MMORPG: I Can See Hidden Information Chapter 89

Although he looked like a messy flag waving desperately in the wind, at this moment, Fike had already thought of a way to defeat Cazino.
The hurricane continued to approach him, the distance between them drawing closer and closer.
Suddenly, Fike unexpectedly yanked out the sword he had been using as support and stood on his own feet unsteadily on the stage.
He looked as if he possessed the weight of a thousand pounds, planting himself firmly on the arena unmovingly.
Shocked at the scene, Cazino mumbled to himself warily.
"Could he already have seen through my art and found a way to break it?"
Fike slowly moved to the other end of the hurricane. Sure enough, the winds didn't move with Fike.
As for why he had suddenly been able to withstand these gale-force winds...
It had to do with the Primordial Power.
With the achievement of the first stage of the Primordial Power, a warrior could freely transfer the power of the Overlord's Body to other parts of their body.
Fike had utilized this, transferring all of the Overlord's Body power to his feet.
He was like a balloon tied to a heavy stone as he swayed slightly under the strong winds.
Seeing that Fike had already passed through the line of his hurricane's reach, Cazino sounded once again.
"As expected of Fike, he could even avoid such a perfect hurricane. So what should we do next?
"Open your eyes and watch! The infinite charm brought about by this legendary art!"
Before Cazino could finish his words, Fike had already flashed, appearing instantaneously in front of him.
His Hermes' Curse struck Cazino's staff.
"What a perfect attack! It's a pity that you missed!"
Cazino taunted with a smile.
"Perfect Art! Blow him away!"
At this moment, nothing happened in the arena.

"Perfect Art! Blow him away!"
Cazino shouted again, but still nothing happened.
"How... how... how did this happen?"
Cazino stuttered in confusion.
"Your hurricane is gone! Surrender!"
Fike said lightly.
"No, Fike, my art! How can it be whittled down to only the little hurricane you've seen?"
Cazino refuted.
Suddenly, a smoke bomb exploded on the stage, causing a cloud of thick smoke to envelop the arena.
Just as Fike had been distracted, Cazino's figure had already disappeared into the smoke.
"This little trick again?"
Fike jeered.
"Hahahaha, Fike, do you really think that my show is over? Then you are too naive!
"Let this arena be my canvas!"
The smoke dispersed, revealing a countless number of Cazino clones in the arena.
Although he could not use Hurricane again, Fike was still unable to locate the real Cazino.
"Fike, now you'll witness the climax of my perfect art!"
The lips of each clone in the sea of Cazinos moved simultaneously as he spoke.
Fike now realized that his clone ability didn't seem to need to be activated through his staff.
Rather, it was a kind of cultivation method, similar to body techniques and the contents of the Celestial Arcanum.
Except that Cazino's clones could not compare to any of the techniques contained in the Celestial Arcanum.
However, Fike knew one thing.
There were no weak techniques, only weak practitioners.
Meanwhile, the horde of Cazinos swarmed, attacking Fike at the same time.
Fike could only swing his longsword unceasingly to cut down the doppelgangers one by one as they pounced on him.
Yet he soon realized that there seemed to be more and more doppelgangers appearing as time passed.
Although they couldn't hurt him, he wouldn't be able to strike Cazino either.
As for the trial itself, there was actually an unwritten rule.

If a winner was undecided within an hour, the fighter who took the most initiative and dealt the most damage would win.
'Oh no, we can't let him drag this out any longer. The time is almost up!'
Fike realized.
After comprehending his opponent's true intentions, Fike hurriedly began thinking of a way to deal with the situation.
How could he strike back against Cazino?
Time flowed by as the seconds remaining for Fike to make a move counted down.
'No, it seems that I can do that!'
Fike swung his demonic blade around to his back, ending in a stance that seemed to be equally defensive and offensive.
At that moment, the sword in his hand abruptly burst out with a strange crimson beam of light.
Fike's strategy was the 20th stance of the 32 Swords Slash.
Wind-splitting Slash.
As the move was performed, a surge of Sword Qi gathered around the blade, as if creating a vacuum that was sucking in all the air around them.
The air in the entire arena had become extremely thin.
Many of the students who were lacking in strength felt their breathing become abnormally rapid.
"I can't take it anymore, I'm about to suffocate! What kind of cultivation technique is Fike using?"
"Yeah, I also feel as if I can't breathe!"
The students in the audience continued to struggle.
Finally, the Sword Qi around the demonic blade had gathered to an extreme concentration, and the crimson glow exuding from it had also become blinding, reflecting an eerie bloody light throughout the entire arena.
"Wind-splitting Demon Slash!"
Fike roared loudly.
The sea of clones on the stage were instantly torn into pieces, scattering across the stage as they were ravaged by the wild Sword Qi.
The sudden large-scale attack had also heavily injured Cazino himself.
If he was unable to find the true body, he would destroy all the clones in one go!
This was the plan that Fike had come up with!
All of Cazino's clones on the stage disappeared one by one, fading into the wind.
Cazino's true body had also been ravaged by the merciless attack, leaving a huge gash across his chest that exposed his organs within.
Cazino couldn't say a word before he simply fainted.
Fike looked at the time. The match had just been about to time out.
"I am pleased to announce the results of today's final match for the Spell School.
"The winner is Fike from Mage Class 2!"
The referee boomed, and the arena erupted in warm applause.
"Fike is too cool! He's won all his matches! He's unrivaled!"
"Yeah, as expected of the Lord Fike that I've taken a fancy to. Even a simple move could've been so cool! Prince Charming, I love you!"
"I think the students from the other schools will be completely unable to stand against Fike. This is insane!"
As the sound of the praises faded, Fike once again fell into deep thought.

Gateway
An archaeologist by the name of Søren Quinn wakes up elsewhere after boarding a plane for Iceland. Now he has to come to terms with a significant loss of recent memory and his apparent death and rebirth, provided he can survive the rigors of the Tutorial on Gateway Station and whatever waits for him after the Tutorial. Updates. When I can... sorry. Author's Note. Gateway is a portal/isekai style GameLit novel, but it has two main lead characters and will eventually have a small cast of minor lead characters to support them. There will be small elements of base building / kingdom management added as well over time, but they will not be the focus. Gateway really is a slow burn that takes some time to get going unfortunately, but I hope you find it's worth the wait. Thank you! p.s. Book One is finally done (only needed one more chapter unfortunately...) but I'm off hiatus now and will be starting on Book Two right away!

Saga of Fallen Kings, Book I: The Revenant Prince
The Philosopher King once conquered the known world, his power seemingly unlimited and his armies inexhaustible. Since that time his might has slowly unravelled, and his once steadfast empire has begun to crack, splinter and devour itself. In the isolated Southern Realms, where even magic has abandoned them, none of that matters. For years it has been filled with warring kingdoms, where as many kings die to the blade as to old age, and constant battles tear apart the land. When one such kingdom invades its old enemy, the King and his heir, Prince Caden, are killed. Unable to accept the loss of his family Prince Arian is broken, and when the Philosopher King stretches out his hand in aid, Arian takes it without a second thought. When Caden wakes from death, he's different. His eyes and soul have changed, and he finds a world filled with friends who no longer trust he's even human. Suddenly thrust onto the throne and indebted to the Philosopher King, Caden has no choice but to keep going - he must finish what his father started, and try to survive the machinations of the figure who now owns his fealty. Meanwhile something beyond death stirs for him, desiring nothing more than to drag him back into its embrace. Author's Note: This story used to be known as "A King of his Own", but after some consideration I have decided to rebrand it. The first reason is that I was growing increasingly dissatisfied with the title. The second is that I have come increasingly to view this story as a 'saga' containing multiple 'books' rather than one long, continuous publication, and as I did so I realized that as I was quickly getting to a point in the story where I wanted the first 'book' to end. This doesn't mean I'm going back on the things I said below - they're just going to continue in the next book of the Saga of Fallen Kings. :) Also, be aware that I do plan to edit this at some point. Though I take care to squash out any obvious errors when I proof-read, and do simple edits in that process, at some point I'm almost certainly going to do large edits that might significantly change parts of the story. Old author's notes: This started as a completely random writing session. There was no purpose or direction, but as I kept typing an entire world began to form in my mind that I knew I had to write about. My plan is to turn this story into a veritable medieval fantasy epic that spans an entire world, follows multiple character and storylines, and takes place over many years. The story has quite a grounded, almost 'realistic' start, but many more fantastical elements will be introduced, expanded upon and become central to the narrative. I have ideas for this story that make me genuinely excited and I hope you enjoy my work as much as I enjoy writing it, and join me on what will hopefully become a truly massive fantasy epic. If you do enjoy this story please consider following, rating and leaving a review. I'm also happy to answer any questions or comments you have.
