Shadowslash let's out a roar he was extremely excited to find a worthy foe to test his strength, he also realised that Saint Realm is just too far apart from Xiantian Realm even though this octopus is just half Saint Realm it's strength is truly horrifying.

The octopus let's go of the three clones as it focused it's entire attention to Shadowslash, it had also realised that he was a threat to it.

The eyes of the Sea Dragon King started to tear up, he thought that the kingdom that his ancestors have worked hard to prosper would be destroyed he had never thought that Shadowslash would arrive and bring them hope that it was still not too late and their kingdom might not be totally destroyed after all.

Knowing that he couldn't start a fight because of the presence of the city and numerous Sea Dragon Clan member nearby he could only charge towards the octopus and pushed him back slamming countless obstacles apart.

The octopus tried to stop him but his physical strength isn't easy to counter, suddenly Shadowslash stops as he realized his energy was being sapped out of his body.

His eyes flashes with ominous light he then bits the octopus and started to use his devouring ability.

The octopus started screaming it had never thought that it's opponent also have the same energy as it.

Boom! Shadowslash was thrown backwards he was hit by the laser from the eye of the octopus, his expression was pained as a giant wound could be seen on his chest.

He lets out a roar once again but this time it carried his emperor Qi and his dragon aura, even though they are underwater the roar could still be heard from miles away.

The roar caused the octopus to freeze which gave him the opportunity to use his sword technique.

Heavenly Imperial Slash!

Because of his attack carries both of his emperor Qi, sword intent and slaughter intent it was a powerful attack that would definitely deal some harm to the target.

Swish! The octopus recovered in the last second and manage to dodge but it still lost one of its tentacles.

Just as he thought that he is able to kill the octopus much easier now the cut part of the tentacle started growing back and it quickly regenerated into a new one.

He was shocked but only for a second he realised that his enemy is just like him clearly have a cockroach like tenacity.

The octopus then started firing beams from it's eye once again but this time it wasn't as powerful as before but it was much more rapid though.

He started to flexibly dodge the beams while approaching the octopus he then sent out another sword slash but just like him the octopus moves it's body flexibly to dodge the attack.

He had amazing control over his body and could change his shape with just a thought while the octopus doesn't have any bones so it could also move in erratic manner not to mention it's skin is extremely tough to break.

The two quickly found themselves in a stalemate and only method to break it is either one of them approached their opponent and fight in close combat.

The one who picked this decision was Shadowslash, he rapidly approached the octopus he had high confidence on his physical strength.

The octopus actually prefers fighting in close proximity because of its ability to absorb energy from it's targets but at the present this ability of it, is now useless.

Shadowslash's ability to devour is much more greater than the octopus because he had Hentai to efficiently absorb the energy but he didn't use this ability this much except when he is eating his prey.

He now realised how awesome it could be and just like Gulli he could create imaginary heads made up entirely of his own Mana.

He didn't though what he did was increase the devouring capability of his tails and let Hentai control their efficiency.

Bam! His claws and the giant tentacle of the octopus collided once again shaking the ocean.

The two have nearly the same strength but in terms of fighting capability Shadowslash is in an advantage.

The octopus is too reliant on its suction ability now that it was fighting an individual that counters it's ability it was now slowly retreating.

It had 8 tentacles but its opponent has 2 arms, 4 illusionary arms and nine tails it's limbs were clearly outnumbered and it was outmatched in terms of fighting experience.

Everytime the octopus tried to use it's laser beam darkness would invade it's eyes making it blind for a couple of seconds making it incapable of hitting it's target accurately.

The dark element that he had used to cover the eye of the octopus was quickly disintegrated after the laser beam passed through it.

He couldn't help but admire the power of the laser beam he even took a hit earlier and his wound is still in the process of healing as of right now.

The laser beam is entirely made up of chaos Qi unlike the chaos Qi that is inside the body of most chaos beasts, the chaos Qi that was fired by the octopus is purely destructive.

That is the reason why the wounds that Shadowslash have suffered still haven't recovered yet even though he has a powerful regeneration ability.

Fortunately it was him that took the laser beam if it was any other person in this world it would have meant sure death.

Even if he survived the destructiveness of the beam they wouldn't be able to force out the corrosive chaos Qi that came with the beam.

The octopus was now pushed to a corner if it weren't for almost immortal like regeneration ability it would have long died from Shadowslash's assault.

Just as Shadowslash was about to finish it off by stabbing its head he flew to the side with incredible speed as he smashed into a giant underwater volcano.

Boom! The entire volcano exploded as he came out of it and looks at the octopus with a solemn expression, in the last second just as he was about to stab it's head one of its tentacles moved at incredible speed and bypasses his defence and manage to hit him undefended.

The octopus have changed in terms of appearance it's eyes were now glowing in gloomy dark gray light and it's horn actually became larger and sharper.

What's more the thickness of the already giant tentacles have increased, Shadowslash knew that his opponent seems to have activated some kind of berserk skill.

'Hmph! You are not the only one that have a Berserk Ability!' With a will his body started expanding and his aura burst.

He and the octopus then charged towards each other, their speed doesn't match how big they are in a split second the two collided.

Boom! This time the shaking became much more intense and their entire surrounding seems to suffered an apocalyptic event judging from their appearance right now.

Shadowslash grabs one of the tentacles and pulled the octopus with all of his strength, the octopus felt the powerful force pulling it and was too late to react.

Bam! It was slammed into the seabed but it also retaliated using three of its tentacles to punch it's opponent.

Shadowslash quickly blocked the attacks but he hadn't thought that the main improvement of the octopus wasn't it's strength but actually it's speed.

If it weren't for his fast reflexes he would been hit a couple of time already from the rapid attack of his opponent.

The two started an all out brawl as the two were oniy using their physical strength to fight each other not using any ability.

In the case of the octopus it doesn't have any ability it could use as of right now in it's berserk form, it forsakes everything and only massively increase its physical strength and capability.

In Shadowslash's case he finally found a suitable sparring partner of course he wouldn't let this chance go away.

Just as their attacks were about to collide once again the fist like tentacles of the octopus unfurled wrapping his hands and tails.

This startled him but quickly his expression changed a massive influx of energy suddenly formed in the head of the octopus as electricity flows into each one of its horns.

Shadowslash was pissed off that his opponent changed its way of fighting so he decided to give it what it wanted.

He opens his mouth and his aura also started to influx and his aura is actually much greater than the octopus.

His bottled up energy were released after fighting the octopus that's what he needed all this time, an opponent that could push him to use his entire strength.

His reserve was filled to the brim so he could fight continuously without being physically tired.
