She pushed the stool to his side so he could pick the grapefruits for himself while thinking that his hand couldn't reach it.

Liu Longwei saw her action and sighed. Then he threw out two simple words, "Feed me".

Chen Lihua thought she didn't hear well, because she paused in her actions for only a second before continuing with what she was doing.

Chen Lihua sneered while saying, "You think I don't know that you want to take advantage of me, no way!"

Just then, Lady Chen came to call them to come over to the dining table. Then, they walked over to see a sumptuous dinner sitting on the dining table, and waiting to be savored by them.

Lady Chen sat on the head chair, so Chen Lihua sat between her and Liu Longwei.

"Mom, who did you prepare all this food for? It seems like we are having a mini party with all these foods and drinks am seeing on this table". Chen Lihua said with wide eyes.

It's not her fault, the food and drinks on the table were too much for just the three of them.

"Just eat to your satisfaction". Lady Chen replied to her before leading them in a few seconds prayer over their food.

Lady Chen then cut a few pieces of roasted duck with her cutlery before sending it into Chen Lihua and Liu Longwei's plate.

Since her hand could not reach Liu Longwei's plate, she asked him to pass his plate and he did so. Then she put his own share of pieces of roasted into his plate.

Just before Chen Lihua took a bite from her food, she asked her mother, "Mum, where are grandpa and grandma? Why don't I see them?"

"They went to look, Chen Lin". Lady Chen said while cutting a few pieces of roasted duck for herself.

"Why would they go to look got Aunt Lin, did something happen?" Chen Lihua inquired curiously as she didn't see the need for her grandparents to visit her Aunt who they saw on her traditional wedding, just in the span of two to three days, unless there was a pressing need.

Lady Chen put the piece roasted duck she just cut into her plate and said with a frown while looking at her daughter, "Lihua, observe the table manners. All this food on this table isn't going to eat themselves. If you are not hungry, I am. You can wait for me to finish eating before asking me any more questions".

Lady Chen finished speaking and took a bite from her food.

Chen Lihua could only shut up and eat her food, with Liu Longwei sending a few side dishes into her plate as they are.

After their dinner, they sat in the living room and washed their food down with fruit juice.

Then Lady Chen brought up a topic of them spending the night at the Chen Villa.

But Chen Lihua refused and explained that they didn't come with any change of clothes as they didn't know they would be spending the night there.

Lady Chen wasn't going to take no for answer. She told them that they could go to any Mall to shop for clothes for Liu Longwei alone since Chen Lihua wasn't a problem as she still had clothes in the Chen Villa.

This time around, Liu Longwei didn't refuse her. He sent two of his bodyguards to the mall to buy him underwear, nightwear, and a change of clothes for the next morning.

Thirty minutes later, a bag was handed over to Liu Longwei which contained the items he asked for.

Then he took the bags and walked upstairs with Chen Lihua into her room.

This was his second entering her room.

Her room still had the same decorations and cream-colored paint on the walls. The only difference now is that the bedsheetsstssswere changed to a sky blue one with little and mature designs.

The decorations in her room were kept simple.

"You might be wondering why my room feels empty or doesn't have anything to show that I lived here in my teenage days. This is because this is not the room I grew up in. After I came back from the U.S., I asked for a change of room", Chen Lihua said with a smile, as she sat on her bed.

"Why is that so?" Liu Longwei asked as he began to unbutton his shirt.

"I didn't want to remember some memories I've long forgotten. Then the so many awards I've received up until I traveled, I didn't want seeing the awards and my achievements those years to get to my head because I can really be a proud person when I want to be. I wanted it to seem like I haven't achieved anything, and that would make me put in more effort in all that I do", Chen Lihua explained.

"Wow! You are one weird woman", Liu Longwei said as he finally removed his shirt to reveal the white singlet he wore beneath it.

Chen Lihua smiled before adding, "I left all my awards and some properties in the US, but I've asked my friends to pack them up for me. Any day I feel like boasting or commending myself, I will line all the awards and trophies given to me and take a picture of them all before sending it to my IG (Instagram) and other social networks I am using".

When she finished speaking, she suddenly asked the topless man who was standing in front of her.

"Why are you striping in front of me? Am sure you know where the dressing room is since you once went in there to find my wedding shoes, please help yourself there".

"Won't you serve your husband, considering that am not so familiar with your room?" Liu Longwei asked.

Chen Lihua rolled her eyes at him before standing up from the bed. She picked up the bags which contained the items that were bought for him before saying as she went into the dressing room, "follow me".
