Fike did not waste any more time explaining.
He asked Gu Wuya.
"Eldest brother, is the second elder still in the hall?"
The man peeked out of his window, at the gradually darkening sky.
"The second elder should have returned to his room by now!"
After asking Gu Wuya a few more questions, Fike left the East Immortal Residence and made his way to the second elder's residence.
He walked out of the East Immortal Residence before passing through the martial arts practice field and coming to the main hall.
According to Gu Wuya, the residence of the second elder was located nearby.
Fike looked around, finding a pagoda-shaped building that stood in front of him.
After thinking for a while, he figured that the pagoda should be the residence of the four elders.
As he entered, he discovered that the interior of the building was actually simple.
There were no exquisite furnishings like the East Immortal Residence, only a few simple tables, chairs, and benches.
And the higher he went, the more this was evident.
Fike was lost, unable to figure out which floor would be the second elder's residence.
He had already arrived at the third floor.
Just as he was hesitating, however, a voice sounded.
"You are here to find me, young man?"
Fike recognized the voice from when he had heard the second elder speak earlier in the hall, so he replied.
"That's right! Disciple Fike has something to ask of Second Elder!"
"Come in!"
Before he even finished speaking, the door in front of Fike already swung open, revealing the old man standing before him and looking at him.
'It seems that the second elder is just as Xiao Zhao mentioned... He does feel like a god!'
Fike thought to himself.
As he was thinking, Fike had already entered the second elder's room.
"Why are you looking for me?"
The second elder asked.
Fike went straight to the point.
"There's no problem in particular, I only hoped that the second elder could lend me some Deep Blue Herb."

"Deep Blue Herb? What do you want it for?"
"I want to follow eldest senior brother, Gu Wuya, and dive to the bottom of the East Sea to investigate. I need the Deep Blue Herb to refine a pill that would allow me to stay underwater for a longer time. I hope that Second Elder can fulfill my request!"
After hearing this, the elder said with a smile.
"I didn't expect that you would have already gotten involved with that kid, Gu Wuya, on the first day of your arrival at the Eastern Immortal Sect! Hahahaha!"
Fike responded with a smile.
"I think the four elders deliberately arranged our rooms next to eldest brother's when they arranged the accommodations. I feel like you all had hidden intentions!"
The second elder replied.
"Your comprehension ability is good. That kid, Gu Wuya, is obsessed with cultivation every hour of the day. He could be considered the number one disciple of our East Immortal Sect. If you cultivate by his side, your future achievements will surely not be much lower than his!
"It's good that you realize our intentions!"
As second elder spoke, he turned around and handed a box to Fike.
"This is the Deep Blue Herb. Take it!"
Fike took the box before thanking the second elder.
"Thank you, Second Elder, for helping me.
"However, I have another request!"
As the old man heard this, he replied.
"Tell me!"
"I wonder if Second Elder knows about gods?"
"Gods?"
"Yes, gods!"
Second Elder thought for a while before turning back to Fike with a grave look.
"Why do you ask this?"
Fike looked back into the elder's eyes.
"Second Elder, I have an unspeakable mission on my back. Please forgive me if I can't tell you everything, but I really don't have any malicious intent. I hope Second Elder could tell me anything you know about this original god!"
After hearing this, the second elder turned his back and said leisurely.

"Today, in the Great Hall, both you and the youth beside you had the same mysterious power.
"I have seen that power a few years ago as well!"
Hearing this, Fike asked.
"What power? Was it able to attract even your attention, Second Elder?"
Second Elder replied slowly.
"It is the power of a world deity!"
"The power of a world deity?"
"That's right! A few years ago, I was fortunate enough to meet a world deity. At that time, he appeared above the East Sea. I could immediately tell that he was a world deity based on the superhuman aura emanating from his body.
"It was an absolutely overwhelming power. Anyone near a world deity would definitely feel a suffocating sensation.
"Today, in the Great Hall, that friend of yours exuded that same aura."
Hearing this, Fike thought to himself.
'So Eddie Moss actually has the power of a world deity? It seems that he really is the original god!"
At this moment, the second elder suddenly changed the topic.
"Although the power of a world deity exuding from his body was very obvious, it seemed different from the pure power I'd seen before."
"Why do you say that?"
Fike asked.
"There seemed to be other factors within the world deity energy from your friend's body, factors that even I am unable to determine clearly.
"Since you are going to the bottom of the East Sea in the near future, you could search for the footprints of a world deity! Perhaps the true body of a world deity lies at the bottom of the East Sea!"
Hearing this, Fike continued to ask.
"May I ask, Second Elder, have you heard of Master Quan of the ancient temple of Gufa?"
The second elder smiled fondly at this.
"Of course I know him. He was once a friend I met in my training. Have you met him before?"
Fike nodded.
"Before I came to the East Immortal Sect, I first made a trip to the ancient temple of Gufa. Master Quan told me some things about world deities.
"He was the one who told me to keep heading east. It seems that Master Quan was right.
"Oh, that's right!"
Fike continued.
"Second Elder! Do you know about the original god?"
Upon hearing these words, the second elder's expression changed dramatically as he asked in return.
"How do you know about the original god?"
Noticing the change in his expression, Fike felt that there was a chance, and continued.
"Actually, the whole reason I came here in the first place was to find the original god. If Second Elder knows anything about this, please tell me everything!"
The man sighed before he continued.
"The first time I heard this name was on the same day I met the world deity!
"The world deity was on the surface of the East Sea at the time. As I stood in the distance, silently watching the divine being leave, my heart was filled with reverence.
"Suddenly, the world deity turned around and looked in my direction. In what felt like an instant, the boundless consciousness of the world deity was transmitted into my mind.
"The world deity told me that his power would be transferred to the original god. He told me to wait for the arrival of the original god on this East Immortal Mountain. When the person destined to be the original god goes to the East Sea and finds the will left behind by the world deity, it will mark the birth of a new god."
When Fike heard this, the excitement in his heart could no longer be suppressed.
"It seems that this trip to the East Sea will be incredibly important!"
