In the middle of the sea where Adam blocked a large military fleet alone.

This place which was originally a peaceful sea became a totally unrecognizable place. It was because there were not a lot of 'junks and metal scraps' floating on the surface of the sea. Some of those were already sinking in a slow manner, leaving only the things that were able to float.

But the most bone-chilling sight on here was the color of the sea. Its original blue color was now dyed with red color. And that red color was starting to slowly spread on the sea.

Along with the things floating on the surface of the sea, there were some corpses mixed in it. And due to the strong metallic smell coming from this place, a lot of predators of the sea were starting to rush on this place to have a feast.

Not long after, the place turned into a huge feast of different kinds of sea creatures which made the sight even more terrifying.

On the air, there was a group of people rushing towards this direction with a great speed. Naturally, they were going to see this devastating sight even though they were still a few distance away.

And since there were a lot of sea monsters in there, they were forced to come to a sudden halt on a certain distance away from it so that they could safely take a closer look at what was happening.

"What the!? What happened here?" said by a member of the group while sweeping his gaze at the sea monsters feasting below.

A moment later, one of the members saw a noticeable symbol on one of the metal scraps which was slowly sinking on the sea. "That! Don't tell me this is the whole fleet that we are supposed to save?"

Hearing that, everyone's eyes suddenly turned solemn as they realized what happened.

Earlier, they received an SOS signal from one of the military fleets. And from that signal, the speaker said that they were being attacked by a so-called 'demon' which they didn't believe at first.

After all, it was a military fleet we were talking about – and it was on a highest level on top of that. So, it was really hard to believe that a mere sea monster was going to sink all of those ships and created a mess like this.

Regardless, they still didn't have a choice but to come to this place so that they could see what happened. Though, they didn't expect to see such a devastating sight when they arrived.

"Did they really encounter a 10-star Sea Demon? But that shouldn't be possible! Those beasts can only live at special places like the 'Dead Ocean' where a rich amount of Force of Nature is gathered," muttered by a member of the group.

While everyone was watching the sea creatures having their feast, another member of the group suddenly spotted something. "Look! It seems like that guy is still alive!"

Hearing him, the whole group suddenly turned their heads in the direction that he was pointing and saw a man lying on a surface of a huge floating box.

The leader of the squinted his eyes a little before waving his hand in the air while controlling the Force of Nature on his surroundings. And with another wave with that hand, the floating box on the sea surface was suddenly lifted in the air.

After that, the whole group flew towards that box so that they could check the condition of the man lying on it.

It didn't take long for them to start shaking their heads since they knew that this man would not live for that long.

And while they sighing helplessly, the man slowly opened his eyes with great difficulty. And while he was trying his hardest, he managed to get a glimpse of the symbol that the group were wearing on the left side of their chest.

Seeing that, he immediately opened his mouth strugglingly as he tried to squeeze out some words from his throat. "H-hurry… t-tell… the… HQ. T-the He-Heavenly D-D-Demon."

Those were the last words that left his mouth before he finally took his final breath. That might be a heartbroken sight, but they didn't have a time to sympathize with him at this point of time. It was because they heard a certain title that struck a deep fear on everyone.

After being stunned for a moment, the leader immediately turned his head in a certain direction before yelling out an order. "Quickly! Inform the headquarters that we finally got some lead where the Heavenly Demon is located!"

Meanwhile, the man that they were talking about was currently flying on the air above the sea with a very insane speed. His speed was too fast to the point a sonic boom was being created along the path that he took. And alongside it, a shockwave was also being created which almost split the sea below him every time he passed on its surface.

But his charge came into a sudden halt when he saw a hooded man blocking his path. And right after stopping, Adam suddenly wore a solemn expression on his face as he felt a very familiar aura coming from this guy's body.

"Well, well. Looks like I am in luck this time. To think that I will stumble upon you while I am tracking down the movements of the 'True Order'? Is this some sort of fate?" said by the hooded man the moment he saw Adam stopped in the air.

Narrowing his eyes, Adam suddenly asked with a cold tone. "And why are you tracking the movements of that organization? Are you finally declaring war with the World Government?"

Hearing that, the hooded man suddenly grinned underneath his hood before replying. "Well~… I am still not ready for that. After all, they still have some hidden cards that I need to figure out-…"

He trailed his words for a brief moment and raised his head a little before continuing. "But a certain guy piques my interest in this group that I am tracking. Nope! It is actually the special talent of this guy. I really want to put my hands on it."

He then took a brief pause before saying with a smirking tone. "What about you? Why would the famous 'Heavenly Demon' come to this place? And from the looks of it, you are quite in a hurry. I wonder what you are up into."

Adam didn't have any time to waste with this guy's nonsense. So, he immediately clenched both his hands and started walking forward with large steps in the air before saying with a threatening tone. "Oi! I don't want to waste anymore time chatting with you. So, you better step aside right now if you don't want to die."

Hearing that, the hooded man started grinning further before saying. "Even though I really hate you, I still needed to acknowledge your strength. So, how about you team up with me now at conquering this world? After all, we are the same kind."

BOOM!

Then Adam suddenly sent a powerful shockwave towards the hooded guy's direction right after hearing those words. But it was immediately blocked by an invisible barrier protecting the latter and immediately dissipated it.

Meanwhile, Adam raised his head a little to glare at the hooded guy before coldly saying. "How many times do I have to tell you? Don't put me on the same level as you. You let yourself be consumed by your inner demon while I devoured my own. So, we are on a completely different level."

Hearing that, the hooded guy suddenly started chuckling as if he found Adam's words funny. "You devoured your own demon? Heh! Don't make me laugh. If it is true then why are you losing yourself on it from time to time? Just admit that such a feat is completely impossible."

"How about you accept it fully just like me? That way, you are going to gain a power that is even greater than the one that you currently possess."

Adam couldn't help but smirked a little after hearing those words. Then he looked mockingly at the hooded guy before refuting. "Heh! I don't need such powers to defeat someone like you."

"My 'Godly Intuition' is more than enough to put you in your place. And this time, I am going to make sure that you are going to run away with your tail between your legs."

But the hooded guy didn't get intimidated. Instead, he crossed his arms in front of his chest before replying. "I admit that I am still no match against you in terms of special talent due to that talent of yours. But defeating you is completely different from stall for time."

Hearing those strange words Adam suddenly halted his preparation to attack before looking at the hooded guy confusedly. And when the latter saw that look, he suddenly started grinning even higher before saying.

"I actually planted a spy within the higher-ups of the Solomon Kingdom and the True Order. And I heard from them that those two are currently in war against each other which is why I am here-…..."

He trailed his words for a few moments before looking provokingly at Adam while saying. "I stumbled upon with an even more interesting information."

"I heard that the prince of the Solomon Kingdom is a 'Heavenly-blessed Individual' and urgently needs someone who can perform a special form of Meridian Locking due to that so-called divinity grade Mental Energy of his."

And when he saw that Adam was still not agitated, he further added. "I also heard that Evangeline Rose is the one treating him right now. I wonder if she can protect herself when performing such technique."

BOOM!

This time, a very powerful aura was suddenly released from Adam's body. He glared at the hooded guy with a furious look on his face before saying. "You dared to touch her, then forget about running away. Because I am going to make sure to take your life before you find a chance to do so."

But the hooded guy still didn't get intimidated and continued to provoke Adam. "And I wonder if you are still able to suppress your inner demon even after losing your beloved wife."
