Hidden Marriage With My Imperfect CEO Chapter 119

Anya was shocked when she realized that Aiden was approaching her and reached out to her. She said nothing and immediately took the man's helping hand.
"Aiden, this mall is having an event. I worked until late last night to prepare the perfume base ingredients. I hope Rose Scent doesn't close at the time of the event." Anya said sadly.
"Anya! Look what you did to us. You're just giving us trouble!" Ben shouted, glaring at her, "You're fired! Quickly leave Rose Scent!"
Anya felt so angry when she heard Ben raving, "I am Mrs. Esther's assistant manufacturer and you are only the manager of the store. What right do you have to fire me?"
"You have stolen Mrs. Esther's perfume recipe, do you think your mistake was not big?" Ben sneered.
His words made all the employees around him nod in agreement. They had seen how Anya caused trouble from her first day of work. It seemed like Anya was always surrounded by problems. As long as they worked, there had never been a case of theft like this once. Who else if not Anya did it? Only Anya worth their suspicion as the culprit in this shop.
Some of the employees were also upset because they heard that their shop would be closed when the mall held an event. If that happened, their bonus would decrease. This made them even more annoyed with Anya, even though the woman did not do anything.
"I didn't steal the recipe. I will stay for the duration of the investigation. I will participate in the interrogation." Anya said. She wasn't afraid of the police at all because she was innocent.
Aiden shook his head impatiently. His voice sounded lazy, but everyone in the place could feel that the man was starting to lose his temper. He had been on a long journey and wanted to hurry home to meet his wife. But once he met the woman he missed, they couldn't even be alone.
"There are only two reasons why the recipe could be lost. One, the owner may be careless as to lose it or someone had planned all this." He said, looking at Ben. His gaze looked lazy when he looked at him, but somehow Ben felt as if the man's gaze could kill him.

Anya was surprised and turned to look at Aiden, "What do you mean ..."
"Let's go home." Aiden replied briefly. He really wanted to rest and be alone with his wife, and not facing a commotion like this.
"But I haven't been interrogated." Anya muttered.
"You didn't do anything wrong. The police will investigate it completely." After that, Aiden gave Harris instructions without turning to look at him, "Harris, Anya doesn't want Rose Scent to be temporarily closed. Negotiate to buy all Rose Scent shares as soon as possible."
"Huh?" Anya was flabbergasted when she heard this. Her mouth was wide open and she couldn't speak fluently because she was so shocked, "Y-… You… What did you buy the Rose Scent for?"
"For your toys." Aiden said casually as if buying a Rose Scent was like buying a toy in a small shop. Then, he looked at Anya and said softly, "Can we go home now?"
"Are you going to close Rose Scent?" Anya asked.
"No." Aiden replied shortly.
Anya bit her lip and confirmed one more time, "Will the show continue?"
"Hmm…" Aiden nodded his head.
Anya breathed a sigh of relief and took Aiden's hand, "Are you tired? Let's go home. You must rest."
"Mr. Aiden was afraid something happened to you so he went to see you as soon as the plane landed." Said Harris who was at Aiden's side. He said it in a low voice so only Anya and Aiden could hear it.
Anya looked at Harris with gratitude for telling her. Then she looked at Aiden and laughed happily like a child.
"Are we going home now? Hurry up and help me." Aiden said.
"I thought..." Anya's eyes looked sad after hearing Aiden's words. She thought Aiden's eyes had recovered, but apparently, the treatment was failing. She didn't know that Aiden was just pretending.
"What's wrong?" Aiden could see Anya looking sadly at him, but he didn't say anything.
"No, nothing. I will guide you." Anya ignored the gazes of those around her. Everyone in this town already knew that she was Aiden's lover, so it was no surprise that they were together in public.

Everyone in the shop was amazed to see Anya leaving the place.
Esther's recipe disappeared and was found in Anya's bag so that Anya became the main suspect. However, it would be a stupid move if the main suspect didn't leave the scene while the police investigated them one by one.
When leaving Rose Scent, Anya could hear the questions raised by the police. She couldn't hear the answers given by her colleagues, but she didn't want to know either.
She just wanted to get away from that place ...
Once they got into the car, Aiden raised the divider between the front and middle seats so that Abdi could not see the conditions behind. Aiden wanted to enjoy his time alone with Anya even if it's only on this short trip home.
The two of them sat side by side in the car, leaning back comfortably. Anya stretched out her hand, brought her body closer to Aiden and caressed Aiden's face gently. She felt sorry for her husband. Aiden must have been exhausted because he had to go directly to her even though he had just arrived in Indonesia, "Why do you always appear when I'm having a hard time?" She asked.
Aiden leaned his head in Anya's hand and closed his eyes with a smile, "Did I succeed in conquering your heart?" He said jokingly.
Anya smiled at the answer, "Hmm… How could I not? When I need help, you always appear like a prince on a horseback."
"Then shouldn't you thank me?" Aiden's voice was lower than usual.
Anya's face immediately flushed when she heard him, "How do you want me to say thank you?"
"Kiss Me!" Said Aiden casually. He said it while half joking.
"How about waiting for us to get home?" Anya replied shyly. They were currently in the car. Even though outsiders could not see inside the car, even though there was a barrier between Abdi and them, Anya still felt restless. They were still outside!
"I don't want to." Aiden leaned forward and kissed Anya's lips without warning.
Anya's hand that stroked Aiden's face stopped and leaned on the man's shoulder while shaking slightly. Her innocent eyes blinked once, twice, three times… As if she had forgotten how to react.
Aiden paid no attention to Anya, who was silent in shock. His lips continued to move to deepen their kiss. His hands moved to Anya's waist and pulled her body closer. His breath turned hot as they got deeper into the kiss.
Aiden let out a low growl while his eyes were still fixed on the woman before him.
Anya could only shyly push Aiden's body. However, just as she was about to retreat, Aiden held her body and the back of his head so that this little rabbit could not escape from his arms.
Once again, Aiden brought his head towards Anya. This time, the kiss landed lightly and gently.
Anya felt her body tighten in Aiden's tight embrace. She felt worried about the circumstances around her. They were outside the house! What if someone saw them?
However, Aiden's gentle kiss made her head float. Aiden's hand that was on her waist stroked her gently, causing her to dissolve into a kiss that was getting more and more exciting.
"Anya ..." Aiden called her name softly. His deep voice sounded very seductive to Anya's ears. His hot breath tickled, but it didn't make Anya uncomfortable.
Who knew since when Aiden's figure felt very familiar to her. Her body melted in Aiden's arms, so she forgot everything, feeling that it was only the two of them.
Without realizing, Anya began to kiss Aiden back, following the motion of his lips. Her trembling hands were now gripping Aiden's shoulders even tighter.
Aiden smiled slightly when he felt Anya's response. Their lips interlocked and danced in the midday sun, making the temperature in the car even hotter...

Ursus Ex Machina
Ozzy was a man of the wild. Raised in a remote village atop the world's mightiest mountain, he'd been taught to respect and revere the natural world. The realm he was born into had been there long before him, and it would remain there long after him. Sure, there was the occasional madman who threatened to destroy it, but such boasts were always empty. No one individual was actually capable of demolishing this beautiful blue-and-green ball Ozzy called home. No matter what terrible magics these villains wielded, they were incapable of causing permanent harm to the environment. Even if the planet was completely devastated, it would recover. Life would find a way to flourish, same as it always had. That was what Ozzy believed from the bottom of his heart, so he never once felt the need to save the world he loved. After all, it was never truly in danger. The world would be fine no matter what. The people were a wee bit endangered, but that was another story altogether. However, what would happen if Ozzy suddenly found himself devoid of his beloved wilds? What would the man do if the realm he knew - one of wonder, magic, and chaos - was replaced with a man-made environment of concrete, industry, and steam? Ozzy could never imagine such a thing happening, and yet that was his new reality. After losing a fateful confrontation with a mad wizard, he and his friends found themselves transported to a strange world so thoroughly alien that every waking moment feels like a fever dream. Separated and scattered to the four corners of this land, each of these adventurers will need to adapt, survive, and overcome if they hope to reunite. They would also need to do so quickly. The sooner they are able to find one another, the sooner they can figure out a way back home and have another crack at putting an end to the villain's plans. Whether such a thing was actually possible in a world with barely any magic in it was a valid concern, but Ozzy had more immediate things to worry about. For instance, why did the air smell like a perpetual forest fire? How did ships sail through the sky as if it were water? And most importantly, was the pavement he was hurtling towards at high speed much softer than it looked? Probably not, but a man could hope.
