Charles then walked towards the closed wooden window, opened it forcefully, and soon frowned.

His name was Spider, and he controls a particular part of the First District!

Unlike the Royal District and the Second District, the First District had five segments.

They were Aurora Land, Vermillion Section, Arch Domain, King's Land, and the Ashland.

These lands were under the control of Warlords, and they were the true rulers of the First District.

One of such Warlords was Spider.

No one knows his real name, but he came to this Aurora Land a few decades ago and killed the previous Warlord before snatching his position.

The only thing the public know of him was that he was a half-paragon.

After snatching the Warlord position, he crushed all the unruly thieves and criminals and forced them to work for him.

He oversees all the illegal businesses and controls the Aurora Land like a true monarch!

Although he looked older, he was one of the powerful Helpers in the whole City.

Some say that he already entered the realm of Rank-5, but no one knows the truth.

He was a Warlord with a mysterious background.

As for why he was standing at the terrace of a random building? It was due to a mysterious letter.

"M-May I know your sacred name, Divine One?"

On the other hand, Charles wore a pleased smile and answered in a carefree tone.

"Name, huh. I'm nothing but a messenger of our Guardian Deity, mortal. Just call me whatever you want."

His voice echoed in Spider's ears like divine words!
