Don² walks slowly towards Slicer he was also trembling slightly.

Once he got close to Slicer he tremblingly pointed at the sword he did not say anything but his intention was clear.

Slicer looks at Don² before tears started appearing in the corner of his eyes as he droops his head down low.

Don² slumps into the ground as he felt utterly loss.

Even if the two of them always quarrel they saw each other as best of friends as they are the teacher of their respective group.

Other than that they considered each other as rival.

To received the information that his bestfriend have died was a devastating blow.

He then asks while his voice wss cracking "How did he die?"

It was Elsa who answered his question "He killed a powerful enemy but the enemy decided to take him with it"

Don² couldn't help but shed some tears as he asks "Other than his sword is there anything he left behind?"

Violet answered his question "None whatsoever did you feel the tremor earlier?"

Don² nodded of course he felt the violent tremor from earlier

Violet once again asks him a question "What about thw pillar of black flames did you saw it"

Don² once nodded as he was already awake earlier so of course he saw the eye catching scene.

"Those were the effects of the devastating suicide move of the enemy"

"Our enemy was extremely powerful this time even though we worked together we were still having a hard time with" Vioet then pointed at Elsa's left arm and Slicer's skin as it was now not jade red but charred black.

"Also our enemy is like an immortal being even if we cut off its head or burst it into a pulp it would regrow if it weren't for Slicer finding out that its weakness was its heart we would have lost" After saying this Violet sighed as he taps Don²'s shoulder.

While the atmosphere in the healing point is depressing back at the Sanctuary there are no longer orcs that could be found.

Erz and Iria were ordering their subordinates to carry the griffons back to the tempoary camp near the entrance of the Sanctuary while the orc corpses would be thrown in the pit.

The civilians also helps in this they started to push the cart full of orc corpses to the pit.

The griffons would be cooked while the orcs would be thrown and with their large numbers hopefully there will be an undead or two on them.

There were some civilians that were mourning their loss and there is a spike of increase in the numbers of orphans.

Quishi and her daughter Mira was busy helping Shena cook.

There were of course many of the other adventurers or civilians that were helping them.

The Caretaker Gang were taking care of all the orphans thankfully there were no casualties in them as they also took care of the recent children that lost their parents.

Suddenly one of the adventurers that was protecting the guild ran towards Erz and Iria.

He then made a salute and said "Maams the town is now declared safe everybody could start returning but the amount of damage the town have received is truly too great"

Erz nodded Iria then told one of the soldiers to announce this to everyone in the camp so that they could feel relieved that thr danger have passed.

When everyone heard that the orcs were no more they all celebrated.

But when they started returning back to the Lodging Area they felt the desolation of the town as numerous houses were destroyed roads were also destroyed.

What they did not know is that the destruction in the city is much more worse than the town besides that there were numerous casualties in it at least 10,000 people died.

Back in the lodging area everyone rested while others mourn on their losses.

They then heard about the casualty and destruction in the city and was utterly dumbfounded by it.

In the Healing Point everyone in Shadowslash's group were present.

Shena was pacifying Slicer as he was still holding Rey's sword tightly.

Don² was still sitting on the ground with a blank look while everyone was resting.

Yshelia was there and so does Al and everyone in the city.

Scar and Rose was in the guild talking with everyone about what happened in their respective places.

While the gang leaders and members were having a great time drinking and eating griffon meat those in the Healing Point were shocked by the news of Rey's death.

"To think that one of us died it is quite saddening" Yshelia sighed as she was quite depressed thinking that she was utterly useless as one of the strongest individual in the family.

*Sigh* Violet sighs and said "We would never thought that the orc would be that determined but this already sealed their fate"

"Yes" Mary who have regrown her lost tail agreed she was now lying exhausted as using [Blazing Mode[ without stopping cause her to be mentally exhausted and Mana deprived.

"Now that they have officially declared war to our group" Yshelia sais in a solemn manner

Everyone of them nodded Don² who was depressed suddenly stood up and vows to make the Orc Empire pay for what they have done.

"I will be in the Sanctuary training the monkeys of the three monkey tribes they will be an elite force for our group because I will personally be training them" Everyone nodded but after a full day they need to rest for a while.

While everyone went back to the Hidden Camp Annie went to find her grandparents so that they would feel relieved for her safety.

The next day everyone went to do their tasks that they gave themselves.

For Yshelia she would inscribe the walls of the town with fairy language and creates a barrier so that the same situation wouldn't happen once again.

Erz and Iria needs to mobilise the soldiers to keep the law and order of the town besides they need to rest too after all they did obtain practical experience in fighting as archers and they performed quite excellently.

Leafinia gathered everyone who have the potential to become healers and together with Herish they thought them how to gather their energy and respective elements to heal.

Don² went to the Sanctuary to train the monkeys so that he could create an elite battalion made up of only ape type monsters.

Al went around town to help while Lisa and Allicia would go around town and drains all the orc corpses of their blood.

In the 69 bats that Allicia owns there were 30 of them that evolves into an elite monsters.

Since there are free resources lying around this would greatly bolster hers and Lisa's strength.

The whole town pitch in rebuilding the town they also realise that it was much safer residing in the town than in the Dragon City.

The large amount of orc corpses in the city was thrown in the pit as Shadowslash's secretary which is Mira told them that there are numerous slimes in there so they don't need to worry about the amount.

What they did not know because of the amount of the corpses in the pit the Yin Qi in it have increased a hundredfold.

Now there were a dozen undead skeletons and 30 orc zombies feasting on there and since they could not get out they just stayed in the pit minding their own business.

Since the size of the orcs are much larger than humans they are considered a high quality material for a necromancer.

Back in the Lodging Area May²'s father and his companion were working hard as they started rebuilding the houses in the town.

Since there were numerous griffon meats reserved the town doesn't need to worry about the food.

Actually some of the orc and griffon corpses wwre thrown in the Sanctuary with their high quality meat they could be either great nourishment for the monsters or great fertiliser for the plants.

There were still many that were grieving so Yshelia decided to create a cementary around the pit so that those that managed to survive during the invasion could bury their loved ones.

Since Shadowslash's group donated the land around the pit the civilians were quite grateful for it and they started to search for their loved ones remain and built a tombstone as they burried them six feet under.

Don² and Slicer also created a tomb for Rey even though there were no body to burry they still put a grand tombstone on it and stabs his sword above it.

There are words engrave on his tombstone "Rey, one of member of Shadowslash's family"

"A great swordsman, a talented teacher and a reliable friend"

While the town were quite united the situation in the city is quite chaotic as riot run rampants and nobles started to get a bit fidgety.
