Sans answered "Yes because of the change that Master have done on this continent many individuals starts to obtain lucky encounters and started blossoming into powerful warriors."

"Many of those lucky individuals wanted to show everyone that they are the strongest and they don't want to be chained by the rules that their ruler have implemented so they starts to create chaos all around the continent."

Leafinia added "Well everywhere except the Thousand Race Kingdom and all of the territory of its vassals."

"Those that dares to do this have either been killed by us or imprisoned because we find them unique."

Shadowslash's eyes flashes as he couldn't help but asks "Who implemented this rule?"

Sans: "It was Yshelia my lord she knew my Lord's personality and she was only waiting for your return to evaluate those individuals."

Shadowslash let's out a laugh and said "She really knew my personality indeed! Of course I wanted to obtain those unique individuals."

Sans nodded as he also knew that Shadowslash would like this idea too bad he wasn't the one who implemented the rule.

He was too busy on his conquest on the Undead World because his strength isn't particularly on the top in the Undead World he needs to continue working hard and his expanding his domain in there.

Leafinia on the other hand wasn't good at enforcing rules to criminals not because she was too innocent no actually her entire solution was to kill all criminals for her dying is just a natural process of returning back to earth.

Yshelia together with the top minds of the kingdom were the ones responsible for enforcing the rules or creating new ones.

The warriors on the kingdom were the ones that would be physically enforcing the rules.

Shadowslash might be absent but he was still considered as the spiritual pillar of the kingdom.

The people born and raised in the kingdom have absolute faith towards him, they were not taught by the teachers in the school but they were taught by their grandparents or parents.

The dreamy place Safehaven Paradise is still the dream place for many individuals in this continent.

There is a chance for one to enter the so called realm of paradise and that is to win in any academic competition or win in the Adventure Ranking Tournament.

This have become the tradition of the entire scope of territory that the Thousand Race Kingdom have power upon.

And all of these past months the competition and tournament were dominated by the Adventurers from either the Thousand Race Kingdom, Residents of Safehaven Paradise or the Archinviel Dukedom.

The Adventurers that came from the Archinviel Dukedom have been training hard and working hard to establish themselves on Thousand Race Kingdom.

Their work have resulted in their homeland being the third strongest of all the territory in the continent.

The first is the undisputed Thousand Race Kingdom second was the Dragon Kingdom because of their long history and the advancement of their necromancers and Tamers.

And finally the Archinviel Dukedom which was nearly the same level as the Dragon Kingdom but because most of their monsters have dragon bloodline they aren't easy to tame.

What's more their history is very lacking and their foundation isn't as solid as a kingdom so being third is already considered praiseworthy.

Catching up to them was the Luminous Kingdom which was now being hailed as the kingdom of human and elves.

Because of the war against the orcs and the Necromancer Association the Luminous Kingdom was destroyed.

The kingdom have now been rebuilt but it was still on its foundation state it will still take a couple of years to return to its former glory.

These three territories were all vassals of the Thousand Race Kingdom so if a territory wanted to increase its prestige and it's status it needs to be connected with the Thousand Race Kingdom also.

Shadowslash continue to listen on the report Sans was stating, it seems that after his absence and the return of the original Thousand Forest Continent many became ambitious and started moving towards the Thousand Race Kingdom trying to control it step by step.

From Sans report it seems that all of them ended with failure with Lisa in charge of dealing with them.

Shadowslash's frowns and asks "What about Gulli with his strength and aptitude towards cultivation why doesn't he inspire fear to others?"

Sans answered "Gulli, Red and Blacky have been staying on the Demon World all this time."

"They have been working as our Intelligence group in there we have obtained some news that the Demon World is thinking of invading our world."

He then shook his head as he knew that this world was still in it's protection state so the strongest being that could enter in this world is a Saint Level being.

With his strength he could barely capable of dealing with a saint and as long as the sky is clear he could fight with full strength in whichever time he wants.

Just as he was deep in thought Hentai's voice rang out on his head causing him to tremble slightly but this slight movement were sensed by Sans and Leafinia.

He then gave it permission to scan Sans, Leafinia and Feifei.

Immediately the three felt their entire being, being watched by something and all of their deepest secret were revealed.

Sans and Leafinia immediately became alert but suddenly they felt that the being that was watching their deepest selves to be familiar and they felt secure.

They stop being vigilant out of reflex but this situation isn't the same on Feifei she felt incredibly uncomfortable.

Shadowslash then waits for Hentai's evaluation regarding the three.

Hentai have done a deep analysation before answering.

[Sans doesn't need any tips as of now because both his soul and body is now perfect it seems that he had obtained a cultivation technique that is perfect for him.]

[Leafinia has the same situation as Sans but she needs to increase the strength of her guardians, she has a perfect cultivation technique for her race.]

[Feifei has a unique constitution but it isn't connected to swords it is connected to wind element her constitution grants her extreme speed of her level.]

Shadowslash nodded but it seems that he needed to change the training regime that he had created for Feifei.

Shadowslash heaved a sigh of relief when he realised this because he thought that the security of his kingdom was also a mess.

His determination to conquer the entire Thousand Forest Continent become stronger as he realised that only solidifying his rule on this continent would it make the situation of many people to become much more peaceful.

Even though he wouldn't truly achieved absolute peace at least it wouldn't as chaotic as right now.

Clenching his fist his eyes flashes with passionate flames he finally realising his dream on experiencing this new world.
