Clouds of dust rose in the air as pedestrians frantically scrambled to avoid the roofless carriage. There were a couple of instances where the nine-headed Celestial Beast almost trampled on people with a slower reaction time.

When the dust finally settled, the roofless carriage drawn by the nine-headed Celestial Beast had already come to a halt in front of Duan Ling Tian and Huan’er, blocking their path.

A long red whip could be seen in the arrogant young lady’s hand. She had flicked the whip in front of Duan Ling Tian, clearly trying to stop him from leaving.

It was clear she planned to kill Huan’er. She was a jealous and possessive woman who could not bear to see the man she liked holding another woman’s hand. It was in line with her personality to want to kill Huan’er.

“You want to kill me?” Huan’er asked coldly.

“Huan’er.” Duan Ling Tian could feel the coldness seeping out from Huan’er’s hand, and he quickly pinched her hand and said in a lowered tone, “Let me handle this… If I can’t handle it, then, you can deal with it.”

“Miss Zhou, please show some courtesy to my sister,” Duan Ling Tian solemnly said as he released Huan’er’s hand. He could tell said Zhou Shu Dong was an extremely jealous and possessive woman.

“She’s your sister?” As expected, Zhou Shu Dong’s expression took a turn for the better when she heard his words. “Since she’s your sister, I won’t kill her. However, you’ll need to stay with me. Duan Ling Tian knew there was no way to solve this peacefully when he heard Zhou Shu Dong’s words. His expression turned cold immediately. He sidestepped Zhou Shu Dong and held Huan’er’s hand as he casually said, “Huan’er, let’s leave!”

Zhou Shu Dong scoffed before she lifted her long red whip and cracked them in Duan Ling Tian’s direction. It looked like a red python as it moved in the air.

When she made her move, Duan Ling Tian ascertained that she was also a Blue Sun Golden Celestial like him.

“Ridiculous!” Duan Ling Tian’s temper finally exploded. His gaze grew increasingly cold. He snorted as his Celestial Origin Energy surged out from his hands. He lifted his hand at the speed of light and caught Zhou Shu Dong’s whip.

“Get lost!” Duan Ling Tian barked as he threw Zhou Shu Dong and her whip aside. His Celestial Origin Energy had injured Zhou Shu Dong.

“Fourth Miss!” The old lady in the carriage cried out. She only discovered her master was no match for the purple-clad young man when his Celestial Origin Energy surged out. Her expression changed drastically when she saw him throwing Zhou Shu Dong to the side. Her expression was unsightly and her eyes gleamed with killing intent as she shouted, “You’ll die, brat!’

Duan Ling Tian looked at the old lady and said apathetically, “Huan’er, kill her!”
