《Tales of Demons and Dragons - An Original Xianxia GameLit》Chapter 135 - Big Cut

Jacob looked as Kevin cut the Advanced Stage Wolf as easily as thin paper, with barely any resistance from the monster’s body.
THAT’S RIGHT! THIS GREAT KEVIN CAN CUT THROUGH ANYTHING! YUHUUUU!
F*ck, Kevin, how can you also be a Spirit Weapon? It doesn’t make any sense! I should have been able to detect if you had such capabilities?
SOUL WEAPON? THIS GREAT KEVIN CAN BECOME WHATEVER HE SETS HIS MIND ON! THE HEAVENS CANNOT CONTAIN THIS GREAT KEVIN GREATNESS!
Jacob didn’t argue with the sword, he simply kept cutting through the monsters. Now, the sword had a length three times what it had been before. In fact, Jacob’s aura had seeped through and then extended the natural range of the weapon, creating a ghostly blade on top of it. Whenever he slashed with his sword, Demonic Bloody Wolves would die without a chance to fight back.
This is definitely impossible, Jacob was shocked.
Soul Weapons were the ultimate Relics, weapons crafted by the greatest masters. If Kevin was the Relic used to create Forbidden Techniques in his past life, it meant that Kevin couldn’t also be a damned Soul Weapon, could he?
Jacob feared the answer.
Geneva, on his part, saw Jacob switch gear and start killing monsters so fast that they went through half the pack in less than five minutes.
She barely had anything to do apart from running behind him and making sure the occasional sneaky Demonic Bloody Wolf would not land a stealthy blow.
Even when a stronger Demonic Beast appeared in front of Geneva, Jacob simply extended his sword backward, cutting the monster like nothing.
COME ON, HUMAN! YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS! THIS GREAT KEVIN IS NOT ENTERTAINED! DO SOMETHING!
F*ck Kevin, you want to see something?
Jacob hadn’t been able to use stronger stances of his own Martial Style, having to keep using the simple ones because of his low cultivation. But now that his Aura and Soul were extremely not just between themselves but with his own very sword, he could go a little crazy.

YES, HUMAN! ENTERTAIN!
Jacob felt it was a good moment to try and kill off the pack before they decided to disperse or run-off and alert other Demonic Beasts.
He had created many stances for his Martial Style. The first three had been very basic blows. Instead, the fourth had been created while Jacob had to fight a horde of demonic beasts. It wasn’t anything fancy, just a very effective blow for crowd-fighting.
He slowly breathed in and out. He channeled Qi and Aura through his body and through Kevin, ignoring the shouting.
YES, HUMAN! COME ON, THIS GREAT KEVIN CAN FEEL YOUR PATHETIC QI MOVING! SHOW THIS GREAT KEVIN SOME ENTERTAINMENT!
Blade Tyrant Martial Style, 4th stance – Big Cut
Jacob moved his sword in a horizontal arc, and a crescent cutting blow swiped through the Demonic Bloody Wolves in front of him.
HUMAN, YOUR NAMING SENSE IS RIDICULOUS! HOW DID YOU EVEN COME UP WITH THIS GREAT KEVIN MAJESTIC NAME?!
Watch, Kevin, and shut your mouth.
The crescent immediately expanded after leaving Jacob’s sword, becoming so big it got seven meters wide. Then, after cutting the first wolves in front of him, it didn’t stop.
In one swift move, Jacob ended at least ten wolves. 1
Blade Tyrant Martial Style, 4th stance – Big Cut
He did it again, and again.
Blade Tyrant Martial Style, 4th stance – Big Cut
Four times more, and only a few Demonic Beasts were left. Geneva made short work of them while Jacob panted and slowly stabilized his breathing.
AHA! THIS GREAT KEVIN’S MIGHT IS UNPARALLELED!
Jacob wanted to bang his head on a wall, or to take a hammer and bang the sword on top of an anvil. He had a wide range of options to either hurt himself or Kevin. Sadly, Kevin’s value had just skyrocketed in front of him.

Not only was the sword a priceless Relic crucial for the development of St. Peter, but Jacob now had a goddamn Soul Weapon as if it had appeared out of thin air.
Kevin hid many secrets, and there was a chance this wasn’t the greatest one yet.
Jacob tried something.
He closed his eyes and focused on the bond with Kevin.
An instant later, the sword vanished into thin air.
“What the hell?” Geneva swore after seeing Jacob do such a magic trick.
“It really is a Soul Weapon,” Jacob whispered.
HEY! WHY DID YOU PUT THIS GREAT KEVIN IN YOUR FILTHY SOUL! THIS GREAT KEVIN LIKES FRESH AIR, NOT YOUR FOUL INSIDES!
Jacob immediately took the sword out to avoid getting a splitting migraine from the complaints.
“It’s a Soul Weapon, apparently,” Jacob told Geneva.
“The super-strong weapons you told me about?”
He had told the woman about the different levels of weapons. Her Bloody Halberd was a magic weapon. It meant it had no Soul bound to it. Therefore, it was much weaker and contained simpler and more plain abilities compared to a Spirit Weapon.
A Soul Weapon was a weapon so masterfully crafted that it could easily interact with your soul, making it possible to bring the greatest fighting potential out of yourself. It would become an extension of your fighting capabilities, the perfect companion for any great warrior.
In his past life, Jacob had wielded one of the greatest Relics he had known about. It had been a mighty Soul Weapon, a sword so strong it could even bend the Black Dragon’s flames.
BLACK DRAGONS? TSK! THIS GREAT KEVIN CAN BEND REALITY ITSELF WITH ITS AWESOMENESS!
Jacob felt like crying. Maybe he should just bring Kevin in front of the Black Dragon and wait for the terrifying beast to kill itself after hearing Kevin’s antics.

Grey [HIATUS]
I was originally fueled by anger and disdain to write this and looking back, most of what I wrote for this story was unplanned and a bit trashy. I kinda stopped having ideas for this, so I stopped in the end. If you're looking at this right now, you probably shouldn't read this because it's only 12 crappy chapters in and yeah... Sorry to the people who might've liked this. (Maybe one day I'll continue this, but for now, I have other plans) Grey, a prince, is unsure about what to do when he starts running away from an enemy beast tamer. He's unsure on what to do now that his father, the king, is dead. In the forest alone, he'll discover a small companion and a rogue. Together will they figure a way to take back Grey's kingdom? Or will they just die in vain? Let's be honest here, most of you probably like the fox aspect of the story the most. (BTW the cover design is made by me. Terrible, I know) I'm kind of done with writing bs descriptions that I might change in the future, plus I'm not very good with being thoughtful with quotes and stuff like that. I just write what pops into my mind, which is usually stupid things. So the description may or may not be accurate so I've changed it to being very vague.
