"Ahh!"
A scream!
One of the expedition team members threw away the Le Hu bottle in his hand.
His legs could not withstand the shock as he fell to the ground.
Meanwhile, blood was gushing profusely out of the Le Hu bottle that had been tossed aside.
The blood seeped into the ground, giving them the fright of their lives!
"Ghost! Ghost!"
The members of the expedition team shuddered, their eyes were filled with dismay and terror.
They immediately collapsed and puked continuously.
Some of them jammed their fingers down their throats as they desperately tried to induce a gag reflex, attempting to throw up all the blood that they had just drank.
However, only tiny drops of bright red blood trickled down their wrists.
Drip...
Drip...
As it flowed down their wrists, the entire graveyard was soon covered in large patches of red.
John's face went ghostly pale.
However, he held onto his convulsing stomach and fought against the urge to vomit.
He realized that he had indeed drunk blood, but he was still not convinced.
There couldn't be a ghost!
...
In the distance, Blake studied the ongoing manic situation and narrowed his eyes.
He could see things that no one else could.
Therefore, he understood the root of the problem.
This was... an illusion!
It was all an illusion created by the black ghostly qi looming above everyone's heads!
His Ghost-Hunting Compass had dispersed the viridescent flames, temporarily managing to suppress the ghostly aura of the phantom of the cemetery.
However, some of the black, unearthly fog had broken free from the clutches of the compass and rushed back into everyone's nostrils, concocting illusions in their minds.
Blake stared at them, alarmed about the situation as he had completely no idea what the fog was making them go through. What illusions were they seeing to make them act like this?
Blake was baffled.

...
At the same time, the viewers in the livestream were also confused.
They were observing this commotion through their digital screens, and therefore couldn't empathize with what the team members were experiencing.
In their eyes, these team members had only drunk a bottle of sports drink. Why had their expressions changed all of a sudden?
"Weren't these just ordinary sports drinks?"
"Why do their reactions look more terrifying than if they had drunk poison?!"
"Could there really be a ghost in this place?"
"Is it the ghost that's responsible for their hysteria?"
"But, didn't Captain John tell us that his cross had already driven them away?"
The netizens speculated in fear.
Some of them couldn't help but pour their questions into the comments section.
John and the others, who were preoccupied with what was happening, had no time to pay attention to these questions raised by the netizens...
Because...
John had just managed to forcefully regain control of his trembling arm, and he reached into his backpack. Just as he was about to grab a piece of paper to wipe the blood from his mouth, he felt something wriggling in the contents of his backpack. It was a bunch of squirming bugs!
The army of bugs scrambled out from John's grasp and scuttered hastily toward the other members, who immediately noticed them.
They shot up in fear and wanted to escape.
However, clusters of bugs soon engulfed their field of vision, and surrounded everyone in a flash.
"Don't come near me! Don't!"
Some of the team members screamed in fear. They reached into their pockets and took out their flares. They quickly lit them, trying to use the fire to drive the disgusting creatures away.
However, just as one of the members lit the torch in his hand, it morphed into a cobra and coiled itself around his arm.
"Ah!"

He was so scared that he hurriedly flung the torch away.
Then, he rushed into the bag of weapons and took out the flamethrower that he had prepared beforehand.
The team members followed suit, grabbing flamethrowers for themselves and fired at the bugs that had managed to cover the entire land.
The flames raged around the land, enveloping the impenetrable force of bugs within its blazing core.
Soon after, the black haze hanging above the entire graveyard was also wiped out by the fire and dissipated.
A team member awoke suddenly from the illusion, his forehead covered in sweat. He turned his head to the ground, searching for the remains of the army of bugs.
His eyes paused at something in the distance, and his face hardened.
What he had found were corpses lying lifelessly on the ground. However, they were not of insects, but his two teammates!
He had just killed two expedition members with his own hands!
Bang...
He dropped his flamethrower and sank to his knees as he realized what he had done.
He frantically searched for his teammates around him, trying to explain what he had just seen.
He turned his gaze, only to find that the other members were fighting with each other!
They seemed to have gone mad. Some of them were holding weapons and going after one another, slashing at the air.
Others laid on the ground, trembling as if overtaken with pain.
However, there were clearly no wounds on their bodies...
Gulp...
The teammate swallowed his saliva, confused at the uproar taking place.
The audience present in the livestream watched the disoriented team in terror!
On their screens, the cemetery was still the same; there was nothing unusual about it at all.
However, this group of exploration team members, who had originally been confident and in high spirits, seemed to have suddenly gone nuts as they picked up their weapons and flung them around clumsily.
At first, the netizens thought that this might have been an act by the team members.
It wasn't until one of them used a flamethrower and burnt the other two members into crisps that they were truly horrified with what they were seeing unfold before their very eyes!
This was real...
The team members were possessed!
There was indeed something strange about this cemetery!
Everyone's hearts were palpitating at this moment. Even though they were hiding behind their screens, they seemed to have caught a mysterious silhouette in the deep, pitch-black night of the cemetery, pulling the strings behind this chaos.
This fear of the unknown made everyone shudder...
Whoosh!
Just as time seemed to have paused, a figure emerged from a distance.
It held a black and gold compass in its hand, walking and chanting something under its breath.
The compass in its hand emitted orbs of red light as he chanted.
This red light was extremely dazzling, and everyone in the live broadcast room noticed it.
In the next moment, an unforgettable scene unfolded.
As the red luminescence came into contact with each member of the expedition team, the black fog was expelled from their bodies.
Slowly, the members regained consciousness, and their aimless actions came to a stop.
When the orbs of red light finally covered the entire area of the graveyard, the accumulated mass of black fog dissipated, floating away.
All members regained their senses from the madness. The viewers had been caught completely off guard by this sudden turn of events.
That black smoke... was that the mythical ghostly qi?
Then... who was this person?
Everyone cautiously brought their eyes to look at the figure standing in the shining red light, the glow illuminating his face. To everyone's surprise…
It was Blake!
It was the high school student, Blake!
