Shadowslash's eyes lits up the scarabs have finally awakened.

After hearing this he immediately released 50,000 Poisonous Corpse Eating Scarabs and 500 Ancient Jewel Scarabs towards his secret base he order them to guard the cave and don't attack those that he was familiar with.

Leaving the cave he decided to cover his garden with these scarabs and together with some of the carnivorous plants he planted just outside of his cave unless it was a high ranking Xiantian expert they wouldn't be able to break through his garden's defence.
