The raging flame at the battlefield behind Shiella made the other agents of the Shadow Alliance to start having second thoughts about attacking the military forces. After all, that strange flame not only could harm them, but it could also heal the injuries that the soldiers had suffered.

There was a soldier in a combat suit standing at the very center of that raging flame. And from the petite body structure that this soldier had, this person was most likely a female soldier.

She was wearing a camouflage ballcap so the others couldn't clearly see her face especially since she currently had her head lowered. What's more, she was holding the visor of her cap to further block the line of sight of the other people in the vicinity.

While the others were still stunned at what was happening, this particular person suddenly raised her other hand in the air before making a snap with her fingers. And right after she did those actions, the strange flame surrounding her suddenly flew above her before transforming into a bunch of blazing spears.

Then she flicked her hand a little as if she was ordering those blazing spears to attack. On the next instant, the blazing spears hovering above her immediately obeyed her command and quickly flew towards the stunned agents of the opposing side.

Swoosh! Swoosh! Swoosh!

What came after that was the cries of agony made by the agents of the Shadow Alliance. It was because those blazing spears not only pierced through their bodies but also burned them alive.

When Alexander saw that, he immediately came to a realization who was that mysterious soldier. "The 'Junior Phoenix' of the Potter Clan! Mariel Potter!"

This time, Alexander finally understood why Shiella remained too calm despite a lot of her subordinates being overwhelmed by his men and the agents from the Shadow Alliance. Even if those military soldiers suffered some fatal injuries, they were still not going to die as long as the owner of that strange flame was still around.

At this point, Alexander started to feel a little bitter – he didn't want to ask some help from the promising young agents of the Shadow Alliance since he wanted to prove his worth. But now that another troublesome girl appeared in the battlefield, those three hiding in the dark would surely get involved in this battle.

While Alexander was distracted with those thoughts, a fist covered with a multicolored flame suddenly appeared right in front of his face and started magnifying in front of his eyes.

Shiella threw a very powerful punch at Alexander which sent him flying once again.

But this time, Shiella was currently frowning her eyebrows despite successfully landing a hit. It was because she felt a strange form of power blocked her fist right before she landed that punch.

Given that, she looked at the direction where she sent Alexander flying with her squinting eyes.

A moment later, she saw Alexander stood up slowly from the ground while being enfolded with some strange aura. The Natural Force enfolding his body now had some shades of black color on its surface.

At the same time, the pupils of his eyes suddenly turned into a narrow vertical slit while the white part of his eyes became crimson red.

"I don't want to use this. But since things are already like this, I guess there is no need of holding back anymore," said Alexander as he raised his head and looked at Shiella with a fierce gaze.

'Devil's Eyes and Evil Qi on top of his Ever-growing Bloodline? This is becoming more and more conflicted as the time goes by,' thought Shiella as she stared at Alexander with a solemn expression on her face.

But she immediately put that thought at the back of her head after a moment. Then she closed her eyes a little while taking a deep breath. And when she reopened her eyes once again, an even more powerful pressure was released from her body which also wrecked some havoc in the air on her surroundings.

At the same time, her eyes were now releasing some golden glow which was dancing at the corner of her eyes. Along with that, her face was showing a calm expression as if all of the useless thoughts inside her head had already been erased.

Alexander suddenly squinted his eyes when he felt the sudden change of atmosphere around Shiella. But that look only lasted for a moment as he immediately took his battle stance a second later.

This time, Alexander didn't wait for Shiella to start the fight and immediately took the initiative on this round.

He disappeared from the spot where he was standing before appearing right in front of Shiella while throwing a powerful punch at the same time. And with this punch, the mutated Natural Force covering his body suddenly gathered in his fist and created a glowing sphere around it.

At the same time, Shiella was already taking a step backwards the moment Alexander appeared in front of her. Along with that, she was also pulling her right arm while twisting her waist in the same direction.

Following her actions, her multicolored Natural Force surrounding her body seemed to create a whirlpool on her fist as they moved with spiraling motions while being sucked on her fist. And when Alexander threw this fist towards her, Shiella also sent her fist forward to greet the incoming punch.

Right after the collision, both Shiella and Alexander were forced to slide backwards due to the powerful impact of their colliding fists.

While moving backwards, Alexander powerfully stomped his right foot on the ground behind him so that he could forcefully stop himself from sliding further.

At the same time, he also lowered his right-hand fist and positioned it upside down right beside his waist while gathering a bunch of Natural Force in it. And when the accumulation of powers reached its peak, he immediately threw a very strong punch forward while rotating his fist at the same time.

Right after he threw that punch, a very powerful energy wave was released from his fist and flew straight at Shiella's direction. And while flying forward, the forefront of the energy wave suddenly transformed into a head of lion which was furiously opening its jaws.

Meanwhile, Shiella was on idle either. And contrary to Alexander's actions, she didn't forcefully halt her sliding motion. Instead, she hopped in the air and absorbed all of the force that she got from the impact of the previous collision by doing multiple flips in the air.

When her feet landed back on the ground, she forcefully stored all of those force inside her body while slightly crouching on the ground. And as she stood up, she transferred all of those stored forces towards her right-hand fist while also gathering a bunch of Natural Force on it at the same time.

At this point, the incoming energy wave was already upon her and seemingly planning to devour her alive.

But before that Lion's Head could completely get near her, Shiella immediately took a quick step forward before swinging her fist towards the incoming energy wave and released all of their stored force that she had together with all of the accumulated Natural Force that she gathered.

And right after she threw that punch, the Lion's Head that was coming after her was immediately destroyed and transformed into a bunch of dissipating specks of light.

Shiella looked so stunning while standing in the middle of those specks of lights. Though, Alexander didn't have the leisure time to enjoy that view because she immediately disappeared from her spot and reappeared right in front of him while throwing a barrage of strong punches at him.

And with that, the two of them were engaged in another intense melee battle.

Meanwhile, the trio of young agents were currently watching the fight with a greet interest in their eyes.

But it only lasted for a moment before the captain of their group gave his order. "Kylie, go deal with that young phoenix from the Potter Clan. I guess that is enough of fooling around now. We are losing a lot of time here."

"Really!?" said Kylie while having an excited expression on her face. Then she gave a smug look at the guy lying on the tree branch above them before running towards the battlefield.

When Kylie was about to join the ongoing battle, the captain guy suddenly received a message on advance watch. And after reading its content, the expression on his face suddenly turned solemn.

Then he immediately closed the virtual screen projected by his advance watch before saying to the guy sitting on the tree branch above him. "Lennon, start preparing. We are going to join the battle."

The guy named Lennon was suddenly taken aback by his words and asked confusedly. "Eh!? Why all of a sudden? Did something happen?"

Hearing that, the face of his captain became even more solemn before replying to him. "Some rats manage to sneak in the party and mess with our plans."

Lennon suddenly raised his eyebrows when he heard that and muttered. "Don't tell me they manage to defeat all the boys that we assign to guard that area?"

His captain didn't reply to him as he was already getting ready to join the ongoing battle. And when Lennon saw that, he just shrugged his shoulders and hopped down from the tree branch that he was sitting on.

Both of them were already ready to jump into the prey at any given time – but before they could even make their moves, an unfamiliar voice suddenly sounded from their backs and saying-...
