The Numbers That Brought Our Fates Together Chapter 117: Mystic Organization.
President Lee rubbed his eyes and stretched out in his chair. Yes, time takes its toll, and working all night has become noticeably more tiresome. He looked at his watch; the hands showed exactly five in the morning. Chen got up from his chair and checked the pocket of his jacket.
Hell, it was true. He forgot the phone at home. The man looked at the huge pile of papers lying on his desk. A dilemma arose for the president – to go or not to go home. Given that there were still three hours before the start of the working day, and the journey back and forth would take him at least an hour, he decided to stay in the office and take a nap in the rest room. As soon as his assistant comes to work, he will ask him to go and pick up the phone.
With these thoughts, the man lay down on the sofa and fell asleep. Some time later, he felt someone gently shake him by the shoulder,
"President Lee, I'm sorry to interrupt your rest, but this is urgent," the assistant reluctantly woke Chen up. He knew that Mr. Lee was working all night and tried to solve all his morning affairs without his presence, but the news that had just come demanded the urgent attention of the president.
"What time is it?"
"Ten in the morning, sir," the assistant answered.
"Ten in the morning? Why didn't you awake me earlier?" Chen was indignant.
"Sir, with all due respect to your punctuality in terms of work, I considered that you needed additional rest and did not bother you. In the morning there was no urgent business until we received this," the assistant explained to the president and handed the paper to him.

Chen took the document and froze in shock from what he saw, "Is this some kind of a joke?"
"No, sir. An official confirmation has been posted on the Berne Group website," the assistant replied.
"Have you contacted Rick?"
"His work phone does not answer, and only you have his personal number, sir."
"Damn, make the matters worse!" Chen Lee grabbed his head and sighed heavily. If the news that Rick Stein was removed from the post of the CEO of the Berne Group could still be taken somehow, then the events that followed this went beyond the limits of the business reality.
In less than a day, the Berne Group's stocks fell below the possible limit, and another unknown organization absorbed the company.
"What is the current market situation?" President Lee asked his assistant.
"The whole market is shocked by what happened. The subsidiaries of the Berne Group also fell in price, and the same firm acquired their substantial stock pool. But that's not all, sir. The same firm took control of the largest stake in Greenline Inc.," the man reported.
"Greenline Inc? What the hell is going on?!"
President Lee began walking back and forth, trying to analyze this information. If the Berne Group and Greenline Inc. fell under the power of this unknown firm, then it is likely that the next goal will be…
"What about our stocks?"
"This is the strangest thing, sir," the assistant pulled out a sales summary and handed it to Chen, "This company bought out some of our stocks during the last fall when there was all that media hype. But they no longer attempted to increase their influence, although there was such an opportunity."
"And what, you still have not figured out who is behind all this?!"

"That's exactly why I disturbed you, sir. Ten minutes ago, we received a message from this company in our mail informing us that their representative will be in touch with us soon. And the name of the company is a bit…," the assistant became worried, not knowing how to present this information in a better way.
"So??" Chen noticed the confusion of his subordinate.
"Lenali Enterprise, sir."
"Um, could you repeat that again?"
"Lenali Enterprise, sir," the man repeated and looked at the President in dismay.
Chen rubbed his ear as if checking his hearing was all right, and threw a discouraging look at the helper, "It only seems that way to me, or can I hear the name of my daughter in the name of that company, eh?"
"No, sir, it doesn't seem to you, we thought so too," the assistant confirmed his surprise. The entire secretariat was shocked when they read the name of this mystical company, which in a few days was able to turn the entire market upside down.
"What the hell is going on at all?! Can anyone explain it to me?!" President Lee exploded in full indignation. "Alright, send someone to my house for my phone!"
He needed to get in touch with his daughter and Rick as soon as possible. He faced a lot over the long years of business, but this did not fit into his head. It was evident that something global was happening, and his daughter was obviously involved in all this.
As soon as the phone was delivered to him, he immediately called Elena, but her phone was out of reach. He dialed Rick's number, but he was also unavailable.
"Looks like as if they are all conspiring! At such a moment -," and then the President noticed the incoming message.
It came in the early morning, and the sender was none other than his daughter. Chen opened the message and read,
[Dad, I'm at Heathrow Airport. In half an hour I will fly to America. As soon as we land, I'll call you. Love you! Elena.]
He looked at the time and understood why her phone was unavailable. Obviously, she was in the air now. Given the difference in time zones, in the evening she will be at home.
The man leaned back in his wide leather chair and sighed,
"It will be good if Elena can shed light on this whole situation. Or else I'll definitely turn gray ahead of time."

Gods Game
The Gods gathered together in a moment of clarity and created a world where people could battle, gain powers, and eventually enough power to kill them and take their place. After a millennium, they still have little success. Some of the combatants have died, others have given up and accepted their lives as they are, others turned their back on their original calling entirely, rebelled and have decided to wage war against this world and the reason they are there. So the gods keep scooping people up from the various worlds they've created in hopes of finding their death. They had gathered from six of the seven worlds they had available to them, now they have no choice but to gather combatants from the one world they swore they would leave alone: Earth. The world was dying and the people seemed hell bent on killing each other, rather than focusing on keeping their world alive so they could all live peacefully. Earth wasn't an ideal place to choose from, but the Gods had no choice. With new combatants gathered, each blessed with a gift from the Gods, they are set loose in the world of Taimin. The play ground for the replacement God candidates. However, this time, the combatants are unaware of their true purpose, so that maybe, they can accomplish the God's true goals. Another round of God creation has begun, but with secrets kept from them, and others hunting for their deaths, can they survive the first rounds, or will they perish because of the weaknesses they carry? NOTE: I do not own that cover, I googled fantasy wallpaper planets and I found that one. ^_^ Also, this story will slightly be fanfictiony as some weapons and elements may come videos, shows, and/or books.
