The next morning they had dragon meat again for breakfast and gathered at where the Yin Clawed Black Gorilla is located since today Mary and Flare will Rank up.

Shadowslash was also joining in the feast. The SYSTEM notified him that it is also the final component for him to evolve the Fire Breathing. Consuming Savage Wolf meat should have already made him evolve but he shared it so the amount of energy could not push him into evolving. Nonetheless, with their fight with the Yin Clawed Black Gorilla, he had leveled up again.

After eating the Yin Clawed Black Gorilla's meat, Shadowslash and the two girls immediately lay down.

Then after an hour, Flare finally Rank up into Bronze Rank. She also managed to gain another tail and her scarlet color seems to became much more vibrant.

2 hours more and Mary finally Rank up into Silver Rank. She also evolved and and the tips of her two tails and her four feet became deep scarlet color.

Another 2 hours past and finally Shadowslash started to evolve. He was growing bigger and his two tails became a bit longer, his claws also became a lot more sharper not just longer which made him elated. After growing dark in color, the fire Element envelops him the following hour. Alas, verything was finally over.

The first thing Shadowslash did was to dash to where the Yin Pond is and when he finally saw his new face, he was taken aback. His rather cute feature became a bit more sharp like he was now a matured fox. In addition, he also became twice as big as before wherein he was now as big as his mother.

He then checked his status.

They finally Rank up! He decided to let have them to the hunting even though its already noon. Shadow believes that they can still use the remaining time to train and enhance their skilles.

He then left together with JM to explore the forest and search for any {Orange Quality} plants.

After a whole afternoon of searching, they finally found one {Orange Quality} plant. A fruit tree named "Scarlet Flaming Tree", though its name is like that, it is actually not burning. It was only named scarlet coloured tree not because the leaves are scarlet coloured, rather it has an ability to absorb fire element. Therefore, training under the tree will enhance the mastery of any Fire Type skills.

Moreover, the greatest part of this tree is its fruit which has the ability to purify the fire element that was accumulated inside a being's body. Nevertheless, it only works for Normal Grade to Excellent and the level must not surpass Gold Rank, it will become useless if the rank is higher. Although Shadow felt disappointed, he still considered it a blessing in disguise. This tree is not available anywhere and anytime.

After JM uprooted it they began to wait for France to pick them up.

After a while, they now have returned to their cave and he saw that none of the foxes leveled up. However, it seems that they gained another understanding of their strength and ability.

After having dinner they all sleep peacefully and looking forward for tomorrow because it might the day which Sans may be awaken for its deep slumber.

The next morning, everyone woke up energetically. Despite that, Shadowslash was feeling gloomy because Sans evolution has still yet to be finished. One the other hand, the good news is that Karl seems to wake up anytime tomorrow. With this, they will be having an additional strong member in the family, strange yet warm and loving family.

The girls then started with their mock battles after having breakfast.

Meanwhile, he and JM decidee that they will be exploring the forest as usual. France was in charge of hunting monsters for Clwyd.

After a while...

When they were on their hunting session, they saw an injured wolf. What's more is that it is the wolf leader from the intelligent monster alliance. He looked like he was extremely worn out so he brought him near the waterfall to help him. In addition, he scans the wolf to know its strength.

After being healed by Leafinia and splashed by water, the wolf finally woke up. Shadowslash was very curious about this monster as he only remembered that there were 3 leaders on the alliance: this wolf, the gorilla and Fredrick.

"What happened to you? Also, since when did you Rank up into a Silver Rank?" Shadow started interrogating. There is a rule wherein once a monster Ranks up to Silver Rank, they must advance deeper into the forest so he need to know what situation does the wolf have.

"Do I know you?" the wolf seems confused. Why does this fox seems genuinely familiar with him.

Shadowslash then remembered that he was already different- hugely different, from when he first met the wolf so he introduced himself.

"Its me the little fox that suggested with the plan on how to avoid the humans and higher rank monsters during the gathering of the intelligent monster alliance."

Hearing this, the wolf's eyes bulged greatly. It looks at him with an exceptionally astonished expression. It then started to scan him from head to toe.

"I never thought that you would grow so much in just a couple of weeks. Ut is great to meet you once again. So how have you been? Wait, that was a silly question since obviously you are living great to become this strong now." The wolf rambles then kept asking a lot and questions repeatedly as it still find it both astounding and unbelievable the situation is.

"Okay, okay. Haha, calm down a bit. To answer your questions one by one. First, I have been great and I have brought the rest of my family here. Secondly, we are doing our best to evolve in order to become stronger which made me grow since the last time we saw each other. Lastly, we are here to hunt and happened to stumble upon you." Shadowslash helplessly explained. He then asks what happened to it and why was it really worn out with full of injuries.

The wolf's eyes suddenly teared up. It then looks at Shadowslash for a minute then explained its situation.

What happened was that: it Ranked up to a Silver Rank after leading the Starving Acid Boar to the humans. This is due to how he managed to kill some of them and finally broke through from his previous rank.

After achieving Silver Rank, it become foolishly confident with itself and brought its pack deeper into the forest. In there, they lived and leveled up much faster than usual. In the deeper part of the forest, at the start, all was going great until another alpha male came in. It asked for a challeng to have the right for the throne. After the gruesome battle, it was defeated and miserably chased off by the pack it raised.

Shadowslash has a weird expression. He then asks "Why didn't you just stay? After all it was you who raised the pack to its present glory. They will surely follow you even though you were defeated."

The wolf sighed and spoke "Actually what my opponent did was different from the way I did before. The first alpha wolf of the pack was actually one of my subordinates, then after defeating it I did not chase it out of the pack but let it stay."

Shadowslash then remembers that they were monsters and they live in the rule of the jungle where whoever is strong is always right.

"So what do you want to do now?" he then asks the wolf. Such question made the wolf fall into daze. It seems that it was a little lost of what to do in its life.

"I don't know." It answered gloomily and slumps onto the ground lifelessly. It really doen't know what to do anymore with its life.

Shadowslash tried thinking hard when an idea came into his mind: to create another intelligent monster alliance in which he will be the leader. He then gave a suggestion to the wolf.

"How about returning to your pack and asking some of your most loyal followers to follow you and build another different pack?"

The wolf thought about his suggestion and nodded. It is a reasonable plan.

Seeing the wolf agreeing, Shadowslash asks again. "How about building another alliance? You can come back here after you think about it while bringing your other pack members."
