The only emotion that she could hear in her friend's voice was relief that she was fine.

Bai Rouyun slowly raised her arms and returned the hug. She burrowed her head in her friend's shoulder, and while she was supposed to be the one to soothe Qin Huiling, she felt that it was the other who brought her peace.
