Gongniu Jinde immediately started walking towards Shadowslash with newfound respect but he realised he was injured rather heavily so he panicked.

He then sat in a lotus position once again as he pressed his palm on Shadowslash's body as golden light started flowing towards Shadowslash.

Receiving this bout of energy Shadowslash rejoice he then absorbs this energy to heal this body of his into minimum healthy condition.

After doing this he took control of another clone as Hentai quickly started repairing the broken clone's body.

Because of the distance between Shadowslash and the clone that old man emerald took with him Hentai had a hard time in repairing the clone thankfully Shadowslash have been using his spiritual sense all out so they still managed to keep the connection of the clone to the real body.

When Shadowslash took control over the body of the clone back on the core part of Beast Continent he realised he was inside of a room.

He then realized that this wasn't his room standing up he got out of the room only to be greeted by a scream.

He then saw a girl with a huge fluffy ears and a fluffy tail that have a heart shape on the end of it.

As he was confused as to who this girl is her scream alerted the others in the surrounding when they saw Shadowslash looking as healthy as before the people were shocked.

He then saw his opponent Gongniu Jinde looking very relieved but a bit of shocked to see him stand like nothing have happened.

Shadowslash was surprised to see many people have come looking forward for him as he was gone only for a couple of hours.

He then smiled and said to Gongniu Jinde "You are very powerful I hope I could fight you using my real body".

While people were confused as to what his words meant Shadowslash drags Gongniu Jinde to his room to have a drink as he wanted to know more about the sects and many popular people that he should worry about.

Once they entered his room Gongniu Jinde became speechless when he saw his drunk master lying near Shadowslash's bed and next to him was his martial uncle.

Shadowslash nonchalantly said "Just ignore them let's drink".

He then took out his large vase once again as he gave a cup to Gongniu Jinde.

Seeing the cup of wine Gongniu Jinde immediately accepted it since he was a direct disciple of Venerable Unrestrained most of the rules of being a monk doesn't apply to him.

Gongniu Jinde raised his cup and spoke "If it was a different person that asks me to have a drink with me I would refuse it but daoist Shadowslash is different not only you are the most powerful person I have encountered in your level I am also in awe of how fast you could recover".

Suddenly a voice sounded out behind them "What's this about most powerful person in his level Humansh*t".

Gongniu Jinde immediately knew who was the one talking since the word humansh*t belongs to only one person.

He then put down his cup as he greeted "Master have you awoken?".

He knew for a fact that his master might have a low tolerance against alcohol but he recovers quite fast after being drunk being hangover is almost non-existent to him that is the very reason he was addicted in drinking.

Suddenly another groan was heard as old man emerald also woke up but unlike Venerable Unrestrained he was suffering from a massive headache.

"Young one please announce the result of the battle" Suddenly Venerable Unrestrained spoke.

"Stop it you old bull you have lost one hundred percent without a doubt so why still ask the result don't be so shameless!" Suddenly old man emerald shouted.

Venerable Unrestrained chuckles as he spoke without a tinge of shame "I recovered first so of course I won".

Old man emerald immediately became green because of anger he then pointed at Venerable Unrestrained and shooted "Shameless old bull!".

Hearing this Venerable Unrestrained fired back calling old man emerald "Virgin old dragon!".

The two of them started bickering Gongniu Jinde immediately become embarrassed by this scene on the other hand Shadowslash just raise his cup and started drinking as he watch the two bicker with a hint of interest.

Gongniu Jinde then started sipping his wine with his head low he doesn't want to watch his master bicker with his martial uncle.

He then looks at Shadowslash with admiration as he sensed that he actually doesn't fear that the two would direct their anger to him.

After a while the two stop bickering and went towards the table and sat there without saying anything Shadowslash threw them a vase full of liquor each.

The two caught the vases flying towards them and started drinking once again but this time they weren't competing but just drinking normally.

Old man emerald then asks "So what had happened during our time out".

Shadowslash smiled and said "Me and brother Gongniu spar I never realized how powerful the genuises from the prestigious sects are of course until I was defeated by brother Gongniu without him going all out".

Gongniu Jinde scratches his head and said "Brother Shadowslash was also quite powerful other than his arrays of techniques and skills he also had a heaven defying regeneration ability".

Old man emerald looks at Shadowslash as he asks him how did Gongniu Jinde knew his real name via spiritual sense.

Shadowslash smiled and said nothing causing the old man to just sigh it seems that he wouldn't know the answer.

He then smiled and asks "So the two of you have fought huh so martial nephew what did you felt fighting one of Shadowslash's clones?"

Gongniu Jinde smiled and waves his fist and said in an excited manner "It was extremely satisfying I never thought I could fight a person that is only an early phase Xiantian expert using my hundred hand Buddha Xiantian Image and was still injured".

Venerable Unrestrained on the other hand frowned as he asks "What do you mean by one of his clones?".

Shadowslash explains "Actually this body you are looking right now is just my clone which had 40% of my true power well it is now 50% since I am personally controlling it".

Gongniu Jinde stood up in shock as he shouted "You meant that I only fought a clone of yours that has only half the true strength of your true body".

Gongniu Jinde sat down once again but he was mumbling "Unbelievable" repeatedly.

Shadowslash continue "As you already knew I am a city lord so since the entire situation of this continent is in chaos I need to protect my subjects so I couldn't leave".

Venerable Unrestrained nodded he then said "You are smart and thoughtful how could you a person like you befriend a person like this stubborn fool".

Seeing that Venerable Unrestrained was pointing at him old man emerald quickly blew a fuse he then shouted "Put your f*cking finger down you dumb bull!".

Venerable Unrestrained: "WHAT! How am I dumb I'm clearly much smarter than you"

Old man emerald: "Yeah right you are so smart remember the time when you lead our group into numerous dead ends and the resources we have obtain is clearly much more lesser than the others how was that smart your just a stubborn bull".

The two of them started bickering once again Gongniu Jinde could only shake his head helplessly as he knew that these two might always be bickering but they treated each other as brothers.

He could only direct his attention towards Shadowslash "Daoist Shadowslash may I ask how many clones do you have? If your clone was destroyed would it affect you?".

Shadowslash: "Nine, I could summon nine clones daily I could make them stay in expense of my Qi and mental strength and no if my clones were destroyed it wouldn't affect me whatsoever".

Gongniu Jinde was in awe that meant that Shadowslash could summon nine individuals with power much more powerful compared to those that have same cultivation as them.

His will to fight blazes as he looks at Shadowslash like a hunter seeing a high class prey.

Shadowslash noticed this but just smile he knew even if he use his real body he wouldn't be able to defeat Gongniu Jinde since their levels are just too far apart.

He was smiling but inwardly he was burning with fire to increase his level considering that he was in the core part of Beast Continent he should be able to find a couple of treasures to increase his level.

His strength would multiply every time his cultivation level increased since not only he would have an increase of strength but also his clones.
