"Check the CCTV footage in the restaurant, and track the IP address. One more thing, involve 'X' if the matter gets out of your hands," Liu Longwei said.

"What happened?" Chen Lihua inquired when he finished with the call.

She saw the crease on his brows, so she became worried.

"It turns out the culprit used a fake ID as expected," Liu Longwei replied.

"How did you know that?" Chen Lihua asked, a little surprised.

"Who would like to get into trouble by using a real ID to post that video online? The culprit knows what he/she is doing. He/she has you on one end, and Zie Yu at the other end. At least, they wouldn't want to be found so easily," Liu Longwei said as he clasped his hands with his fingers interlaced on the desk.

"Ok," Chen Lihua replied plainly as she sank into deep thought.

"You don't need to dwell on this matter, I will take care of it," Liu Longwei assured her.

"Thank you. It's time to get busy with my brain," Chen Lihua said as she picked up a stack of medical reports from her bag.

The next morning at work, Liu Longwei sat as he keenly listened to Assistant Duyi report on his findings.

"We weren't able to lay our hands on the CCTV footage. The manager of the restaurant said some lady in white had asked him to delete them."

"Was he able to describe the lady?" Liu Longwei asked as if he expected the results.

"Yes, he did. So from his description, we got this image," Assistant Duyi replied as he placed a plain paper that had a woman's picture drawn on it.

"Good!" Liu Longwei said as he casually glanced at the picture before keeping the paper on his desk.

"Boss, maybe you can try asking madam if she can recognize this woman," Assistant Duyi suggested.

"No need," Liu Longwei replied.

He sighed and then continued, "She doesn't recognize people's faces at the first meeting, so there's no way she would be able to recognize someone she had no interaction with in the first place. That is her weak point, so do not let the word get out," Liu Longwei instructed in a serious tone.

"Yes, Boss," Assistant Duyi replied, a little surprised. Then as if remembering something, he became calm.

He remembered the day Chen Lihua ignored him when she came out of the restaurant with Liu Longwei. He had greeted her, but she acted like she hadn't met him before.

'So that was the reason?' he thought to himself.

"Duplicate this. I want you to get a hold of this woman within the next 24-hours. Her intentions are important to me. Have you contacted 'X' yet?" Liu Longwei asked.

"Not yet, Boss, since we have a lead," Assistant Duyi replied.

"Leave him for now. I guess the task I'm asking you to do is easy?" Liu Longwei asked.

"Yes, Boss," Assistant Duyi confirmed.

"You can go," Liu Longwei said as he gave the plain paper back to him.

Late into the night, Assistant Duyi contacted Liu Longwei.

"Boss, we found her."

"Go ahead!" Liu Longwei said with keen interest.

"It seemed like she was expecting us to come searching for her, and we didn't disappoint her," Assistant Duyi said and paused, as he waited for a response, but continued when he received none.

"I spoke to her personally, so she opened up to me. She said she sent the video to her friend, who was once humiliated by Zie Yu a few years back when you two were still together, and that caused her family to nearly go bankrupt. So she had been looking for an opportunity to get back at Zie Yu, so she had to take the bull by the horn now that her family had a better footing than the Zie's," Assistant Duyi explained.

"What's her reason for getting rid of the CCTV footage if she is not afraid of Zie Yu?" Liu Longwei asked after a few seconds.

"She was seeking attention, but did not want to be found easily by any of the parties involved (Chen Lihua and Zie Yu)," Assistant Duyi replied and waited for a reply.

Liu Longwei sighed and said after a deep thought. "You interrogated her yourself. How was her body language like? Do you think she was telling the truth?"

"Boss, from my years of experience, I think she was telling the truth," Assistant Duyi replied.

"You think? That means you are not sure," Liu Longwei said in a slightly heavy tone.

"I'm sorry, Boss. I am sure she told the truth. She was really seeking for attention as she said. One more thing, Boss, she said she was only seeking to be found, so didn't care about the Mistress and the animosity she created between her and Zie Yu."

"It seemed like her friends like neither of them and instead wants them to get into a fight with each other," Liu Longwei said thoughtfully.

"You are right, Boss. She seemed not to care about that," Assistant Duyi confirmed.

"Since she was seeking attention, let's give her what she wants," Liu Longwei said as a wicked smirk formed on his lips.

"At your service, Boss," Assistant Duyi said while waiting for his orders.

"Contact Zie Yu, and give up their identities to her. I bet she's been looking for the culprit all these while. I want her attention to be diverted from my wife. The three of them can quarrel till death, I don't care," Liu Longwei instructed.

"Boss, that would be a big present you would be giving to Miss Zie Yu because as it stands now, she is mad with anger," Assistant Duyi informed.
