Her words immediately quietened the scene. They exchanged glances, then suspiciously took up the contract from the table and read through it.

"1.5 million for one percent of shares? Since when did Wanrong Group's shares become this cheap?" one of the shareholders scoffed disapprovingly.

"That's right. It should be at least 2 million!"

Ouyang Qing remained unfazed by the crowd's reaction and announced, "If you're unwilling to sell, so be it. I'm only suggesting for Y Cosmetics to purchase your shares in order to compensate you guys. This cosmetic company doesn't understand the automotive industry. They're dumb and rich, only agreeing to purchase because they think they found a good deal. Just wait until they realize the situation our company is in, purchasing our shares or not would be a different story then."

With that, she took the contract back from their hands.

However, some of them held tightly onto the contract in their hands. "Wait!"

"How much is Y Cosmetics planning to purchase at 1.5 million per share?" asked one of them.

"However much you're willing to sell, they'll buy them all! Should I have this company run an audit first before naming a price?" Ouyang Qing said with a smile.

"No need! No need for that!" someone said urgently. "1.5 million per share. I'm selling!"

The other shareholders kept their silence. With the current trend, those in the industry would know that Wanrong Automobile Group's prospects were not looking good. It was already lucky for them to have someone purchasing their shares at that price!

If Y Cosmetics sent someone over for an audit, they might outrightly reject purchasing them!

'This cosmetic company is indeed stupidly rich and knows nothing! We'll lose this chance if we don't sell it now!'

"I'm selling too! When will the money be transferred?"

"C-c-chairman Ye. Things are settled on the company's end. The shareholders are willing to sell off all 49 percent of their shares!" Ouyang Qing's voice could be heard on the other side of the phone. She sounded uncomfortable.

Whenever she thought of Ye Lingchen, it would remind her of her current situation which made her extremely uncomfortable. That was definitely the most humiliating moment in her life.

"Excellent!" Ye Lingchen nodded with a smile. "It totals to 735 million. I'll have Y Cosmetics transfer the money to Wanrong Automobile Group's account. You settle the rest as soon as you can."
