Immortal range equipment can appear in intermediate-advanced stages of the game and are always a minuscule and pitiful amount compared to the number of players

The Heaven-grade equipment has only an extremely small chance of appearing in the final stages of the game and never exceeds the number of fingers on one hand.

God-grade equipment can only be obtained for a limited time by winning certain extremely difficult events near the end of the game. The time limit is usually no more than 30 days and then the object will be removed by the system.
