Shadowslash then continued to explore the strange place, searching for the item that is known for producing the yin energy. Luckily, he has just the best person for the job.

Sans, the one that belongs in the the undead race is technically mostly made up of Yin Type monster. It is known that even some of undeads that don't have the Yin Attribute loves to devour yin energy.

Shadowslash and Ban kept following Sans until they arrived at a cave.

They kept advancing until they found a pond. Even though Sans should have been emotionless, this time it seems very agitated when it found the pond. Therefore, Shadowslash came near the pond, and there he saw in the center of it a unique and strange white stone.

(Yin Stone : A stone that gathers yin energy. It is also able to release such energy into its surroundings.)

Shadowslash then stored the stone into Banjo's scale.

He then gave Sans his permission to do what he wants to do with it.

Afterwards, he leap towards the pond and sucked all of the yin energy in the water.

After half an hour all the yin energy in the pond have been devoured by Sans.

Sans have now Leveled up into Level 10.

It also gained another attribute, the Yin Attribute.

'SYSTEM what is the uses of the yin stone, can it also can help me?'

(You can use this to evolve the host family and strengthen Sans.)

'How?'

(Just by leaving the stone in a pond or in a lake. Host was also adviced to plant Yin Type plant near the pond or lake. With the accumulation of yin energy you can use it strengthen Sans and your family.)

Shadowslash then continued hunting with Sans and Banjo. They hunted 2 more Bronze Rank monsters, a deer and a boar. The latter was given to Sans while he and Banjo shared the former.

They then returned home, while walking he was thinking and planning to build the pond on the cave home.

The pond will be built 50 meters away from the glowing small tree.

He commanded Sans to dig while Banjo was told help Sans with bringing the water making him go back and forth to fulfill the task.

Banjo was now able to bring water from the creak using his [Space Scale].

Shadowslash was searching for plants to plant in the cave.

He found at least 5 different types of plants that was growing in damp and dark places. However, when he brought it to Sans, it just shook its head indicating that it is not a good plant to give or nurture yin energy, and continued digging.

Shadowslash then just went to hunt so that he could level up Sans into Bronze Rank.

He hunted 5 different Bronze Rank monsters for Sans and Banjo.

All of them were not the usual big monsters they hunted, but small monsters like racoons, ferrets and squirrels.

Banjo was looking very funny. He was still digesting 2 squirrel monsters and was bringing the rest back to the cave.

After a whole day, Shadowslash finally found a Yin Type plant. This plant was also greatly enticing to him so he brought it to Sans. When he made sure that Sans recognized it and making it nod, he now knows the meaning that it was Yin Type plant.

He also hunted 4 more Bronze Rank monsters.

The construction of the pond was finished and with the food Shadowslash provided, Banjo had leveled up twice. His mother and sisters have now returned home.

Shadowslash then scans his sisters and nodded.

As he expected, all of his sisters have leveled up.

He then came forward to his mother and sisters and brought them near the pond.

When Mary and her daughters came near the pond, his mother didn't know why but she seems very attracted by a strange energy coming from the pond.

She looks at the pond inquisitively and asks Shadowslash, "what uses does this pond have?"

Shadowslash smiled and told his mother that the water on the pond has a miraculous effect on Yin Type monsters. Additionally, the fox species have the characteristic of yin. Hence, this pond will greatly strengthen them. Furthermore, by the help of this pond and the yin energy it will provide Lucy, Foxxy and Dorothy have 100% chance of evolution.

Mary and her daughter started to dance happily.

For Mary, she always wanted her daughters to become strong and evolve. For Lucy, Foxxy and Dorothy, even if they do not speak about it, they always felt inferior to their mother and brother because of their grades.

Foxxy was about to drink when Shadowslash stopped her. He then told them that the water was still not ready and it will take a week or two to produce the miraculous effect to strengthen Yin Type monsters.

His family then calm down a little, they had dinner and sleep after.

The next morning, Shadowslash should have brought Sans and Banjo to hunt as usual but today was different. Sans was lent to help his mother and sisters while he brought Banjo to negotiate or form an alliance.

Shadowslash have already explored the surrounding area 100 meters away from the cave. Due to his exploration, he hunted all the dangerous monsters that can threaten his family. He also found 5 other intelligent monsters that are members of the alliance.

The first is a water snake; its territory was located in the river 70 meters apart from the cave. The second one is a marten with its territory built in a huge tree 40 meters apart from the cave.

The third is a white marten. Its territory was also cave it was 100 meters apart from the cave of Shadowslash family. The fourth was an armadillo, it doesn't have a territory but lives in a burrow near the leopard's territory. And the last is a turtle with its territory located in a pond 80 meters apart from the cave.

Shadowslash will have to talk to each of the monsters to explain the situation

The first monster he was going to have a chat with is the water snake.

Meanwhile, the water snake was swimming happily under the river when it felt a strong aura from the surface so it got vigilant and started to resurface.

When it finally saw the monster giving off strong aura, it was startled to see a cute fox with two tails and a black snake.

Shadowslash looks at the vigilant water snake and let out a chuckle. He purposely released his aura to make the snake feel it.

Shadowslash then bowed and spoke:

"Greetings Snake-san, I am Shadowslash. I'm one of the members of intelligent monster alliance."

The snake was startled at first, but eventually, its wariness disappeared, "So you are one of us. May I ask what is it that you seek from me?"

Shadowslash nodded and said "I am here to build an information sharing system in which you will tell me any strong monster or strange events that happened in your territory while I do the same for you."

The snake seems interested and agreed to cooperate. It then looks at Banjo and with and interested voice, asked: "may I ask who is this?"

The snake seems to recognize Banjo, but Banjo has grown so much that the water snake needs confirmation of its suspicion.

Banjo was now at level 6 and with a size of a meter and half long. The black phyton had alreary unlocked his Strength Attribute which made him grow half a meter.

Shadowslash was about to introduce Banjo when he was tapped by him.

Shadowslash was puzzled why Banjo stopped him. But Banjo did not said anything and came forward looking at the water snake and spoke, "Its me uncle."

The water snake was surprised. It remembered Banjo just as a 16 inch snake. "How did you become so big? You and your mother must be having a great time of your life right?" The water snake was truly happy for the mother and son.

Banjo's expression become sorrowful. Suddenly, tears began flowing in his eyes as he spoke in a choked voice ,"Uncle my mom is already dead; she was killed by a spider."

The water snake expression becomes blank at first then frantically pulled Banjo and said, "what do you mean? You can't... you can't", then it broke into tears.

Banjo looks at the water snake with a hint of pity. He always knew that this uncle was actually madly in love with his mother, he even pursued her for so many years.

"Where? where is that spider!!!" The water snake let out a screech full off rage.

Banjo looks at the water snake for a whole minute and declared, "I will take revenge for my mother. I know that you love my mother but I loved her, too, she is my mother! That is why I will be the one who is going to take down that spider."

The water snake looks at Banjo with a complicated expression and let go of him, "okay, I will await for your good news and to bring the spider's corpse here next time."

Shadowslash was observing silently in the sideline. Looking at the two, he suddenly spoke,

"Banjo only one ore level and you will become a high level None Rank monster, with your strength you can take revenge for your mother then."

Shadowslash then left with Banjo to meet another ally.

The second monster he was going to meet up is the armadillo.

When Shadowslash arrives at the burrow, it was not there so they have to wait for 10 minutes before the armadillo returned.

At first the armadillo was frightened by Shadowslash's aura so it tried to flee, but Shadowslash captured it easily. When he scanned it, he found out why was it so cowardly as it was only a None Rank monster with a Good Grade Level of 9 (Good Grade), the Iron Scaled Armadillo.

Shadowslash at first wanted to negotiate with it like the water snake but change his mind. He looks at the armadillo and asked, "do you want to be my underling?"
