Inside of the Nicolo's mansion a middle aged man was sitting solemnly in front of a couple shivering guards

He silently looks at them for a long time before started speaking "My son was killed and none of you manage to even caught a glimpse of the culprit"

This sentence made the people kneeling in front shivers more violently

The middle age man then looks at three women kneeling close to his feet "And you three you have been with my son last night and none of you even saw anything"

The three women were already shivering quite intensely and when the middle age man focused on them they sre already on the point of crying

The old man then slams his fist into the armchair and shouted "Answer!!!"

One of the females immediately pissed herself seeing this the middle aged man frown and directly stomps her head breaking it into a pulp

The two females immediately started crying but they did not make a sound

The guards were now practically not breathing afraid of angrying the old man

Suddenly one of the guards started speaking but his head was still bowing on the ground "My lord the assassin is quite an expert to the point the sensitive monsters that we have could not detect the person"

The old man started chuckling he answered "Don't worry I'll send your precious monsters with you"

He then stood up and left but before he left he snaps his finger and three large monsters appeared

One is lion with eagle wings a rams horn and a scorpion tail

Another is a giant leopard with three eyes and finally a snake that looks both a dragon and a phyton it breathes green toxic breath around it

Those who were left behind started pleading but as the middle age man walks further their voices got weaker until it disappears

The middle age man swore on his mind 'Whoever you are if I find you I will kill you'

What he didn't know was that the person he was looking for was cultivating peacefully with no fear or care

Besides the middle age man might be too powerful for Lisa for now but he is considered a weakling to the likes of Shadowslash and Sans

While the whole city was buzzing with rumors everywhere in a certain place inside of the city a couple of burly men were drinking joyfully

They were the members of Sly Hand Gang their jobs were either to assassinate or gather information

But most of the time they would go around the city searching for any good candidate to recruit since their numbers were just too low

Besides that they would transfer some of their members in the Archinviel Dukedom and Hundred Race Land once the portal is finished

This would make their manpower decrease and the thing they were searching for a person is just extremely rare

Loyalty because of this they trained numberous orphans but since they just started not that long ago the fruit of their labor is still too immature

Thankfully Shadowslash have released monsters that were good in either illlusion, poison and ambush

Since not all the members were Tamers they could only tame one monster and there would be risk of having their monsters go out of control

Actually what Shadowslash did not know some of the gang members have created a church out of his figure

Of course Shadowslash did not care about nonsense like these

In the adventure guild Elsa together with her secretary were reviewing the written letters of the nobles and some reports regarding the town

The expansion of the town slowed down as Shadowslash told them to fully complete the town first there are still many things needed to be build for the town to be considered complete

Firstly the canal system even though the clones of Jelly manage to multiply into hundreds the waterway was still incomplete

The good thing is that because of the slimes the canal system of the entire city including the private bathrooms were super clean

The whole town buzzed with lively atmosphere

Other than the fact the town is extremely secure and safe there are numerous business that could be discovered in it

The reason for this is because adventurers would sell their prey and they also need to buy necessities for themselves like weapons and medicine

Also after four months the battle arena is close to being complete even though its just nearing completion there is already a competition

Inside of the battle arena there were warriors facing with each other

The whole town was extremely lively but they did not know that the Orc Empire's army is getting nearer to the city

Inside of the camp Mary was informing everyone that they need to send a couple of fighters to the army

It is both to strengthen their military might and connection

But sadly all their fighters were inexperienced and they could not just send any of their main fighters so they are having a meeting

Everyone become silent thinking hard what to do since every time there is something they wanted to decided on doing Shadowslash would be the person choosing which option to choose

Glasses then raised his hand causing everyone to turn to him

He then lightly cough as he cleared his voice "How about having an alliance with the royalties of the Dragon Kingdom?"

Mary turned her head sideward "Alliance? aren't we already an alliance?"

Glasses shook his head and explained "As of now we are an alliance of economy that is why the royalties of this kingdom just let us be"

"This and the fact that Master Shadowslash, Masters Sans, Guardian Triple and Sir Banjo is horrifyingly strong"

Hearing this everyone made a look of 'I understand'

Just Shadowslash presence alone carried great detterent let alone his true strength

Glasses continues "So we just propose an alliance between the group and the Dragon Kingdom in this war"

"We would be responsible for our army and the Dragon Kingdom royalties would have no say to it as long as we join the war and help them out"

Everyone agreed to this since this would be a practical experience for their soldiers

Glasses then warned "But our proposal might be turned down by the royalties"

Al turned his head and asks "Why? isn't it better to have an alliance with us regarding military might?"

Glasses shook his head and answered "That might be the case but as long as we are recoginised as another military power in the Dragon Kingdom we would be considered a threat"

"As of now the situation in the kingdom is already considered unstable we aren't that affected because we aren't meddling in the military affair of the kingdom"

Mary then realised something and said "But we have been training our soldiers for a long time now so aren't we already considered a threat?"

Glasses looks at his superior Mira for confirmation

Mira then brought out a large number of documents there were also letters within them

Elsa also signalled her sister to also bring out their own documents

Mira then started speaking "These are the documemts that I have compiled and most of the information were gathered by Lisa's group"

Elsa then also answered "I have àlso gathered some informatiom regarding the nobles and the movements of the royalties"

Mary then nodded to Mira indicating her to go first

Mira then started explaining her information "From the information that I have compiled it seems that the royalties see our military training as a great threat".

"There are already sent numerous spies disguised às adventurers in the town"

"Thankfully because of Lord Shadowslash's detterent none of these spies tried anything drastic"

"But Lisa also confirmed that some of our soldiers were actually bought and is now spies either for the royalties or high ranking nobles"

Hearing this the teachers started cursing as they felt betrayed

Especially for the two elves since they are really happy in training the soldiers since they might become one of the main force of their group

But who would have thought they were also training traitors after knowing this their enthusiasm in training the soldiers decrease

Thankfully there are only a couple of traitors most of the soldiers were still loyal

Elsa then shared the information that the guild have gathered "As of now the royalties were already feeling quite a headache from the war not to mention from the rowdy nobles"

"The royalties have already had their elite armies marched towards the battlefield but they still did not move their trump cards"

Rey asks "Trump cards? are they somewhat destructive weapons that would cause utter destruction"

Elsa shakes her head "No, they are the best army that the royal family has"

"They are the Supreme Dragon Army, an army consisting of people who were Beastmaster that have a hint of dragon bloodline"

"All of them were also Dragon Knights but that is the only infornatio we know"
