Everyone in Jiuyou City raised their heads and looked at the sky.

Darkness enveloped the city. The Gate of the Hell became visible in the sky. It cast a shadow over all of Jiuyou City and completely blotted out the sky.

The sky changed.

Everybody in Jiuyou city understood that something big was about to happen.

Ye Futian also looked above. He heard in the past that the Gate of the Hell was related to the Hell and showed the way to the real Hell. But it was only a rumor. The real Gate of the Hell couldn’t possibly be leading to the so-called Hell in the folk tales. It didn’t look like a grand matrix of space either.

“Does Lord Taixuan know what this is?” Ye Futian asked.

The current 3,000 Realms of the Great Path, especially the Nine Supreme Imperial Realms, were formed after the unification. Some forces that were active in the past were destroyed just like the Hell, many more simply disappeared,” Lord Taixuan spoke slowly.

Ye Futian felt unsettled. What did Lord Tianxuan’s words mean?

It meant that the 3,000 Realms of the Great Path were not the only world. There were other realms as well.

If that was the case, where were the other realms?

If the Gate of the Hell was a set of coordinates, was it guiding the way for cultivators in other realms to come to the 3,000 Realms of the Great Path?

“The Void Realm.” A cultivator grinned and said, “The Void Realm is open again after hundreds of years. How exciting.”

The Sacred Hall in the Central Emperor Realm, left by Donghuang the Great Emperor, was called the Empty Imperial Palace.

Why was it called the Empty Imperial Palace rather than the Imperial Palace?

He never fully understood the reason and reckoned that it was because the Empty Imperial Palace was not the real Imperial Palace, but only a temporary lodging for the Great Emperor.

Yet now, he suddenly realized something as he heard the name “Void Realm.”

Did the Empty Imperial Palace correspond to the Void Realm?

The 3,000 Realms of the Great Path constituted a vast world that contained innumerable living things and countless cultivators. It was a complete world, yet they named it the Void Realm.

The devilish young man took in a deep breath. His eyes were filled with eagerness and desire.

He made it. Were they finally coming?

They’re coming so fast, some people thought to themselves.

Ye Futian’s eyes firmly fixed on the people appeared in the air. Much to his surprise, these people used the coordinates to get here right after the Gate of the Hell emerged.

Based on their words, these people came from someplace outside of the Void Realm, also known as the 3,000 Realms of the Great Path.

He always understood that the universe was boundless, and the 3,000 Realms of the Great Path weren’t necessarily the end.

However, he had no idea what kind of place it was outside of the 3,000 Realms of the Great Path.

These newcomers didn’t do anything. They stepped forward and downward, descending straight to Jiuyou City right after their arrival. The crowd in the city hadn’t figured out the situation yet.

“Let’s go back,” Lord Taixuan said at the moment. Jiuyou City was about to become the center of all the troubles. They needed to go back and prepare for the possible turbulence in the future.

“Yes, let’s go.” Ye Futian nodded and glanced at Ye Qingyao, who was standing next to him.

Qingyao seemed to have sensed something. She raised her face slightly to look at him and called in a low voice, “Brother.”

“Let’s go,” Ye Futian held her hand and said. They left at once.

The cultivators from the Shen clan watched Ye Futian and the others from a distance. Shen Luochuan gazed at Shen Luoxue and Ye Futian while Shen Hao was standing farther away with an indifferent look.

Several other formidable cultivators came through the sky. The leader of the group was especially intimidating. Jiuyou City flinched at his presence.

More cultivators arrived at Jiuyou City in succession.

“Granny, is this real?” Ye Futian asked. Those people who appeared in the sky called it the Void Realm.

Could the 3,000 Realms of the Great Path be a fake and empty world?

“Of course, it’s real. It can’t be more tangible than this. Countless creatures are living in the 3,000 Realms of the Great Path. How can it be fake and empty?” Shen Luoxue replied.

“Then, why do they make up names like the Void Realm and the Empty Imperial Palace?” Ye Futian asked, “When the Lord was breaking through, he said that the Heavenly Path was incomplete. What is missing?
