The reason why the Thousand Forest Continent was do easy to conquer is that there is no deep foundation in it.

The calamity that had happened in the past wiped out nearly all the things in the past and only small remnants remain.

Shadowslash became extremely happy when he realised that he had conquered his homeland with ease.

What's more there were only small of blood shed to accomplish the mission.

Mainly because he had already conquered the mind of the people in the continent long before.

Once he accomplish his dream he quickly gathered all of his ministers and minds of his kingdom to start the discussion on how to manage the continent.

But after a long day of discussion they realised that they needed the opinion of others to fully manage the entire continent.

So without hesitation Shadowslash sent a letter to every territory and force that is considered at least barely able to get into his eyes, to bring their brightest mind to discuss on how their lifestyle would change.

The Dragon Kingdom, Luminous Kingdom and Archinviel Dukedom doesn't need to change their usual daily activities since they are already considered vassals of Thousand Race Kingdom.

But they are still required to send their brightest mind because the discussion would involve the entire continent.

While Shadowslash was in the meeting he doesn't realised that his two start became brighter and bigger after he conquered the entire continent.

Suddenly while he and the others were discussing something cause him to freeze he then looks at a certain direction and ponders.

He stood up and said "Everyone continue the discussion it seems that I am needed somewhere else."

He then flew out of the meeting room and meet with the golden figure, the person that gave him the Immemorial Golden Barrier that helped him greatly during his travel.

Without hesitation he bows to this person, he had owed him too much without the Immemorial Golden Barrier he wouldn't be able to accomplish many things.

The golden figure looks at Shadowslash and was inwardly shocked, with his strength he realized that he felt a faint pressure from him.

He couldn't help but nod and said "You have grown up rather splendidly."

"I am grateful that this broken continent of ours still managed to give birth to a hero like you."

Shadowslash smiled he then thought of something and told Hentai to take the Immemorial Golden Barrier out of the storage.

But he received a shocking answer from it, it seems that the Immemorial Golden Barrier is now half as large as it supposed to be.

And half of its power was devoured and was used to improve all the Sanctuaries, secret realms and Safehaven Paradise.

The only reason why it wasn't fully devoured is because Hentai was the preventing it, because it had discovered that the life of the golden figure was connected to the tablet.

Shadowslash looks at the golden figure and became ashamed be couldn't look at him in the eyes after realising what he had done.

He then started stammering and told the golden figure what had happened to the Immemorial Golden Barrier.

Just as he was expecting that the golden figure would become furious, he started laughing he then started crying as he looks behind him and spoke loudly.

"You had heard him didn't you?! He really could free us from this curse!"

Immediately more figure appeared, they then looks at Shadowslash with a look resembling that of a starving wolf pack.

One of the figure covered in blinding light grabs Shadowslash and started asking if what he had said is true.

Shadowslash became shocked, he realised that all of these figures exudes an aura that seems to be as powerful as him.

He couldn't but really become curious as to what had happened back on Thousand Forest Continent that changed it so greatly.

The golden figure looks at the rest of his group he puts his hand on his forehead and sighed.

He then shouted "Okay everyone give the kid some space! You didn't even introduced yourselves yet!"

Realising that they had lost their composure the rest of the shining figures became embarrassed and retreated away from Shadowslash.

The golden figure started speaking "Kid, no your strength is now equal to our past selves so I shouldn't call you that anymore."

"Shadowslash, do you know what is the Immemorial Golden Barrier really is?"

Shadowslash thought about it and answered "Based on my observation it seems like it is a device that is connected to the heavenly laws on this world."

The golden figure was startled he then nods and spoke "Yes it is a device connected to the heavenly laws on this world."

"No, to be more precise the Immemorial Golden Barrier and all of its other part is an actual part of this world's heavenly law."

Shadowslash was shaken to his core, he hadn't realized that what he was holding is quite a precious item.

The golden figure continue "The Immemorial Golden Barrier and it's other parts needed a soul of this world to operate them."

"But only those that have a strength that is close to a level that of a Saint could operate them."

"The price is eternal damnation to those that uses them, their soul would suffer great pain for countless years and they would be stripped off of any chance of reincarnating."

Shadowslash was shocked once again such a heavy price, he couldn't help but ask "Then why did all of you chose this path? Surely you guys are powerful enough to deal with whatever that threatens the Thousand Forest Continent."

The people looks at each other and shook their heads and spoke "Even though our strength might be considered powerful to you but compared to the enemies back then we were quite weak."

"The opponents we were fighting weren't just anybody but real Saints, we were confident on our strength but after we fought real Saints we realised that we were too weak against them."

Shadowslash heard this and sensing the fear from these group of individuals he realised that Saint is like Transcendent, they are considered the great chasm in cultivation, only perverse individuals like him could cross level fight against them.

His combat strength is at Peak Xiantian Emperor Realm and yet his cultivation level is only Xiantian King.

His combat level does not match his level and because he could still transform he still don't know his true strength really is.

The golden figure then calms down and spoke in excitement "I have always thought I would spend all eternity suffering from pain that seeps into my very being."

"But this thought of mine changed when I sensed the constant burning pain roasting my soul diminished."

"I also felt the connection between me and the Immemorial Golden Barrier started waning, you don't know how long I wish this could happen."

Shadowslash nodded he then asks "So all of you want to be released from your prison?"

All the shining figures eagerly nods their heads, upon seeing this Shadowslash smiles as he answered "I'll grant your wishes."

The shining figures cheered upon hearing his answer, after countless of years they could finally rest in peace.

Shadowslash then told Hentai to fully absorbed the energy from the Immemorial Golden Barrier.

Without hesitation the Immemorial Golden Barrier started to dissolve into Nascent Soul and dantian of Shadowslash.

The large amount of energy causes his expression to change as he hurriedly told Hentai to use the energy to his connected secret realms.

The extremely pure energy started to nourish his entire being but the rapid improvement would definitely cause his foundation to become shaky.

Without hesitation he sat in a lotus position as he used his cultivation technique to absorb the energy and use his spiritual sense to guide the energy to nourish his body.

He had never thought he would be forced to do this action he thought that Hentai could easily devour such large amount of energy like before.

What he didn't know is that the reason why Hentai managed to easily dissolve half of the Immemorial Golden Barrier was because the three Sanctuaries, the connected secret realms and Safehaven Paradise solid foundation.

These secret realms were slowly developing throughout this entire time so they could level up but because secret realms needed large amount of energy it would need them decades to centuries before they would be able to accomplish such a thing.

Slowly he managed to accommodate the energy to his soul and body, the thing that truly absorbed the large amount of energy were the secret realms.

He was forced to transform into his true form, his large physique dawns down on his kingdom.

Hentai was also absorbing the pure energy to upgrade itself, it is no longer a normal system but a part of Shadowslash's soul but it could still upgrade it's ability.

Realising that the energy is becoming too large Shadowslash immediately told Hentai to distribute some of the energy to his kingdom.
