26/2/91-23:14 – Officer Monahan reports intruder cell Inmate Mentok, claims visual confirmation: Caucasian male 10-12, hair blond, eye blue. Claims visual on intruder passing Inmate Mentok “technology”. Nil camera presence. Action: Full sweep cell, nil presence intruder or “technology”. Officer Monahan claims camera rotation allowing intruder to evade detection. Officer Monahan placed on leave(stress). Refer psych eval.
