The next morning, Liu Longwei left the sleeping Chen Lihua to wash up. And after he was done dressing, he walked towards the bed where his sleeping wife was lying.

He smiled softly when he saw her facial expression, even with her eyes still closed.

He leaned close to her before whispering in her ear, "I know you are awake, open your eyes."

Even after his words, Chen Lihua continued to pretend to be fast asleep. No movements were made from her.

"Are you embarrassed?" Liu Longwei whispered softly with a smile on his face.

'No response...' So Liu Longwei blew air through his mouth to her ear. And his actions forced Chen Lihua to laugh, thereby exposing her facade.

Chen Lihua was embarrassed recalling her actions last night, about how she very much wanted to sleep with Liu Longwei. But she blamed it all on the alcohol.

And indeed, she was drunk because she couldn't hold her liquor.

"You know fully well how embarrassed I am, but yet, you still tease me," Chen Lihua said with flushed cheeks while sitting up on the bed.

Liu Longwei gave her a peck on her lips when she finally decided to sit up on the bed.

"Am leaving," He suddenly announced.

Chen Lihua wiped her lips with the back of her hand, not because she found the kiss disgusting, but because she just woke up, and so hadn't brushed her teeth.

"So early?" Chen Lihua asked, glancing at the clock on the nightstand then back at Liu Longwei, who had already seated beside her on the bed.

"Do you want me to stay back?" Liu Longwei asked with a teasing smile.

Chen Lihua stared at him, stupefied without uttering a single word. The only part of her body that was moving was her eyelashes, which fluttered like wings of a bird.

"What? The cat's got your tongue now?" Liu Longwei asked while pinching her both cheeks gently.

'Hahaha...haha....🤣,' Chen Lihua suddenly burst out in laughter.

Liu Longwei let go of her cheeks and looked at her in amazement while wondering what was making her laugh so hard.

So he asked with a blank face, "What's so funny?"

By the time his question came, Chen Lihua had already gotten a grip on herself.

"You sound just like me."

Still seeing his confused facial expression, she proceeded to explain further with a smile on her face, "Your words sounded just like what I would say."

"Oh! That's not bad, I guess we are influencing each other a lot more than we think," Liu Longwei said with a smile as he eyed those beautiful dimples his wife has on both cheeks.

Liu Longwei glanced at the expensive designer wristwatch on his wrist. Then he cast a glance at Chen Lihua, "The guys and I are leaving now, so, see you tomorrow at the altar."

And he sent her a wink after he said that word, 'Alter.'

He just couldn't wait for tomorrow to come. If he had the power, he would go and meet tomorrow, instead of tomorrow coming to him.

"See you at the altar too," Chen Lihua said with a smile, not shy at the moment. So Liu Longwei left trails of kisses all over the face.

Then he smiled satisfactorily at his piece of work before leaving.

Chen Lihua wanted to escort him to the car, but Liu Longwei refused after glancing at her dress.

Since this was the eve of their wedding, Chen Lihua, Liu Longwei, their families, and friends had a busy long day ahead.

After Liu Longwei and his entourage left, Chen Lihua and the girls had a 30 minutes' walk out section, before they freshened up and had their breakfast.

Since the house has been decorated already with wedding decors. There was no point in touching that area again from the beginning, apart from adding some other things to it.

More family members arrived at both Chen Lihua and Liu Longwei's sides.

Today was the main day for Chen Lihua's bridal party, but that would be in the evening. But for now, she had a lot of work on her plate right now.

Tomorrow is her big day, so she has to ensure that there would be no mistakes.

After having her breakfast, Chen Lihua started off by 'running through the entire day.' She didn't want any surprises on her day, so she had to cross-check things.

Next, she confirmed everything with her vendors. She made calls to all her vendors and to her Wedding planner—Vivian, who has been giving her feedbacks since day 1.

This action of hers' gave her peace of mind, so she wouldn't have to be panicking all day.

Immediately she put down the phone after her call with Vivian; Delmas Andrien, her Wedding dress designer, came and dragged her away.

While being pulled away by him, Chen Lihua asked, "Delmas, is anything the matter?"

"Oh, yes! Everything is the matter," Delmas said in exaggeratingly.

"If I didn't come to drag you off, I am sure you would forget to try your outfit for tomorrow on. Maybe till the end of today, you would just be making calls and getting all tensed up, totally forgetting the most important thing."

"Oh my! That's right, the dress," Chen Lihua said as she face-palmed herself.

"You actually forgot about the dress? Huh! You've been the one disturbing me that you wanted to see your dress. And after I notified you that you could see your dress, you forgot?" Delmas said while sending a glare at her.

Chen Lihua smiled awkwardly and continued to follow him while placating him.

Just when they were very close to entering the room where her Wedding dress was kept, they met Angel.

"Where are you going off to?" Angel asked.

"Am going to try on my wedding dress," Chen Lihua said with a big smile, not trying to hide how happy and excited she was.

"Ahhh!!!" Angel shrieked excitedly, whole running off.

"What's wrong with her?" Delmas asked in confusion.

Chen Lihua took her sight off Angel as she turned to look at Delmas with a smile. "She is excited, and I'm sure she has gone to notify the others."
