The Greatest Beast Trainer: Building A Nation On The Back Of A Dragon Chapter 21

In front of the camp, four people were wearing dark red clothes with a skull embroidered on them.
These four people were the spies sent by the Jack bandits.
"They sent us here so early. Did the leader take the wrong medicine?"
One of the people walking in front of the three people complained.
Although it was common for the spies of the Jack bandits to wake up in the early morning, there were so many spies. If he were the leader, everyone would have a temper.
However, tempers were tempers. He did not dare to say it directly in front of the leader. It would not end well if he angered the leader.
"Boss, do you think it will be dangerous? I think it is so quiet here. Could there be a ferocious beast?"
A younger man behind him said timidly.
This youth joined the Jack bandits not long ago and was sent to carry out a mission.
"What's there to be afraid of? I'm already used to this. Don't scare yourself."
The leader had long since gotten used to this kind of life.
He had encountered two fierce beasts and had narrowly avoided them.
The Jack bandits had a special method to avoid the pursuit of fierce beasts.
Moreover, after two times of encountering fierce beasts, this leader had also learned a lesson and told him the specific time when the fierce beasts would move out.
When the ferocious beast would move out was in the middle of the night, which was before dawn.
The leader also deliberately chose to move out in the early morning hours to prevent encountering the ferocious beast.
If they encountered a ferocious beast, it could be said that one out of four people would be considered a good person if they could escape from the pursuit of the ferocious beast.
After all, there were too many people. When they escaped, they would crowd around each other.

"Alright, stop talking. If you don't want to die, then be quiet."
The leader's tone was very unpleasant as he threatened the three people behind him, who were still chattering non-stop.
His current mood was also very depressing. These three people had just joined the Jack bandits not long ago, and it could be said that they did not have any actual combat experience. If they really encountered danger, he would still have to protect these three people.
It was also his bad luck. Leader Jack did not think much of this small camp. It was just that recently, the Jack bandits had continued to bring in a batch of fresh blood to replenish their previous losses.
When the three people heard what their boss said, they immediately stopped talking and completely quieted down.
The leader stood on the top of the mountain and stopped. "We're almost there."
He saw the camp in the distance and estimated that they would be there by dawn.
After resting for a while, the four of them walked towards the camp again.
"Boss, the four scouts that came out last time, haven't returned yet. It's said that the leader sent them to scout this camp."
"Is there any terrifying existence in this camp?"
One of them could not hold back the questions in his mind anymore and asked the leader.
"Nonsense. It's just a small camp. What terrifying existence do you think there is?"
"We are from the Jack bandits. Do you think that such a small camp has the guts to kill our people?"
"I swear, as long as you guys are still in shock, I will directly leave you here and let you guys fend for yourselves."
The leader said fiercely.
He really could not take it anymore. He had a bad temper, to begin with, yet he still had to bring a few newbies. It was really depressing.
Forget about bringing them. The three of them stopped for a while and started chatting again.

The leader's head hurt from the noise.
Speaking of which, the leader actually had a similar question in his heart.
That was, the four people who came out to scout for news last time really had not returned to the Jack bandit gang for a few days.
Many people in the bandit gang said that the four people had already been killed.
Boom!
A sudden loud sound startled the four people.
"What did you guys do!"
The leader turned around and glared at the three people.
He could hear that it was the footsteps of the fierce beast.
The faces of the three of them turned pale. They were unlucky to be targeted by the ferocious beast on their first mission.
The leader led the three of them to hide under a rock. The rock was big enough to block the four of them.
The footsteps were getting closer and closer. The ferocious beast sniffed where they were standing before and left.
The four of them avoided the disaster.
If they were a step later, the four of them would definitely be targeted by the bloodthirsty ferocious beast.
"Boss, there doesn't seem to be anyone in this camp?"
One of them asked.
Because they were still quite far away and the sky had not yet brightened up, they could not see the door that had been opened yet.
"It's still early. They're probably still sleeping."
The leader replied lightly.
Leader Jack had told him that he had made an agreement with the leader of the camp, so he did not believe that there was no one in the camp.
"Let's continue."
The leader looked up at the sky and realized that it was almost dawn. He continued to instruct the other three.
Another ten minutes passed.
"Boss, there really doesn't seem to be anyone!"
A person ran out of the camp and said to the leader.
The leader frowned slightly. He also felt that something was wrong.
Logically speaking, it was almost dawn. No matter how few people there were, there should be someone who had already woken up.
He walked into the camp.
He saw that all the doors of all the houses in the camp had been opened.
The leader walked into one of the houses. He placed his hand on a table and rubbed it gently with his index finger and thumb.
"Fresh ashes."
The leader muttered.
Then, one of them ran over and said to him, "Boss, I just found a fire. Using the method you gave me, I can feel that there is still some heat on it. In other words, this fire was started last night."
"Boss, I also found something here. There are no spider webs in every room, including the ashes on the table."
The two of them came to the front of the leader and said.
The leader also realized that something was wrong. The people in the camp had left a long time ago!
In other words, the leader of this camp lied to the Jack bandits!
"Quickly go out and see if there are any important clues, such as footprints or something."
Just as the leader finished speaking... the last person ran in and said, "Boss, we found their footprints on the west side. I just touched them with my hand and they are still new. Moreover, these footprints are messy and of different sizes. Basically, we can conclude that the people in this camp have just left not long ago."
"You two, follow the direction of the footprints."
"You and I will go back and report to the leader."
"This time, the boss will be furious. He will lead the Jack bandits to find these people and kill them."
The leader said fiercely.
