I Am A Prodigy Chapter 658

Ye Lingchen was on the Stick Nation's network and saw all those remarks.
'Hehe. Death is imminent and they're still oblivious to it. These Stick Nation people are still unaware of the situation, but they're going to cry soon!
'Bunch of clowns!
'This time, we'll attack you into submission!'
Many people—both at home and abroad—watched intently. Meanwhile, the Stick Nation's hackers were getting extremely nervous.
Those who humiliate China must be taken down no matter how far they may be!
That sentence was clearly more than just rhetoric. Punishment would definitely have a big effect and things would not end so easily.
Was it an eye for an eye?
The Stick Nation's hackers paralyzed many of China's websites, hacked celebrity accounts, and insulted the people. Everyone speculated that Hacker Y might do the same thing.
They could not imagine how Ye Lingchen would be able to retaliate in such a short period of time.
It soon became obvious that their thinking was too simple. Ye Lingchen could do many of the things they could not, and their strength was even on the same level.
Now that he had made a statement, he would definitely see it through. Those who humiliate China must be taken down no matter how far they may be!
The trigger and root cause for the retaliation was the Stick Nation's shamelessness which had angered Ye Lingchen and had to be taught a strong lesson!
An evil grin appeared in the corner of Ye Lingchen's mouth and his fingers clicked away on the keyboard.
"God Ye, you're just amazing. Your hacking skills are impressive too." Hao Yun was stunned too as she watched Ye Lingchen use his abilities to deal with the Stick Nation hackers and make everything revert to normalcy.
"Chairman Ye, what are you going to do next? Also, we couldn't understand some of your commands earlier. Could you maybe teach them to us?" Little Li licked the inside of his check and asked. The admiration he had for Ye Lingchen was as endless as a flowing stream.
Wanrong Technology's entire science and technology department was left in awe. It was the first time they found out how awesome their boss was. He was truly a legendary figure and an existence akin to the big boss of the internet. All they felt was eagerness and excitement, and at the same time, they were fully convinced in their boss' abilities.

"Little Li, don't distract Chairman Ye!" Ouyang Qing frowned and shot back immediately.
She stared intently at Ye Lingchen's actions, feeling as though she was learning a lot from him.
"Haha, the easiest and most effective way to deal with a network is by using a virus!" Ye Lingchen replied casually.
"A...virus?" Everyone gasped and looked at Ye Lingchen in horror.
Viruses were the scariest thing a computer could ever come in contact with. It resembled a plague, with the only difference being the target of transmission—instead of a person, it was a computer. Nevertheless, there was no doubt that a computer virus was an extremely threatening manifestation.
Once infected by a virus, the computer was likely to be rendered completely useless.
The result of that was many anti-virus software and firewalls that were created to curb those viruses. In the modern world, there were only a handful of viruses that could cause widespread damage. One could even say that no virus could do so because the software would have exterminated the malware the instant it detected a single sign!
Therefore, everyone was terrified when Ye Lingchen mentioned that he was going to use a virus.
As terrifying as the idea of a virus was, could it really work?
"What virus are you going to use?" Ouyang Qing asked curiously.
"I don't know." Ye Lingchen's fingers clicked away on the keyboard and he shrugged.
He did not know?
Could he be...creating a virus on the spot?
At the next moment, Ye Lingchen answered their questions with his actions. A complex program was quickly developed under Ye Lingchen's quick typing.
Little Li's pupils shrank suddenly. "This is...the source code?!"
"A virus source code? This is insane!"
Ye Lingchen ignored them. With the goal set, he executed it quickly.
Computing knowledge rattled rapidly in Ye Lingchen's mind. At that point, he had a general understanding of the Stick Nation's computing situation and made viruses designed specifically to target that.
Ouyang Qing and the others watched without blinking and were completely awestruck.
He was creating a virus on the spot, during the online war! He was a monster.

No wonder Ye Lingchen stopped going on the offensive and switched to deploying defenses after invading a large part of the Stick Nation's network. He was actually preparing to mount a huge attack.
Dim InWhere, HtmlText, VbsText, DegreeSign, AppleObject, FSO, WsShell, WinPath, SubE, FinalyDisk
Sub KJ_start ()
'Initialize variables
KJSetDim ()
'Initialize environment
KJCreateMilieu ()
'Infect the local or shared directory with html
KJLikeIt ()
'Infect Outlook mail template via vbs
KJCreateMail ()
'Duplicate malware
...
The command was issued.
Ye Lingchen fingers paused for a moment and for the time being, silently began creating pictures of the virus.
It went without saying that he used the capital Y as a picture and added a line of text.
The code was very, very long. The process of writing the code was also very tedious, and most people would not understand the instructions since they would be looking at a large series of English characters and symbols that they could not care less about. With a length that could span several sheets of A4 paper, it made one's scalp extremely numb.
Ye Lingchen had to use his fastest speed to type it all out. An average person who wanted to type out those programs would find it very difficult to do so without taking at least a day. There was also a need to check whether there were any errors in the instructions after typing. A single symbol error would be the stumbling block to implementing the program, so it was therefore an uphill task to actually write a good program.
Fortunately, none of it was a problem for the God-like Ye Lingchen.
After doing a simple check of the virus that he made, Ye Lingchen grinned slightly. It was time to witness the virus' might!
Since everything happened as a result of his actions, the question of revenge must naturally be left to him!
Although viruses were not a good thing, they were no different than kung fu. Use them for evil and they would turn out to be malevolent, but use them for good and they would end up being benevolent!
The Stick Nation's people were too aggressive and caused a complete mess of China's network. The impact was serious, and someone had to stand up for it!
International hackers from every country were watching and waiting.
"What's the situation? Why isn't Y moving?"
"Has he retreated?"
"No way, he was gaining so much momentum earlier. Why did he stop so suddenly?"
"Was it just to scare the people of Stick Nation?"
"It can't be over, right? I'm still waiting to see him reveal his true power."
They were all very curious about the sudden rise in China's mysterious hackers. Masters have emerged in large numbers during the era of technology—some older ones have fallen, while new ones appeared overnight. It had been years since there was such a large-scale network war, and the codename Y stood to be remembered by many hackers for many years to come.
The Stick Nation's hacker group was preparing to besiege Hacker Y at any time.
"Huh? Why hasn't there been any movement?"
"Did he suddenly run away out of fear?"
"He's not gone. It's still a pain for us to gain control over the networks that he captured!"
"F*ck, I have a bad feeling."
"Don't worry, he's just one person!"
People from the Stick Nation and China were paying very close attention. Everyone was curious about what Hacker Y would do next.
The Chinese knew in their hearts that things were never as it seemed whenever Y made a move. They were all excited to see Y's big move.
At that moment, the virus had been quietly introduced into the Stick Nation's websites that remained under Ye Lingchen's control...
