Shadowslash was confused seeing this the clerk explained "Town Chief is not in the town hall right now as he is in his mansion right now"

Hearing this Shadowslash nodded as he follows the clerk.

With the clerk leading the way nobody stops them as they easily got inside the clerk then leads him into the study room before knocking.

"Mayor Head a distinguish person one of the lords member wants to talk to you"

Hearing this a disorder sound came out of the room.

Once the door closed Shadowslash took out his cloak.

Mad Head was stunned seeing him he quickly stood up and just as he was about to greet him Shadowslash instantly disappears as he appears behind him and covers his mouth.

He then made a shushing gesture as he released Mad Head.

Without his psychic or spirit qi he couldn't block the sound coming out from the room if those outside heard that he is inside they would immediately start a clamor.

Realising this Mad Head nodded unlike before he is now both sensible and smart.

Shadowslash then lets out a cough and apologised "I am sorry for ruining your sweet time with your assistant"

Mad Head nodded thinking that it was something very serious for Shadowslash to personally come to him.

Shadowslash then starts his story "When I was visiting the egg daycare I found a brat causing a commotion so I went to deal with him"

"He then calls for the guards and I personally saw how they act"

Hearing this Mad Head tensed up he thought that the guards screwed up that Shadowslash came here to scold him.

Shadowslash then pats his shoulder saying "Well I might say those were some well trained guards I am quite relieved"

"I really am glad to appoint you to be the chief of this town"

He then grabs his shoulder with a bit of force and said "Keep up the good work"

He then don on his cloak and went out leaving the dazed Mad Head looking at wherw he left.

After calming down for a sec he started laughing as he felt very proud being praised by Shadowslash like that.

Just as he sat down Shadowslash came back causing him to instantly stand up pushing the desk a couple of centimeters away.

Shadowslash then said "Oh I nearly forgot, the egg daycare is now a valuable to me so station some of your men to guard it I don't want any trouble occuring there"

Shadowslash then left this time he really left after a while Mad Head's assistant went inside.

Mad Head then immediately initiate the an order to his assistant "Call guard Cu and Xu here"

The assistant was surprised she never thought that Mad Head won't continue their pleasure time.
