"Hahaha, Little Boy Ye, good one!"

On the battlefield, Qin Baichuan was bleeding out from multiple wounds on his body. However, he laughed out loud when he saw what happened.

Lin Tianxiong forced his opponent back and laughed. Beside him, the chief instructor of Blue Wolf had his left arm dangling from his body with its bones exposed on the upper portion. It looked as though it was forcefully ripped out of him. However, he seemed to be ignorant to the pain as he laughed while engaged in combat. "Old Lin, did that kid finish his movie? Hahaha…"

"He has good potential." Chen Qi's mouth formed a smile as when heard Ye Lingchen being mentioned while fighting off three Class-A+ creatures. However, his forehead was filled with cold sweat at the moment. Going against three was just too taxing and he could only barely manage to hold them off.

The battlefield's condition was constantly shifting.

Ye Lingchen's appearance saved the human Warriors from their disadvantageous situation, boosting their morale.

Be it the female shooter, or the Class-A creature holding a spear, they were both high tier combatants with the ability to sway the tide of the battle. Nevertheless, they were quickly felled by Ye Lingchen's hands. That was something none of them expected.

The battle this time was much harder than before. The expansion of Hell's Gate meant the restrictions were slowly loosening. Even Class-A+ creatures were making an appearance. Moreover, there were five of them that appeared in one go!

If not for them noticing the abnormalities with the Hell's Gate earlier on, they would have lost the new district. Nevertheless, even after sending in their high tier combatants, they were only barely able to hold it back. That was already the fourth wave of attack by the Void Realm. If they could not find a solution soon, failure was imminent!

They could not deny that Ye Lingchen arrived at a very critical moment.

However, even with two Grade-A creatures dead, the human Warriors were still in a tough spot! The difference in high tiered combatants was too big.

Most of the time, the battles were decided by the high tier combatants.

"Kaku!"

While the Warriors celebrated, the creatures were crying for vengeance. In that instant, Ye Lingchen drew in a lot of ire.

He held onto the spear and swept a cold gaze around the area. Following that, he made a sweeping arc with the spear, weaving it through the battlefield and immediately clearing a large area. Over a dozen creatures died by his spear, including two Grade-B creatures.

"Bunch of newbies!"

Ye Lingchen swept a condescending look at them.

However, upon realizing that they had different languages, Ye Lingchen changed to another form of communication. He raised his right hand and lifted his middle finger, pointing it specifically at the five remaining Grade-A+ Void Realm creatures while smacking his own butt cheeks.

It was undeniable that body language was universal. It was able to bypass the language barrier between races. The group of Void Realm creatures' anger reached its peak.

"Madakash, kaku!"

Along with an enraged roar, both the Grade-A creatures abandoned their opponents and charged at Ye Lingchen. The three Grade-A+ creatures surrounding Chen Qi turned their attention to Ye Lingchen too!

"F*ck, why do they hate me so much?"

Without even thinking, Ye Lingchen turned and ran while still shouting, "Death is inevitable. A warrior will not think of returning! Come at me if you dare!"

On his way, he ran past Lin Tianxiong and Qin Baichuan. They had been battling for a long time and had accumulated a number of wounds. They were also extremely exhausted and were in a precarious situation. Ye Lingchen took the opportunity to grab their opponents as well and sprinted into the forest.

Behind him, two Grade-A creatures and a Grade-A+ creature bellowed in rage. They were like rabid dogs that locked on to Ye Lingchen, dead set on chasing him to the end of the world.

The Warriors immediately felt their pressure lessened, especially Chen Qi. His opponents went down from three to two, immediately letting him let out a long sigh of relief. Not only did he stop being disadvantaged, he even managed to find some chance for counter attacks.

However, a lot of people looked at Ye Lingchen's direction with worry as a feeling of respect welled up within them. That spirit of self sacrifice was a perfect example for their generation, a role model for all Warriors!

Qin Baichuan, Lin Tianxiong, and the chief instructor of Blue Wolf exchanged looks and quickly rushed toward Ye Lingchen without second thoughts.

Ye Lingchen entered the forest and came to a halt. He turned around to look at his three pursuers with glowing eyes.

The three creatures' eyes were filled with violence and viciousness like a wild beast choosing their prey to devour. They were filled with an intention to destroy.

Swoosh!

A Grade-A creature swung the huge saber in its hand. Bloody misty swirled as the saber swiped through the air, turning into a bloody wave that flashed through the air flying at Ye Lingchen!

Ye Lingchen flicked his spear covered in spiritual energy. It was like a piercing flash of rainbow that pierced through the saber wave.

Just as the Void Realm creatures were about to strike together to take down Ye Lingchen, the forest was suddenly covered in fog. The fog grew denser by the moment and quickly blocked their vision!

A Warrior's vision was much better than a regular person and would not be affected by the fog under normal circumstances. However, this fog was not normal. It was as though their eyes were blocked by a full canvas, confounding the three Void Realm creatures.

"Trapping formation—Fog Imprisonment!"

Ye Lingchen was hidden in the formation and observed the three creatures from the Void Realm.

He came prepared. That was why he used up all his merit points to spirit stones. He planned to use them for setting up formations.

In regards to cultivation, high-grade spirit stones were naturally better than mid-grade spirit stones. However, setting up a formation was not as particular. Apart from using a large amount of spiritual energy to activate the formation, it was more than sufficient to use mid-grade spirit stones for most formations.

Ye Lingchen scattered the spirit stones he exchanged for in the vicinity and set up the formation. He got them as an emergency measure which turned out to be unexpectedly useful.

When faced with uncertain perils, it was common practice to keep a trump card.

Even if they were not needed, it was not a big issue as Ye Lingchen planned to return them to the merits exchange.

When Qin Baichuan and the other two caught up, Ye Lingchen seemed to be facing off the creatures. However, when they entered the forest, they were immediately trapped into the same fog.

Fortunately, the fog quickly dispersed and revealed Ye Lingchen's figure. He said in a serious tone, "Don't make a sound. Those three creatures are trapped in the formation and can't see anything outside. You guys will be in charge of messing up their senses. I'll find a chance to kill them one by one!"

Lin Tianxiong and the others nodded solemnly.

Ye Lingchen took a deep breath. He stretched out his hands and two trees started waving about, making rustling sounds.

The three creatures from the Void Realm were in high alert. Without any hesitation, they attacked the two moving trees at the same time. The trees exploded immediately with branches and leaves flying all over with ear piercing shrieks.

On the ground, there were some vines twisting around at high speeds like a python, wrapping themselves around the ankles of the Void Realm creatures!

However, the very moment the vines neared them, they were immediately shredded apart by the bloody mist…
