At the breakfast table, Chen Lihua was dressed in casual clothes as she enjoyed her western breakfast.

The reason is that she had already taken a month's leave from the hospital yesterday after work to prepare for her two weddings and honeymoon because of Liu Longwei's instructions, so she didn't need to go to the hospital today. But Liu Longwei still had work today, so he was all dressed up in his never forgotten black suit and white shirt.

Chen Lihua pouted her lips and complained, "Why do you still need to go to work while I have to stay at home?"

"I have to tidy up some things at work today. I also have to go to the office two times a week. In any case, you are the bride, and so you have to look more beautiful and energetic on your wedding day, so rest, shop, eat well, exercise, and do what you want without stress". Liu Longwei said.

"You are the groom, don't you need to rest so you would look more handsome on our wedding day?" Chen Lihua teased.

Liu Longwei smiled, "You don't need to bother about me, you are more important. I will always try to accompany you when I have the time, so eat up. Our wedding rings will arrive tomorrow".

"Ok. I don't know how I will survive today because I will be very bored, and I can't even run around because of my situation". Chen Lihua sighed bitterly.

"You could follow me to work and at the same time, familiarize yourself with the Liu cooperation's environment".

"No, I am not interested". Chen Lihua refused immediately.

"As you wish". Liu Longwei nodded before asking a question very important to him at the moment.

"Do you always have a painful period?"

Chen Lihua blanked out for a while as she stared at the man who was looking at her with a serious and concerned expression on his face 😦😦.

Her face reddened immediately as she lowered her head before raising it after getting the courage to answer him.

"Not actually. I was in pain today because I ate a lot of sugary and sweetened food close to my period date. I was carried away, so I didn't remember about it, and so paid the price".

"Oh. Then you have to be careful and mindful of your health". Liu Longwei cautioned her out of concern.

Chen Lihua smiled as she assured him, "I am always careful, this is like a once in a blue moon mistake. Don't worry, I am all good".

Liu Longwei stood up as he picked up his suit jacket to wear.

"I will try to come back early. But while I am away, you could still go out to have fun, maybe ask the driver to drive you around to wherever you have in mind, but make sure to go out with the bodyguards". Liu Longwei said seriously, not taking her safety for a joke.

"Mmmm go ahead". Chen Lihua smiled.

Liu Longwei nodded in satisfaction once he got her assurance before he walked out.

After having her breakfast, Chen Lihua entered the study immediately to work, but she didn't have any motivation to work, so she walked around inside the study, going through the things there.

But she didn't open anything or touch anything she wasn't supposed to touch.

After walking around and looking through things for a while, Chen Lihua became tired and gave up.

She walked back to her room and sat on the Sofa. She became restless as she wasn't used to not being busy, so she called her mother to see if they could chat.

But unfortunately, Lady Chen was in her company and was currently busy at the moment, so she told her to go to places she was interested in.

Chen Lihua sighed in disappointment as she felt that she was the only odd person out as everyone was busy with work, while she just had to sit at home with nothing to do.

Several minutes later, Chen Lihua was all dressed up.

She wore a long plain white gown which had an elastic band on the waist, and the gown was free on her body, the gown had small flowers embroidered on it with different colors of threads. A simple flat brown sandal was fastened to her feet.

A sled brown bag was👜 hanging on her shoulders with her designer's sunglasses 🕶 over her eyes.

The only jewelry on her was her engagement ring 💍, a pair of gold full stop earrings and a gold thin chain 📿 around her neck.

As for makeup, there was nothing like that on her face apart from the transparent lip gloss her lips.

Chen Lihua was a beautiful woman, to begin with, so she doesn't need to apply makeup on her face if she doesn't want to.

The only thing she rubbed on her face was her face moisturizer.

Chen Lihua wasn't even scared that her white gown may stain as she was on her period because she has already padded herself properly.

Looking so simple, she went out of the house.

She left the house in her Audi and a driver, with another car, following behind hers.

On this day, Chen Lihua decided to go to a clothing mall 🏬 instead of the Chen Mall.

She went into the mall with two Bodyguards following after her.

She didn't mean to show off because she knew she would definitely shop her heart out today, and she would need help with carrying so many bags.

Since Chen Lihua already knew that she wouldn't step foot inside the hospital till they come back from their honeymoon, she would at least shop for some simple dresses she could wear at home.

So she picked different styles of gowns, skirts, blouses, shorts, and trousers she felt comfortable in.

She bought some casual clothes for Liu Longwei as well since she rarely saw him in any, so she felt that he didn't have much because he was always busy with work and rarely stayed at home.

Next, she went to a jewelry store.

She saw some chain necklaces that were suitable for men. They piqued her interest and so walked over to the shelf to take a good look.

She picked the simplest one out of them all because she knew Liu Longwei wouldn't wear something that wasn't simply looking on his neck since he didn't own and wear any jewelry on his neck.

Coincidentally, that gold Chain necklace she chose was the most expensive one there because it had a small diamond 💎 on it.

Her eyes then caught an Emerald green jewelry that came in a set.

It was displayed on the showcase, and it was eye-catching.

As she asked if she could see the jewelry, it was brought out for her to see.

But just as her fingers touched the necklace, a pair of fingers touched hers. Then she heard a feminine voice say, "Wow these jewels are beautiful, wrap it up for me".

Chen Lihua was a bit angry, and so raised her head to look at the woman trying to snatch the jewelry she was admiring.

She saw a woman who she was almost a head taller than standing close to her in a short beautiful gown with jewelry on her.
