Chapter 287: Trap
Before Emilia could open her mouth, Ivy widened her eyes in surprise and spoke.
"You are the Divine!"
Her voice contains a trace of nervousness.
But soon, she returned to her calm self and sized her up and down.
"No... Something is not right. You are just a separate consciousness in a mortal body... But even separate consciousnesses would be restricted by the Will of the World if it has some connection with your Divine World..." She paused for a moment and soon showed a look of understanding.
"Now I understand. Your main consciousness must have severed the connection between you and your Divine World and let you out as an individual consciousness..." While speaking, Ivy suddenly extended her right hand and muttered.
"Dream Domain!"
The next instant, the whole surroundings turned dimmer.
The blue sky turned reddish-black color, and the ground appeared gloomier as dark shadows.
It was an eerie-looking forest!
Some trees had grown around 100 meters tall and appeared dominating.
Even a large terrifying winged python circled above in the sky and seemed to be waiting for the action.
It was more than 50 meters long, had eerie blackish scales, strange small wings, and was slithering in the dark red clouds.
Countless electric sparks encircled the monstrous python as it moved and let out lightning strikes in all directions from time to time.
Emilia calmly glanced at the python, then towards Ivy, and frowned.
"Hmm? What are you scheming-"
Before she could finish her words, a rumbling noise came from all directions!
Then, tens of black pillars appeared from the sky like divine pillars and landed on the surrounding forests.
At that moment, Ivy seemed to have long prepared for her next move and spoke in a childish voice.
"Nightmare Loop."

The next second, all those black pillars exploded with bangs, burst into lights, and spread in every direction!
In the meantime, a shock appeared on Emilia's face.
'It's a trap!'
"Sneaky brat! You dare to trap me here?" Emilia let out a furious shout, waved her hand, and conjured a crystalline sword.
Then, she made a swift movement, slashed at thin air, and cut the space.
The next moment, the spatial crack began to expand and soon formed into the size of the one-meter tall vortex!
"I'll deal with you later." She spoke in an eerie voice, turned into a flash of light, and disappeared into the bluish vortex.
A moment later, Ivy, the surrounding tall trees, eerie sky, and the strange python started to shimmer a little and broke into countless pieces like glass!
Meanwhile, Emilia walked out of the vortex on the other side and raised her eyebrows in surprise.
The sky still appeared eerie blackish red, and the strange winged python also hovered above her head.
What startled her more was that the same 4-year-old girl child was hovering a few meters away from her.
She showed the same innocent face and blinked her eyes.
"Nightmare Loop!" A frown appeared on her forehead.
Meanwhile, Ivy nodded her head and spoke.
"Yes. It's a Rank-7 Demi-God Level Spell. Breaking this Rank-7 spell would take more than a week for any Divine's consciousnesses. As long as you didn't seek help from your main body, breaking this in a short time is almost impossible. But if you seek help from your main body, your true identity will be exposed. Either way, it's my win."
Saying so, Ivy let out a giggle and added.
"Reality Death."
A moment later, an eerie blackish smoke appeared behind her and soon formed into a figure of a three-skulled humanoid skeleton.

It held a unique black scythe in its bony hand and slashed at her nape.
Meanwhile, Emilia let out a deep sigh, raised her crystalline sword, and slashed at Ivy.
The next instant, a formidable pressure came from her hand, causing Ivy, the winged python, and the newly appeared skeleton to fall at a terrifying speed.
Thankfully, Ivy managed to stop the force and showed a surprised expression on her face.
"Power of Gravity? A Divine specialized in Space and Time powers?"
Just as she finished her words, a deep cut appeared on her neck.
Before she could think further, countless cuts appeared all over her body.
A second later, her tiny body exploded with a bang, sending blood and flesh in all directions.
Meanwhile, Emilia casually moved her hand, cut the space using her sword, and created another vortex before turning herself into a steak of light.
A second later, she appeared on the other side and soon turned grim.
Like before, Ivy stood a few meters away from Emilia and was waving her hands with an innocent smile on her face.
"You are not one of the thirteen Lawful Gods, are you?" She asked.
Upon hearing those words, an icy look appeared on Emilia's face.
This time, she didn't hold back anything and slashed her sword in all directions.
The next instant, invisible ripples came out of her sword edges and spread in all directions.
Then, the whole surroundings shimmered for a moment and broke into millions of pieces like small glasses!
But just as Emilia opened her eyes, countless lightning bolts flashed from above.
In this dream illusion, the winged python made its first move and attacked.
On the other hand, Emilia appeared to have long predicted those attacks.
She touched the golden bracelet on her right hand, created an invisible force field, and got ready to block the attack.
Countless arcs of blue and white lightning bolts flashed from the sky and continuously collided against the forcefield!
'Damn it! This mortal body is weak!' A grim look appeared on her wrinkled face.
Just as the lightning attacks ended, the invisible forcefield suddenly let out a creaking sound and broke into pieces.
Meanwhile, the three-skulled skeleton suddenly arrived behind her and slashed its black scythe at her nape.
At that moment, Emilia's eyes flickered all of a sudden.
It was as if she had entered the state of absolute calmness.
Before the scythe could touch her nape, she took out a silver pocket watch from her space ring, moved her finger towards the crown area, and pressed it.
A moment later, the three-skull skeleton's and its black scythe's movement slowed down!
It was as if the time seemed to have slowed down around her!
She calmly took a step forward and evaded the scythe.
At that moment, Ivy's childish whisper echoed in her right ear.
"Imaginary Control."
An invisible hand passed through the air, touched her cloth, entered deep into her chest, and gripped her heart.
Then, the invisible hand tightened the fist and crushed her heart, causing Emilia's face to go pale.
'Ugh, this child is a troublesome one to capture.' She spat out a mouthful of blood, placed her hand over her chest, and muttered.
"Heal."
In a second, some strange energy came out of her soul and completely restored her crushed heart!
"You are forcing my hands, brat." She spoke coldly and attacked the surroundings.
Meanwhile, Ivy hovered a few meters away from her and blinked her eyes innocently.
