"What I should know and what I shouldn't know doesn't matter here." Jiang Yijun said in a low voice. Then, he took the wine bottle on the table and drank it all in one gulp.

Jiang Ruolan quickly took the bottle from his hand. "Stop drinking! Yijun, no matter what, we can talk about this. Don't drink again!"

"Why must you care about me?" Jiang Yijun looked at her coldly.

"Why do you mean? I am your ..." Before Jiang Ruolan could even finish her sentence, she saw a mockery in his eyes. She could not help but glare at him, and said firmly, "You once said that we are one, that we're always needed each other, and no one can take our place! That's what you said, yourself!"

In the end, Jiang Yijun merely snorted coldly, as if he didn't want to say anything.

Jiang Yijun remained silent.

Jiang Yijun pursed his lips and looked away.

Every word was like a cry of blood, and something hidden in the depths of Jiang Yijun's heart for so long was suddenly forced out because of Jiang Ruolan's persistence.

"Nothing is going on between that woman and me. Nothing happened yet, you interrupted us." Jiang Yijun said in a low voice, but he was still surprised by her calmness.

Jiang Ruolan frowned and felt sad with his indifferent tone, but she knew that she had to endure it now. At the very least, she cannot let her relationship with Jiang Yijun fall apart. 

She could lose everything, but she couldn't lose Jiang Yijun.

Jiang Yijun grabbed her arm tightly and bent down to kiss her. Jiang Ruolan immediately shouted, "Jiang Yijun, stop!"
