He did this because Reias told him to it was a practice of any pavilion that sold land property to have the seller accompany the buyer towards the plot of lands that they are selling

The buyer must pay for that and because the Archinviel Dukedom is considered a high class place the comission was one gold coin

After scouring for an hour or two Shadowslash finally found a relatively wide and beautiful place for them to stay for quite some time

The place was sold for 30,000 gold coins because of its great location but as the reputation of the house become quite bad and now that no one tried to buy it anymore now the price became 10,000
