Xian Guiying looked at the woman before answering, "Yes."

"Even so, you don't have to return the properties to Qin Gengxin. Since he was willing to give you the properties, that means he's still a bit of a human being. He knows he's been letting you down for years, and at the moment, he has no other way to redeem himself, that's why he used this method."

"Hmm." Xian Guiying smiled at him. "You've finished your meeting? Do you have other things to do? I'll go back first."

"My parents will be here tomorrow." Wei Zhengsheng raised his hand and gently pushed a strand of hair from Xian Guiying's cheek behind her ear. His gaze was gentle when he said," You have lost a lot of weight. Are you all right?"

"It's been hot lately." Xian Guiying pursed her lip. "And also, I don't have an appetite."

"No matter what, you should eat more. If you are skinny, how can you wear a wedding dress later?" Wei Zhengsheng chuckled a little.

Xian Guiying also laughed along. "Stop teasing me. If I gain a lot of weight, no one will want me."

He standing there for a long time, and suddenly, he felt another wave of nausea. When he raised his head and vomited, the paleness in his face fiercely stabbed into Xian Guiying's heart.

The red light ended and the car in the back kept honking, meanwhile Xian Guiying continued to observe everything in the rearview mirror, as if she hadn't heard the screams of the other drivers because her car wasn't moving at all.

Just when someone got out of the car, Xian Guiying made an u-turn and headed to Royale Nightclub. She parked her car on the side of the road and took the mineral bottle with her before walking towards Qin Gengxin.

"President Qin, you're already vomiting like this. Come inside with me quickly, I'll find you something to drink!" The sexy beauty who had just been pushed aside tried to help him.

Qin Gengxin had vomited a few more times. When the woman touched his shoulder, he immediately yelled at her. "Get lost!"

"Really, how pathetic! Your company has almost sold and you are about to become a beggar. If it wasn't for the fact that you have some money, who would want to play with a drunk man like you." The beauty cursed and arrogantly returned to the nightclub.

Xian Guiying stood on the side of the road and watched for a moment. She noticed that Qin Gengxin looked in pain and his pale was abnormally pale. He leaned against the railing, apparently unable to move.

She looked at him in this way. She had been trying her best not to move forward, but a sudden bolt of lightning struck down from the sky and it was about to rain.

Someone walked out of the door of the Royale Nightclub with an umbrella. He planned to collect items at the door before the rain started to fall.

Xian Guiying was holding a bottle of mineral water in her hand when her phone rang. She paused and looked at the caller.

Wei Zhengsheng.

"Are you not at home?" Wei Zhengsheng's soft voice came from the phone.

Xian Guiying replied with "hmm" and was even more clear-headed because of the phone call. She stood on the spot and did not move forward.

"It'll be raining soon, come back early and don't catch a cold."

"I have an appointment with Secretary Dai and I'm on my way to see her. I'm driving so I won't get caught in the rain."

"Then come back as soon as possible. Don't make me worry. My parents' flight schedule is early tomorrow morning, so we don't have to pick them up at the airport. Just get ready in the morning and find a hotel near Xian Enterprise by noon."

"Alright, I understand." Xian Guiying hung up the phone and turned around to get into the car.
