One of the clones found some clue and Shadowslash immediately arrives to its location.

With their speed they managed to arrive at a location that seems to be a hidden base.

Numerous cries of children and women could be heard inside without even entering it Shadowslash immediately knew that he was in a right place.

Summoning his Scarabs he orders them to guard the surrounding, they have his permission to devour any living being that they saw.

He then went inside the base, his abrupt entrance startled the men inside the base.

The men quickly reacted as they immediately took out their weapons, Shadowslash was just standing at the entrance quietly as he watch the view of chaos everywhere.

There were two men that was raping a woman and it was being watched by a man that seems to be tortured.

There were also a couple of children filled with bruises, there is one little girl that seems to be defiled by a wretched looking adult.

Unconsciously he started emitting his dense killing intent causing the men that seems to be celebrating to freeze.

The dense killing intent caused the men inside the hidden base to feel breathless even the children that were crying stops because their instinct told them to stay where they are right now.

The men have their fingers pulled off from their hand he finally arrives in front of the bandit leader.

Feeling the pain from his hand the man's eyes started twitching but he did not scream unlike his subordinates.

He thought Shadowslash was just like him whom feels joy from the suffering from others.

Looking at the bandit leader that haven't even let out a squeak Shadowslash's eyes narrows he then said "You got guts but let see if you would still be silent on what I am going to do next."

He then used his spiritual sense to start to crumble the bandit leader's soul the pain from his soul tearing apart cause the bandit leader to squeel loudly as he starts to bang his head on the floor.

Shadowslash's frowns he knew if this keeps on going the bandit leader would kill himself and he doesn't want that so with hesitation he broke all of his limbs and tie him up.

Upon seeing such scene and hearing their leader squeel like a pig the other bandits immediately felt a chill running down their spine.

The bandits wanted to run away but before they could they felt their toes being twisted around and were pulled out of their feet.

Immediately screams were heard in the base, the civilians were in both awe, fear and happy upon seeing the scene in front of them.

Suddenly one of the girls that was being fondled by the bandit leader earlier grabs an axe and charge towards a bandit and swung it chopping his legs off.

Shadowslash raised his eyebrow and looks at the girl he was quite impressed of her but she is much more braver than the men in the base.

Shadowslash then asks her "You there girl, tell me your name."

The girls was still wearing her revealing clothes she kneels in front of Shadowslash and spoke "I am Catherine Brown."

Shadowslash nodded he then looks at her hand that was still holding the axe, it was trembling it seems that this was the first time she attacked another human being.

He once again looks at her and asks "So what do you want to do next? Do you want to kill all of these scums to satisfy your vengeance?"

The girl became hesitant but only for a second her eyes glinted with cold light as she answered "No! I want them to suffer for a very long time! Death is just mercy towards there b*stards!"

Shadowslash nodded he was very satisfied with her answer he then pointed at the axe she was holding and ordered.

"Use that thing on your hand and cut off every finger and toes of these scums and feed it to them, cut all off their manhood also and pulled out one of their eyes each."

Without hesitation the girl walks to one of the bandits and slams her axe into his feet but it seems that she was still shaken by what was happening that she actually cut off the man's entire foot.

Shadowslash saw this and he started to appreciate the girl more because it meant that she still haven't lost her compassion just yet but she wouldn't hesitate to kill her enemies.

He then waves his hand as the girl flew towards him he then looks at her and nodded he then asks "Are you interested in being my subordinate?"

The girl was startled but knowing just how powerful Shadowslash is she immediately nodded.

She wanted to gain strength and the fastest way for her to achieve it is to follow a powerful individual just like Shadowslash.

Shadowslash nodded he then pointed at one of the bandit this bandit was responsible for raping the dead child on the ground.

The other bandits started floating one after another as the terrifying scene started playing out on each and every one of them.

The base was filled with screams of pain the civilians that were captured watch not in horror but in amazement as they realised that the powerful villains that had captured and tortured them became like ants to Shadowslash.

The civilians pick up their courage since Shadowslash wasn't stopping them and picked up a weapon and started beating up their former oppressors.

Knowing that the bandits could no longer defend themselves Shadowslash thought that his time here is finish.

Bringing the girl with him he went out of the base, when he got out he saw numerous bones scattered everywhere.

Shadowslash was already informed about this, these bones belongs to the rest of the bandits that were returning back to the base.

Considering how powerful his scarabs were no bandits were able to escape.

Just as he was about to leave the girl that he was carrying via spiritual sense spoke "Milord can you bring me down first I need to tell my people that there are numerous weapons and other valuables scattered here."

Shadowslash looks at her and smiled "Okay but be fast we'll be leaving soon."

The girl bowed and thanked him she then ran back to the base only after a couple of seconds she returns to Shadowslash's side.

Shadowslash asks her "Are you sad in leaving?"

The girls shook her head she then looks at him and spoke in a determined "No! I wanted to obtain strength! If I have strength I would be able to protect those I care about!"

Shadowslash looks at her eyes for a couple seconds, all he saw on those clear blue eyes were blazing will of iron that doesn't wavered."
