They were still hugging each other, facing each other and staring intently at each other's faces. Even though their expressions of love were not as romantic as in novels or dramas, hearing they confess their feelings to each other made their hearts feel warm.

Their gazes were tightly knit and they could not be separated. Aiden slowly lowered his head. Seeing this, Anya closed her eyes, waiting for Aiden's lips to touch hers. Just at that moment, someone knocked on their door.

"Sir, I brought your eye mask." Hana's voice came from outside.

Anya immediately pushed Aiden's body and told him to hide behind her. For some reason, she was like a teenager who was caught going out at school, even though she and Aiden were already married.

Anya opened the door and peeked from behind it, "Mrs. Hana, just give it to me." She said hastily.

Hana looked at Anya in surprise, confused by Anya's unusual attitude. She looked at the room with a confused and curious look. Aiden's figure could not be seen inside. Where did the master go?

While Hana was still looking for Aiden, suddenly a large hand appeared on Anya's waist. The hand slightly pulled Anya's body so that her back was very close to Aiden's chest.

Hana immediately realized her mistake as her eyes were fixed on Aiden's hand on Anya's waist. Aiden and Anya had not seen each other for several days. As a newly married couple, they certainly missed each other.

Hana felt like crying and hitting herself because she didn't realize that she was bothering the couple. Maybe, she interfered when they were both making love so that Anya looked very panicked.

She immediately gave the eye mask to Anya and said, "Anya, lunch time is coming soon. I'll prepare it myself. You can cook another day."

"Okay." Anya immediately followed Hana's advice. After confessing all her feelings to Aiden, she felt so tired that she didn't want to cook.

Hana immediately left the place as quickly as possible, letting Aiden and Anya return together.

Anya breathed a sigh of relief after Hana left her. She didn't do anything wrong by being alone with her husband, but somehow she felt ashamed.

She took Aiden's hand and walked to the sofa by the window. She told Aiden to lie down on the sofa, "When I'm not busy later, I'll make an eye mask with a self-heating system for you." Anya said.

"Don't just make promises. Make sure you will make it." Aiden said casually, "By the way, I brought in a cardiac surgeon. You can consult the doctor who treats your mother tomorrow."

Anya's hand who was holding the eye mask stopped. She looked at Aiden in surprise.

The man kept his promise, and found a doctor for her mother.

She knew Aiden was very busy. He had to finish his job while abroad and also see a doctor to restore his vision, but he still thought about Anya. It really touched her heart.

Aiden laid on the sofa, opened his eyes when he did not get any reaction or answer from Anya, "I've also told Harris to send the medicine I promised your mother to the hospital. The hospital nurse will help to prescribe the medicine to your mother. If there is progress, we can use it. If not, I'll find a new medicine."

Anya was so moved that she was speechless. She silently put an eye mask on Aiden, but she couldn't control her feelings. Warm tears dripped from her eyes, accidentally falling onto Aiden's forehead.

Aiden stretched out his hand and Anya welcomed him, "Are you crying again?" He asked.

"Aiden, why are you so nice to me?" Anya's throat felt tight when she said that.

"Because I am your husband." Aiden held Anya's small hand gently and pulled Anya's body.

Anya lay on the sofa as well, resting her head on Aiden's chest. She could hear a steady and strong heartbeat. The woman felt warm and safe there. Subconsciously, her hand gripped Aiden's hand tighter.

They hugged each other and laid on the sofa for a few moments. Anya listened to Aiden's heartbeat, while Aiden smelled the scent of Anya's hair. A feeling of happiness and calm crept into their hearts.

Peace… That's how they felt when they embraced each other's bodies.

Time passed quickly. They unknowingly spent time lying down until lunch time arrived. Hana finally decided to knock on their bedroom door, saying that lunch was ready.

At the dining table, Anya continued to stare at Aiden.

"What's wrong?" Aiden asked.

Anya bit her lip anxiously and asked carefully, "After lunch, you will rest. Can I return to the Rose Scent while you are resting?"

"I will replace the name Rose Scent with yours. You will be the owner as well as the head of the parfumeur. You can work whenever you want." Aiden said.

"Did you really buy Rose Scent? Is Mrs. Esther willing to sell it to you?" Anya asked with her mouth agape. She didn't think Aiden would actually buy Rose Scent. And even more unexpectedly, she didn't think Esther would just hand over her shop.

"Esther let that manager slander you. If she won't sell me the Rose Scent, I intend to get her out of the mall. Have I told you that the mall belongs to Atmajaya Group?" Aiden said casually while eating his lunch as if he was talking about a small matter.

Anya knew that she was marrying a very rich man, but she did not think that the mall she was currently working in also belonged to the Atmajaya Family.

Knowing how Aiden was, Anya was sure that Aiden was not just threatening her. He's gonna literally get the Rose Scent out of the mall. Or even more extreme, he could drive Esther out of this city, making her unable to open a single shop in here anymore.

"I do not know. Harris spoke to her. After eating, you can go back to the shop. The event organized by this mall is your first event. So.. give it your best." Aiden said with a faint smile. "I will try my best. I will not disappoint you!" Anya said excitedly.

Aiden just nodded his head. Anya was always cheerful and positive. This made him feel Anya's joy.
