More guests arrived today.

This morning, Liu Longwei left the house with his essential items.

His mother asked him to live in a separate house from his bride till the wedding was over. So he agreed.

He analyzed the plan and found out that it had advantages and disadvantages.

The advantage here is that he won't be tempted to sleep with his wife if he doesn't see her.

And the disadvantage there is that he would miss seeing his beautiful wife's face, and her fragrant scent.

(Longwei, have you forgotten that absence makes the heart grow fonder?).

Chen Lihua didn't really mind him because she was already very occupied by her bridal shower parties that she has been hosting.

She wasn't bothered about anything. So the problem of her husband seeing her naked or trying to sleep with her won't be troubling her anymore.

In fact, she was free.

Just before Liu Longwei left the house for his previous mansion, he warned everyone seriously to look after his wife. Especially the bodyguards.

They were to follow her wherever she went, except for the inconvenient places, like the restrooms, etc.

If anything should happen to his wife, their whole generation will pay the price, even though it won't be enough.

"I will miss you. Will, you miss me?" Liu Longwei asked Chen Lihua

Chen Lihua shook her head negatively, "No, I won't. Just go, am tired of seeing your handsome face."

Liu Longwei didn't know if he should be happy because of the handsome face compliment, or angry because she said she was tired of seeing him; which meant in other words, that she wouldn't miss him.

Liu Longwei sighed before taking one step into his car.

While Chen Lihua thought he was angry and about to enter the car. Liu Longwei turned sharply and held her face with his strong palms before forcibly kissing her lips.

At first, Chen Lihua struggled. But when she thought that he won't have the opportunity to do as he pleased till their wedding day, she let him be.

Thinking about the wedding, Chen Lihua's heartbeats became irregular, as she suddenly felt nervous.

This was her big day we are talking about, she has the right to be nervous.

While kissing her, Liu Longwei felt her struggles but didn't give way. In fact, he was enjoying himself right now.

But when he felt the woman in his arms had lost focus, he released her lips.

"What are you thinking about? How could you lose focus during our kiss," He asked her with creased brows.

Chen Lihua came out of her thoughts and stared at him. "Nothing much. I was just thinking about our wedding, and how that day would be. Hurry up and go! I've got some important things to do, and time it's not by our side."

Liu Longwei sighed as he ruffled her hair, "Take good care of yourself. I will keep in touch with you. Don't disturb yourself about the car, because I'll be sending you your ride in the morning of our big day."

Chen Lihua took his hand off her head while asking with furrowed brows in confusion, "Which side is that? There are so many cars here, what are you talking about?"

"You don't need to know what I am talking about, but you will see the ride tomorrow evening or on the D-Day, depending on my plans. Take care of yourself, I love you."

And with that, Liu Longwei left blowing some kisses before eventually entering inside his Rolls Royce Phantom.

Chen Lihua watched the car leave and sighed to herself.

What is he planning now?

Chen Lihua knows that her husband was an extravagant spender. He doesn't think twice before spending money.

Well, he's got the money, and he's got to spend it on something nice.

Chen Lihua went back into the house and thought that since Liu Longwei had left, that she would be able to her wedding dress. But Delmas didn't give her that opportunity.

It seemed like he was keeping watch over the door instead of supervising his work.

"Delmas, how is my dress now? How is the work coming along?" Chen Lihua asked the man standing in front of the door and staring at her with a professional smile.

"Ma'am your dress is almost done, and you would be allowed to take a good glance at it tomorrow's afternoon. But before then, you would have to do something for us."

"And what is that?" Chen Lihua asked as she was very ready to do anything he asked of her.

"Please do us the favor of staying away from this door, because the more you do, the more you delay us, and the longer you get to set your eyes on your dress," Delmas answered with a half-smile.

"Like seriously? Am I hindering you from working?" Chen Lihua asked unbelievably.

"Mmmhmm," Delmas smile and hummed, while nodding his head in confirmation.

Chen Lihua stared at him, speechlessly before walking away after a few seconds.

Well, now she was swamped with work so she didn't have the time to argue with him or cause trouble.

'I will see my dress tomorrow, and tomorrow is not far, so I can wait,' Chen Lihua said to herself.

She had a cocktail class this morning. And in the afternoon, she had to entertain some important guests with Liu Longwei. And lastly, for the day, she had a pool party section with her female friends.

Chen Lihua chose the venue to be in her and Liu Longwei's current Villa.

She doesn't need stress at all.

While Chen Lihua and Liu Longwei were entertaining their guests, the Liu and Chen Families were busy with the same matter as well.

At the Liu Mansion, the Liu families were very busy entertaining the guests from their sides that arrived for the wedding.

Liu Huiling arrived with her daughters the previous day, but her husband refused to follow her.

So she gave him 24-hours to be present at the Liu Mansion if he didn't want his secrets exposed, and so he had to comply.

He arrived on this day with a not so brilliant expression, though he faked most smiles on some occasions.

Old Madam Liu noticed the tension between Liu Huiling and her husband, even Madam Liu got an inkling of it. Still, both of them didn't mention anything as this was a very happy occasion, and so they wouldn't want to ruin it.

But both Madam Liu and Old Lady communicated and gave signals to each other with their eyes, concerning Liu Huiling and her husband.
