In an open and aboveboard manner, Curtis stayed at the Bai residence and accompanied Bai Qingqing for the entire day, only leaving right before Daddy Bai and Mommy Bai knocked off from work. After which, he rushed to the construction site at night.

The chauffeur in the suit instantly started the car. In the front passenger seat sat a man who was similarly dressed. As she was getting into the car, Bai Qingqing vaguely saw one of them with a gun at his waist.

Winston held Bai Qingqing's hands which had turned red from the freezing cold, and the corners of his lips subconsciously curled up. Evidently, he was in a splendid mood.
