The next morning, Chen Lihua pretended as if she didn't do anything wrong to her husband last night. She still laughed and joked with him as usual, not knowing what Liu Longwei had in-store for her.

Today, another set of Delmas team arrived, they were a total of five females. They arrived early this morning.

Chen Lihua kept wondering why Delmas needed a team with nine people simply to finish up one wedding gown.

She even wanted to take a sneak peek into the room to know why the gown required ten people to complete, but she was found out by Delmas before she could even enter the room.

Delmas had to send her away and at the same time, report her to Liu Longwei.

Liu Longwei took Chen Lihua away to the balcony before asking, "Why are you in such a hurry?"

"You can't blame me. I just wanted to take a peek at the dress, and know why it demanded ten people to make," Chen Lihua said.

"Just forget it. Maybe Delmas wants to surprise you. And by taking a peek at the dress this early, even before it's completed, will ruin the whole surprise," Liu Longwei said, trying to reason with her.

"That's right, maybe he wants to surprise me, and I like surprises. But it's hard to wait," Chen Lihua whined like a little child.

"Keep yourself busy, and then you wouldn't have the time to think about the gown," Liu Longwei said.

"Alright. My girlfriends should be arriving this afternoon, and we have to send cars that would pick them up from the airport, and drop them at the hotel," Chen Lihua said with a little excitement.

"Don't worry, I will take care of it," Liu Longwei assured her.

"Thank you. The girls and I have a little reunion to do this night," Chen Lihua informed him.

"Ok," Liu Longwei said before going inside the house with her.

In the afternoon, Chen Lihua's female friends, mostly her bride's maids, arrived and were immediately sent to the hotel they would be staying.

Chen Lihua was all smiles as she conversed with them on the phone.

Their arrivals made her know that her wedding was in four days.

In the evening, Chen Lihua called her stylist to come to the house and do a makeover for her.

When her stylist arrived, they started their work immediately.

They picked a dress that looked simple but casual for her since she was only going to meet up with her female friends.

Her hair was styled in a simple updo, then a nude makeup was applied on her face.

She had a necklace around her neck, a pair of pearl-studded earrings, and a bangle that had the same color as her dress, a white XL bag, and a set of heels.

The dress had a simple design and was a little short on her. But Chen Lihua didn't care since she was meeting up with her friends, and she found no problem with the dress.

Before she left, Liu Longwei gave her a peck on her cheeks before finally allowing her to go.

At first, when he saw her, he felt like caging her in the house so that no one would catch a glimpse of her beauty. But he just couldn't do that because it wasn't right.

Then he wanted to kiss her lips, but Chen Lihua didn't let him, saying that he would smudge her lipstick and that she didn't have the time to redo it. So he could only kiss her cheeks.

After watching his wife leave with the bodyguards assigned to her, he went back into the house.

When Chen Lihua got to the hotel, she didn't come down from the car. Instead, she called her friends to tell them that she was already waiting for them and that they should come down.

Her friends came out of the hotel entrance together in no time. They were all dressed up beautifully, which showed how prepared they were.

When they got to the Mercedes Benz Sprinter, the car door opened for them, and they climbed in.

They shrieked in excitement when they saw Chen Lihua.

Jessica and Angel were amongst them.

"OMG! Lily, you look so beautiful!"

"It's been a while baby girl."

"You look hot."

Many compliments came her way. But because they couldn't hug her because of the height of the car, they blew her kisses as they took a seat.

"Thanks for the compliment, you guys look great as well," Chen Lihua said with a beautiful smile.

"We know," They shrieked in excitement.

This particular Mercedes Benz Sprinter could contain eleven adults, including the driver. So the car was enough for all of them.

Some of Chen Lihua's friends felt around the car.

"Lily this car smells like money. Your husband must be very rich," One of them said as she touched the car seat.

"He is not just rich. He is wealthy," One of them replied, moving her fingers around.

"Not just wealthy. He is one of the top ten wealthiest people in the world," Another one added.

"Please, please. Enough with all these already." Chen Lihua said with a smile while moving her left hand.

And this little action of hers nearly made their eyeballs pop out from their eyes on seeing her beautiful engagement ring, apart from Angel and Jessica. They had already seen it because they were present at her little engagement party.

"OMG! Lily let me see your finger," One of them who was sitting at close range with Chen Lihua said as she grabbed her hand without warning.

"Wow! This shit is real," The Lady said as she fumbled the ring in-between her two fingers.

Hahaha. Angel laughed as she replied, "Did you actually think that her husband would give her a fake ring?"

The girls talked about the ring for a while before Chen Lihua changed the topic.

She brought out two bottles of champagne bottles from the little freezer and champagne glasses.

Next, she handed over the bottles of wine to two friends and asked them to pop the champagne and pour each of them a drink.

"That's my girl," Jessica said with a smile when she saw the champagne bottles while giving Chen Lihua a thumbs-up.

"Let's toast to a healthy life," Chen Lihua said as she raised her glass.

The others followed up as well, and they clinked glasses together.

"I hope you all got me a little souvenir?" Chen Lihua asked with narrowed eyes.

"Of course we got you something, but you will get it tomorrow," One of them said before taking a sip from her glass.
