I Am A Prodigy Chapter 341

"Wow, this house looks incredible!" Arnelle paid constant attention to Ye Lingchen. Her eyes glimmered when he saw the house's outline.
"Y, you're amazing!" Dalei and Brother Yang were also amazed. They did not even dare entertain the thought of building a house in the wilderness.
Zhang Yong was delighted as well. Y's presence was godsent and Zhang Yong wondered what other surprises lay in store.
The cameraman also followed with a close-up, eliciting awe from the audience.
"This is just the most basic framework. A house needs to be sheltered from the wind and rain!" Ye Lingchen shook his head and smiled. He continued to carry his machete into the woods.
Instead of chopping down bamboo on that occasion, he cut some special plants, such as thick tree trunks, or banana leaves and lotus leaves. He also found some long vegetation and some plant roots.
There was naturally a dedicated cameraman who followed him throughout the entire process.
After two hours, a very simple bamboo house was built. Although it was not that tall, it was still enough to shield them from the elements.
"Ah! This house is really beautiful! It's much more intimate than city bricks!" Arnelle screamed excitedly.
"Y, you're amazing!" Chen Xiaoyan opened her mouth slightly as she stared at the house in front of her in wonder.
Everyone who was watching found it hard to imagine that a few bamboo sticks and simple materials could be turned into a house so quickly.
"This house is so beautiful, so amazing!" Dalei's eyes widened and his entire person seemed rather fascinated.
"A skilled craftsman! A skilled craftsman indeed! Y, your hands are truly the hands of God!" Brother Yang chimed in too, full of admiration.
They were all stunned when they entered the house. "Oh f*ck! You even made a bed?!"
"You can't let the girls sleep on the floor, right?" Ye Lingchen smiled casually. "It was convenient for me to do it. Doesn't take much effort."

"Ah, Mr. Y, I love you! You are the most gentlemanly man I've ever seen!" Arnelle was excited. She sought confirmation from him, "Is this house really for me?"
"It's not just for you. Xiaoyan and Little Mo must also live in here, but the bed may be a little crowded." Ye Lingchen said.
"Wakakakaka, did you hear that, Director? We don't need a tent anymore!" Arnelle waved her hand proudly to Zhang Yong and even made a hand gesture for victory.
Zhang Yong smiled bitterly. Everyone in the program group could only live in a tent, but the treatment given to Arnelle and the girls could be considered as VIP treatment.
At that exact moment, the live stream had already exploded!
[Oh f*ck! Oh f*ck! Y actually built a house? This is too incredible!]
[It's hard to imagine that there are people in this world who could build a house by hand. How did he unlock these skills?]
[Congratulations to Singer Y on his successful transformation into an excellent carpenter! Simply amazing! (Breaking sound)]
[A peerless man, this is the Prince Charming in every girl's heart! If you love him, you must build a house for him.]
[Y, I want to give birth to little monkeys with you! If I'm with you, I'll never need to worry about not having a house!]
[People who own a home, we dare not provoke, we dare not provoke...]
...
"Xiaoyan, why don't you try and see whether the bed is firm?" Ye Lingchen said to Chen Xiaoyan.
"Well, thank you." Chen Xiaoyan's cheeks were reddish and her eyes glanced deeply at Ye Lingchen. She then spread out the blanket and the bedsheets. Although it was slightly harder, it was definitely more comfortable than sleeping on the floor.
As for Arnelle, she laid on it and rolled about a few times. "Wow, this bed is really firm. Is this the so-called Chinese craftsmanship that the Chinese speak of? It's amazing!"

After marveling at it, everyone faced the next question—what should they eat?
Time had passed unwittingly and it had reached four o'clock in the evening. None of them had eaten lunch yet and were very hungry.
Everyone glanced at each other and saw helpless confusion on each of their faces.
Dalei smiled bitterly. "We went around and didn't find anything to eat."
"Director, what do you say?"
Everyone looked at Zhang Yong coyly and sought his help. "You won't just watch as we go hungry, right?"
Zhang Yong laughed out loud and displayed a mischievousness in his smile. "I actually guessed that this would happen. It was not impossible for everyone to get food. I've prepared sumptuous food for all of you here!"
Before anyone could speak, Zhang Yong words took a turn and he said, "But... Our food is hidden in different places on this isolated island. You can get some clues on the food's whereabouts by completing our task."
"What?!"
It was undoubtedly a big shock to everyone, like a thunderbolt on a sunny day.
"Director, you're too cruel. We're hungry as of now, and you still ask us to complete those tasks?" Brother Yang suddenly wailed.
"Director, don't do this! We've just only arrived here. You should treat us leniently! Let us have a free meal!" Brother Dalei started kneeling and sucking up to the director.
"Director, we're girls, we couldn't possibly have the strength to do the task? You need gentlemen," Arnelle said coquettishly.
It was clear however, that everyone's begging for mercy had little use. Several cards were placed in front of everyone. "Each card is a task. You'll get one type of food if you complete it. If you don't want to be hungry, you should get going."
"Ah! Doesn't your conscience hurt when you do this?" Dalei looked up to the sky.
In his desperation, Dalei could only draw out a card. Upon looking at the task written on it. He immediately became petrified and howled, "OH, NO!"
He showed the card to everyone and instantly elicited laughter from everyone.
"Carrying your companion and jump ten times on the Shiatsu sheet!"
His companion was Brother Yang, who weighed a lot. Jumping on the Shiatsu board would definitely make him very sore.
[This director is too cruel! But I like it, hehehe...]
[Looking at their miserable looks, I laughed when holding my instant noodles. I laughed good, real good!]
[Come on, young stud. Work hard for your food, I'm rooting for you!]
...
The audience laughed after seeing that. Zhang Yong deliberately arranged everything, making for an entertaining variety show.
However, instead of picking up a card, Arnelle snorted and smiled. "Fortunately, I've already prepared beforehand and brought a box of snacks. At least I don't need to be afraid of starving!"
Snacks were not as good as proper meals, but in such an environment, it was much better nothing.
"If it doesn't work, I can even cook instant noodles." Arnelle patted her breast. She was fortunate to have foresight.
Later on, she looked at the crowd, and although she was reluctant, she still said, "Perhaps everyone can eat my snacks first, at least it'll give you some strength."
She handed a packet of dried anchovies to Ye Lingchen and said with a smile, "Mr. Y, do you want some?"
"I don't usually eat these, and snacking isn't good when it's time for a proper meal." Ye Lingchen shook his head and said plainly.
Ye Lingchen nevertheless took the dried anchovies and pondered for a moment. Instead of opening it, he slowly stood up...
