"Do you miss me?" His warm breath tickled Anya's ears, but the woman felt comfortable.

She nodded her head while still burying her face in Aiden's chest. Then she looked up and looked at Aiden with teary eyes, "I'm causing trouble again." She said weakly.

"Hmm..."

When Aiden walked in, he heard Ben screaming, saying that he found the missing recipe in Anya's bag and asked someone to call the police immediately.

"Aiden, I didn't steal it. I don't know why the recipe was in my bag." Anya hurriedly explained.

"I know." Aiden's voice sounded calm, making Anya feel his calm too. She didn't panic anymore, as long as Aiden was with her.

"Do you believe in me?" Anya's eyes were sparkling, emitting a bright light.

"What do I tell you when something happens?" Aiden smiled as he looked at Anya.

"Try to stay calm and not panic? I just don't want you to misunderstand me." Anya said quietly.

"You care about my opinion?" Aiden happily asked.

"Of course. How could I not care?" Anya bowed her head shyly even though she didn't do anything wrong, "I'm afraid you won't trust me and don't like me anymore."

"Didn't you say I was wise? How could I not know a little trick like this." Said Aiden while raising his head. He stared at Ben who had shouted to call the police with a cold, deathly look.

Esther who followed Anya immediately intervened, "There is a bit of a misunderstanding in our shop. I didn't intend to bother Mr. Aiden." Esther said calmly.

"A bit of a misunderstanding?" Aiden snorted coldly, "You guys searched Anya's bag and violated her privacy. Is this really just a small misunderstanding?"

Esther chuckled, "Don't be so serious, Mr. Aiden. This is really just a misunderstanding. Last night, Anya worked in my perfume room to prepare the basic ingredients for the perfume. I left the recipe so she could learn it. The manager thinks I lost the recipe. It's just a matter of miscommunication."

Anya was uncertain. How could she just forgive Ben? If she let Ben keep calling her a thief and didn't clear things, her career would really be over before it could even begin.

Aiden looked at Anya, stroking her hair when he saw his wife's forehead creased deeply, "No matter what decision you choose, I will always support you. Let me remind you something. Do whatever you want." He said softly.
