Among the three cities in their state, only the Elemental Clans in Burmat City had Pranic Avatars capable of unleashing breath attacks.

It was because they had three foundations, as Elemental Clans serving the capital of their state. As for the Elemental Clans in the other two cities, they only had one foundation, unable to unleash breath attacks.

And adding onto its sharpness, it cut through the opponent's defence and cleaved his head off. Everyone else did similarly, annihilating all the suspicious individuals in the auction house.
